Busy intersection, so use caution. We had no issues with traffic. Clean inside. The dining room is very cold.(perhaps that's why there were no inside diners). Bring a jacket. Friendly staff. Food was as ordered and flavors were spot on for anyone wanting their "Whopper, with fries and a large coke". This location does take a little extra time to complete orders due to small staff force. I rarely indulge my BK craving, but driving through town I needed lunch, so we stopped in. Great stop near freeway. We hit a lull so no line. Staff was helpful and friendly. I was taken in by the photos of their crispy chicken sandwiches. Now, I'm used to the actual product not living up to the pics, but let me tell you there is nothing crispy about this sandwich. Indeed, it was rather sad. Far smaller than the bun even. Thank goodness there was lettuce and tomato. We also got a Whopper, which was as we expected. As far as Burger Kings go, this one is pretty much exactly what you would expect. I have eaten here five or six times since moving to the area and have only been really disappointed one time. (I always go through the drive thru, fyi- so I can't speak to the service or cleanliness of the restaurant itself!) Ok, so the disappointment... It was during breakfast hours (albeit toward the end of when the breakfast food is served... maybe 10 am or so) and the French toast sticks were absolutely horrible. So greasy, the oil taste on the French toast sticks was old/rancid, and they were hard. I took a bite out of a few different ones hoping to come across one that was edible but ended up tossing them all. That was only one visit out of a handful though, and the other times I've ordered food that I was happy with! Mostly the ham egg and cheese croissanwiches. Sometimes a whopper junior. My toddler likes the chicken fries. When it comes to fast food, I feel like it's kind of par for the course to come across a dish occasionally that isn't that good, but it's not going to keep me from frequenting this BK when my son wants his chicken fries. Been going their several times in the last couple of weeks Ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday always came with a small package of nuts. Today I went and the girl taking my order asked me chocolate or caramel after I ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae I replied chocolate she said Hershey I said Hot Fudge she got rude and argumentative then proceeded to give me my Sunday it WAS NOT hot fudge so I mentioned this to her and she rudely told me they do not have Hot Fudge I didn't want to start an argument so I politely asked for the package of nuts she again rudely told me they don't have nuts I replied I got them yesterday when I came here she basically called me a liar and stated they have NEVER had nut packages. This girl was so rude I will NOT go back if she is working - her name is Salma R. It clearly shows Hot Fudge Sunday on their MENU and I have ordered them their before, I could understand if they were just out but this was not the case. Similar experience to bad reviews below. We ordered two iced coffees and 4 chicken nuggets. We were the only customers in the restaurant and after 15 minutes we left without receiving what we paid for. As we left we let the girl at the counter leave and she said "Ok, sorry!" Looking back in the kitchen as I was waiting, i was slightly revulsed. There were several unclaimed orders waiting on the counter (who knows how long they have been there??) I saw a crew member walk out of a backroom and I imagine he was back there smoking weed, because nobody in this restaurant cares about customer service. There was an older woman behind us who was ordering as we waited for our food. The girl at the counter took so long to take her order as she kept shouting back to the kitchen "it's doing it again!!" At first I was very happy that the cashier spoke English just like in the US he screwed up our order. Every possible item was upgraded and he charged us for it.
