This was the worst BK I have been to. Me, my uncle, and aunt had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken, then another 15 minutes to get it. Mind you that there was no other customers up to order, only us. We were talking to other customers, and one person had to wait 25 minutes to get their food after only ordering 2 whoppers. This, coupled with the swarm of cars in spots and circling the restaurant waiting for their food most likely contributed to the long wait times. Though, it was not like many new customers were coming in. We only saw 2 more customers come in during our 40 minute stay. Although, this was not the most unsatisfactory aspect of the restaurant. I ordered a Fiery Royal Crispy that was less spicy than white bread. The chicken was comparable to eating rubber, and the whopper meat my relatives ate looked cold. Lastly, the restaurant was disgusting. Napkins and other papers were scattered all over the floor and tables. The trash can was overfilled and had sauce spilled around the opening. This wasn't even that bad compared to the other complaints. Also, the fountain machine did not have ice in it. We told a worker of this and they poured more ice into the fountain, then dropped the bucket into the machine. They would then have to get the manager to retrieve it. I do not find the workers at fault, rather, the management. read more

I ordered the double whopper supreme with extra cheese, and never in my life have i spent four agonizing hours on the toilet chopping a foot long log. give me another one for free or face my wrath of clogging your entire plumbing until you shut down. Worst. Food. Ever. I went to BK for the first time in years today. They've been advertising a Swiss & shroom melt which is my favorite fast food sandwich, so what could go wrong. O.MG. this was NOT the BK to try. I ordered the s&s melt, add bacon, and a double whopper for my husband, plus cheesy tots, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings. The burger patties were barely warm- far from the flame broiled flavor delight promised. The texture of the shrooms was between rubber and leather. The bacon was nowhere to be found. A few of the mozzarella sticks were empty shells, the onion rings undercooked, and the cheesy tots were blah. Needless to say, I'll never be back, and probably will never try another Burger King, ever. Tempted to go dig the receipt out of the dumpster to do their sat survey, and in case the undercooked patties leave us with food poisoning. Plus, it really irks me when my overpriced bacon is missing. read more

The only reason why I gave it a one star, is because it wouldn't let me have less. Today I ate a Burger King in Winchester I took one bite of the burger is very gritty and it was very tiny you can see holes through it. Then I got to the Fry's ate my first one very waxy taste on the fries. So far no good. Then I got my regular Coke and it was a watered-down diet. So, I had to go to McDonald's to get some food cuz that I wouldn't even give anybody. It used to be my favorite fast food, but now I have to think twice. read more

I swung by yesterday and grabbed dinner for my wife and kids. We don't usually eat here but decided we wanted to get something other than the usual McDonald's or Wendy's so we chose here....... The lady who took my order was extremely and I mean extremely nice but the manager and the lady with the big ass teeth who had her nose so far up the managers ass it was pathetic. The lady who took my order forgot to add the milks for my kids to the ticket so after I had already paid and was trying to tell the chick not to worry about it either completely ignored me or just didn't care what I was saying as I told her not to worry about the mills and that I didn't want her to refund the money because the card I used was a prepaid and it takes damn near 2 weeks to get the money so trust me I'm not worried about the milk.... Butttttt she just ignores me and does the refund then proceeded charge me $27 dollars again for the food and ended up doing a second damn refund... by this time I didn't give a damn and just wanted to get my kids food and go home.. so that's what I do, I got our food and headed home!!!! read more

We arrived late on a Sunday, so they were about to close. So it's understandable that we would have to wait 8 minutes for the food. What's not cool was the manager'a demeanor when we called, due to the fact that the order was wrong. She was very cold and showed little interest in making it right. I'd recommend avoiding this particular Burger King, since there's so many other choices in the area. read more

This is a regular Burger King in my opinion but they do have small town beliefs. They have a friendly staff and not as fast service as a lot of places. I do applaud their not as fast service since all of their food is made fresh and hot. It is truly worth the wait. Almost every time I have picked up food here, they have me pull up and wait a few moments to get my order. It is worth it to wait that extra little bit so that you receive hot fresh food. Yeah, it's fast food, but I'm not a snob. Sometimes you need food fast and don't care if Anthony Bourdain would approve. The Whopper is a decent fast food hamburger. Burger King has taken steps to improve its products. They've added sweet potato fries and have a veggie burger for all you non meat eaters out there. Like many other fast food places, the service can be hit or miss depending who is behind the counter. read more

I have had the best service at this particular location. Once they forgot an item I added-on last minute, and I went through the drive-thru again and they had a larger size onion rings ready for me with apologies. The workers are always nice, and have even given my kids extra treats. When I need some fast food in Winchester, I usually choose Burger King just because of the great service. Kid friendliness - high (maybe). We haven't been inside, so I cannot attest to that part. But the drive-thru is great on kid friendliness. They give a crown if you ask, and they even wrote a message on one of the food boxes for my birthday boy. read more

This restaurant is not closed. I just there I spent almost 30 dollars to find a large hard piece of plastic in my chicken sandwich!! Thank god I didn't swallow it. Not just that when I was trying to place my order the lady keep laughing wtf do your job quit playing around and maybe plastic won't end up in the food. Also she asked me to pull up and slammed the window before I could even ask for sauce. So I sat there until she realized I didn't move. Never ever eating here again!! read more

Food is fine, like any typical BK. Service is lacking. They usually make us pull forward at the drive thru, which I can appreciate that I'm then waiting for fresh food. However, makes no sense to make me pull forward when "we're waiting on the fries and they'll be another 45 seconds," especially given that my fries came out in 15 seconds and there was nobody in line behind us. To top it off the orders are usually wrong and this requires going back into the restaurant to get it fixed when it was just supposed to be a quick drive thru meal. read more
