this is by far the worst burger King. 1. you got a lady who can't hear working the drive thru; she continues to mess orders up. last time she gave me onion rings, fries, and chicken fingers when I ordered a whopper. today she gave me a single whopper with no cheese when I ordered a double with cheese. fries had to have been made around noon. if you go inside to order, the place is filthy. The drivethru will take you at least 20 minutes; even with no cars there. read more

Today at 2:00 p.m. we were 4th in line. The 1st car at the order board took 6 minutes. The next car surpassed NINE minutes waiting to order when we pulled out of the line and left. I'm not sure whats going on here. Poor management? Complete lack of care or concern for quality. Every time I've come to this location (total of 5 times) it has been terrible. I think to myself, I can take the risk (since its the only fast food this end of 3 for some time.) and try it or go get wawa. So I try it, but never again. This time around I had a wait and terrible quality food, the manager in the drive through apologized for the wait, which was nice of her. But upon getting into my Wopper Jr with Cheese, I didn't care. There was so much Mayo on this thing I couldn't even bite into it. I literally had to wipe GOBS and GOBS of Mayo off of it, probably 3 or 4 tablespoons worth- losing all of my lettuce in the process. On top of that, it was less than five minutes from the window to me pulling over to remove the mayo and my burger was cold. Probably due to the 15 minute wait from the person three cars ahead, who stayed sitting at the window instead of having them pull over so they could help other customer. Granted this could be a stubborn customer, but it is still horrid to do. I don't know what they are doing here, but all I can say is it sucks. I'm not eating here ever again. While the workers that served me were friendly and took care of my order without a problem (and that is the only reason I give a second star), this Burger King served me food that tasted like it was sitting around a while. That was bad enough. Then you look at the floor and it was very filthy. Even a GRAY dried up French fry or two were seen in the main walking areas between sitting booths and near the soda dispensers. Makes you desperate for a foot mat to remotely clean off the bottom of your shoes. Definitely will not eat there again. read more

So me an my gal come in during lunch time on a Saturday, nobody here besides a couple of workers...odd but okay. I should have seen that as a sign of GTFOH, but shame on us. So she orders a whopper and fries I just get a cheeseburger and onion rings. They hand us our cups, we go to get our drink, no ice? Never heard of a restaurant not having ice. So thinking ehh that's fine I'm sure the soda will be cold enough. Wrong! Warm as fuck and flatter than a 70's white girls ass. So then We get our food, I instantly notice how my burger slice was thinner than any airbrushed IG model. We both take a bite and instantly spit it out. "Ugh wtf" we both uttered, quietly cause we don't want to piss off the 6'8 jacked dude behind the counter, idk maybe he takes pride in this shithole, you never know and again we're the only ones here at lunch time. Then without hesitation for whatever reason we both felt the need to sniff our burgers. I swear the smell was gasoline. Had a flash back of me pumping gas. Shit was cold as fuck, cheese was harder than I was the night before. So, remember warm flat ass soda and cold ass gas smelling nasty burgers. Onion rings were soggy some didn't even have any onions in it? How the fuck do you fry air? So then we just look at each other and bust out laughing about how terrible every little thing was. The second we get in the parking lot after taking two bites, we had to piss out of our asses. We rushed home luckily we have two toilets and made it home safely and just in time. I would give this no stars if I could. The food is disgusting. I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. I took a bite of the new chicken sandwich and I realized the whole sandwich was fat. I couldn't bite into it. On top of that the cashier was slow and rude. She had an attitude and didn't want to be there. I live near this Burger King and I frequently go through the drive-thru for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I want to warn anyone who visits here that you have a 25% chance of them making your food the way you order it. Most of the time they always miss something with the order and even if it's right it is usually semi warm or not even edible. They always forget things like extra cheese or giving you the right size fries or drink (not to mention you lose the upcharge you pay for things when you don't get them and drive away) and a lot of the time just miss an entire meal or a sandwich. Its ridiculous and very annoying to always come back and have to get your order remade or to get your money back. Is that supposed to be a favor they are doing me giving me my money back or remaking my order when its their fault to begin with? Well that's how this management makes you feel and they never apologize but instead give a dumb look on their face or depending on who's serving, smirk at each other and at me like I'm the very annoying customer who's back to make "problems". That is the worst kind of customer service! A few times I had to go back two or three times to get my order correct. Two or three times in one visit?? That is outlandish. I always have to explain why I should be getting a refund or why they should get the entire order remade for me. This is a restaurant and they're supposed to have a general understanding of the scenarios that can take place associated with the drive thru, such as your food getting cold by the time you drive back for getting the wrong order, wanting a refund because your appetite is ruined, or because you have a schedule to keep and have no time to return to have your food made again etc. Having to do that at this location so often is so frustrating. Who knows how much money I've lost for not being able to eat my lunch or dinner and return for a refund, or lost time for having to return for a refund and remade food. The worst part is that they never say sorry or try to come up with a way to make up for their mistake on their own. Most of the time I'm the one who has to ask to get the order remade or to get a refund (that is if I have the time to do so) but how many times is that going to happen without any action on their part to make it right with the customer? This management has seen me come there so many times and know I get my order wrong most of the time. They are simply incompetent. Then as an added bonus this Burger King likes to shut the lights off inside around 10 p.m. (the menu is the only thing on but hard to see from the main road) when they are open till midnight. You can not tell if anyone is in there or if the drive thru is even open. It makes you feel that they don't want to serve customers and that they are hoping no one shows up or bothers them until it's time to close down. I don't understand how a management team with such a level of incompetence can remain in place for so long. They need to be replaced asap! read more

Let's not even discuss the cold food - which is standard at this location, or the rude workers and focus on what this location really is.....which is ground zero for carpenter bees. All of 'em. At times dozens dive bombing the drive thru lane. Happens every year when the season changes and the bees come out. If I could 0 stars, I would. I went to this BK last night and I've never had such an awful customer service experience. The drive through operator sounded as if she was bothered my me pulling up to the order station and was very cold and unwelcoming. When I pulled up to get my order, a young man opened the window. He didn't say one word to me. He didn't even tell me my total. I handed him my $ (I knew total form the screen on the drive through) and I said thank you. No response from him. He handed me my change and I again said thank you. No response. He handed me my food and drink and I again said thank you. No response. After he handed my the last drink, I did not respond with a thank you. I said nothing since he obviously does not have any manners and won't speak. He proceeded to slam the drive through window shut. Really? Not one word to me and I said thank you 4 times, with no response and he had the nerve to slam the drive through window? Then to top it off, my burger was cold and the roll was hard. This BK has really gone down hill. I will not be back. read more
