This was one of the worst Burger King experiences I've had. The employees clearly didn't know how to make the food properly. I asked for mayo, but they dumped an absurd amount on my burger. It was overflowing, messy, and completely ruined the meal. They do this every time. It looked like no one even cared to check the order before serving it. If you can't make a simple burger correctly, you need to do better. Very disappointing, and I won't be coming back unless the quality improves. Also their employees are so racist. The guy working the overnight is super nice, but the overnight on the weekends is super busy and they should hire an additional person.

Bad staff the manager doesn't want to fix the mistakes they made. I used the bk app and there was enough points on there for the meal. The kid at the register took the order code then the points disappeared. However he said he needed the code again but because I used it already with him it took the points away so I was unable to get the order. I asked to speak the manager and the kid comes back saying how we can't help you. Fucked up read more

I will start off by saying the employees were very nice, understanding and accommodating. Half the food was good, however we ordered regular chicken fries and regular mozzarella fries. We ended up getting fiery chicken fries and fiery mozzarella fries. My 9 year old son bit into a chicken fry and immediately new it wasn't right. Thankfully he didn't have a reaction, he just spit it out and said hot!! I then opened up the mozzarella fries and they were red, clearly fiery. I brought them up to the counter, the girl ordered us the correct ones and they were delicious. I am writing this as a warning, for the people who cook to please pay attention. Children can have serious reactions to spicy food, if they're too young they might not know that it is bad to rub your eyes after touching spicy food. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, I just want the people that are cooking the food to please pay attention, you are responsible for everything coming out of your kitchen. Terrible service. The "tacos" were nothing but deep fried frozen taco shells with a small blop of meat like stuffing. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce of any kind. The sandwiches were wrong. Extra lettuce on a whopper meant two tablespoon size pieces of wilted lettuce. Better off driving to Tewksbury or anywhere else. read more

I've been really avoiding fast food lately mostly because the food was always stale. I made complaints to many McDonald's always about the stale roll. Was starving and stopped at BK. It's a decent place. Sometimes you just want to be "not hungry" and this BK fits the bill. You will never walk away feeling "DANG!!! That was amazing!!!" However, you won't be disappointed. So the last 3 Saturday's I've been getting this woman in the drive thru who is rude as hell, she doesn't listen to your order at all if you ask for a breakfast sandwich she doesn't ask if you want sausage or bacon she just gives you whatever she wants and she always yells "WHAT!!! HUUUHH??!! When I told her 3 times I needed a second to ask my daughter what she wanted for breakfast. Then I get up to the window this time and she hands me a regular milk when I asked if they had chocolate 3 times and also didn't even put the order of my French toast sticks in and when she did she only put 1 instead of 2 which I also told her about 3 times. And she is just miserable. The funny this is that no one is here, there was maybe one other person in the drive through! I worked in restaurants from 12-21 and not slow ones either. This is the worst store to go to for service and I've never seen ratings this low for anything. Every time I go here there is some issue and my order is messed up like last week when she put 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants instead of bacon egg and cheese which I told her multiple times, same lady she just don't care and of course they want 15$ an hour minimum, not for this service read more

This particular Burger King is awful. Not fast food at all. The staff are a hopeless mess. I do notice the drive thru got a lot of apologies but not the folks that took the time to get out of their cars and come in. The older (I assume management) is just barking stuff. If a manager ever talked to me the way these people do to their staff I'd walk out on the spot. Cranky and not a fun environment was my observations. That said, when the food finally did come out.. they got the order right. They didn't ask if I wanted sauce with the Chicken Fries but other than that hiccup it was okay. The service is terrible, the manager is incompetent and does not apologize for any mistakes they make, she's rude and the drive through is awful, nothing but rudeness there. Headquarters should hit the reset button with this location and get a new staff from management down. The burger king on Lowell st in Wilmington is horrible. Not only did they screw up my husband's burger but there were two guys right behind us and their burgers got screwed up. Plus the burgers were cold and we ate them there. I don't even want to give them a 1/2 star but it won't let me post without clicking on a star. Pretty sad when you can't handle a fast food job. So I work a 18 hour day and barely eat I have stopped here after midnight 4-5 time and have never got my order correct. Always mayo and cheese even if you don't buy it...
