Jona was great, with exception to taking forever getting our drinks because she was chatting in the corner with the other servers. The food could not have been more bland. We were drawn to the Hub by its large and diverse menu. It seemed to have something for everyone, including a grilled chicken wrap that my diet-restricted husband could eat. The restaurant is large and air-conditioned, so it's a perfect spot for escaping the summer heat. Even though the parking lot was full, there was still a fair amount of seating inside. We were seated in a separate room with a long table. Unfortunately, although we chose the Hub in part so we didn't have to sit in the sun, the server decided to open the windows in the room halfway through our meal. There were no panes in the windows, so we got the full force of the hot air and the UV rays. I even ended up with a light sunburn after lunch. The coconut shrimp was quite delicious, but there wasn't anything special about my BLT or my corn chowder. read more

First let me say the food was great. If it was all about the food five stars. There are things that make you go "nah". The server was not 18% worthy. When she came to collect, she put a card reader in my face that said the total amount and did I want to give 18%, 20%, or 22%. Below that was a smaller button for no tip and custom tip. Because I was made to feel like she was in a hurry, I hit the 18%. But I also decided at that point to never return. Great job you guys. Guilted me into a few extra undeserved dollars but lost my business. Other things they don't tell you $2.00 to upgrade your fries. Not worth it. Also one of the other servers came to see if we wanted a refill. I did and my granddaughter did. The server should have mentioned there were no free refills on my granddaughters drink. Or at least got my approval before rushing off to bring an 8.00 refill. I have eaten at the Hub for years. Sad to see such money hungry service. read more

I enjoyed the environment and the service was wonderful and attentive, but I walked away disappointed in the food itself. Maps list this as a one $ spot but truly it's more like two $$. $30-$50 a person. My chicken meal looked so appealing and I enjoyed the textures but everything in the dish was so so salty. Ate here for breakfast on a early Sunday morning. The food is incredible. Daughter had the crepes. Enough for 2 people for sure! I had the sausage and eggs. NO wimpy sausages here! Everything was cooked perfectly. Attention to the little things is noted. The bathrooms are industrial but also nicely appointed. Good toilet paper! Seriously, who reviews TP? Decided to buckle up for the long drive to see if the food tastes as good as it looks on IG. There is more than enough parking and the restaurant has a nice and clean appearance. The service was great! My guest and I both felt the omelettes were too fluffy with too many ingredients inside. The Utah scone was good but not delicious like some other places I frequent. The food is a bit overpriced for the quality so I probably wouldn't make it a point to travel for it. If I was in the area I would try other dishes though. read more

5 stars all the way! The waitress (Alison) was professional and friendly and checked on us a few times need throughout our meal. Inside was very welcoming and clean. The food was delicious! The kids meal I ordered for my little one was BIG! I ordered biscuits and gravy for myself and the biscuits are HUGE so I highly recommend those as well! The only negative I have about this place is there's no real sign out front letting everybody know what the establishment is. They just have a H on the building which doesn't attract anybody unless you know what it is. read more

So we had to decide where to go for my wife's last solid meal she could have in several days. We decided on The Hub so she could have prime rib. And let me tell you it was an amazing slice of prime. Very tasty and a very nice tenderness. I got the short ribs and the waitress reminded me they weee not a rack of ribs. I knew this but it was a very nice reminder. It was fork tender. Delicious. Second time dining here. Newly renovated old-timer restaurant. Nice ambiance with seasonal themed decor. There three sections of the indoor seating with booths and chairs. Locally sourced. We had tried its breakfast menu before with fond memories. This time we dived into their dinner menu. The corn chowder soup was flavorful with touch of seafood. The bread that came with the spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, the dip itself was ok. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka pasta came with green pea and bacon bits was nothing special. The burger was flavorful with crunchy fries. The Caesar salad was flat and plain and won't order it again. The highlight of the meal was the chicken wings. Our first time here since remodeling. Aide was our server and wonderful to us. While we live in PC, this may be our new go-to breakfast place. We enjoyed eggs benedict, 2 slices of Canadian bacon on it, the breakfast sandwich with whole wheat rather than ciabatta bread, hash browns and buttermilk pancakes. All delish. After a quick camping weekend, my husband and I stopped in for breakfast on the way home in lieu of making our own breakfast at our camp site. I had never previously been to The Hub prior to the renovation, but it was such a fresh breath of air to walk into! The decor is very western inspired with modern industrial elements like metal pendant lights and bold black windows encasing a separate dining area. It truly is a beautiful transformation based off of photos I've seen in older reviews. On to the food, the menu offers a wide variety of standard breakfast fare. My husband ordered the Country Fried Steak and I ordered the Huevos Rancheros; we also got an order of the Buttermilk Pancakes to share. When the Country Fried Steak arrived, my jaw dropped!! It was utterly massive on its own and it still came with your standard variety of breakfast sides like eggs, toast, and hashbrowns. My husband really enjoyed it. The Buttermilk Pancakes we shared were absolutely delicious and my only complaint here is that the tiny pitcher of syrup was not nearly enough for how big these pancakes were. Otherwise, they were cooked to perfection and so fluffy! The Huevos Rancheros I got turned out really well despite the lack of authenticity to the dish. The salsa definitely looked and tasted like a jarred salsa, and I'm not sure what was going on with the beans since the ingredients listed on the menu only indicated black beans, but there were some somewhat runny refried beans added to the dish. All these things aside, the dish overall still had a great taste to it and hit the spot after our previous night's camp stove dinner. A lot of effort seems to have gone into the refurbishment of this establishment. It's so well done and I would enjoy to revisit again. read more

I am WRECKED. For 20 years, I have made an annual pilgrimage to The Hub for the best Navajo taco ever. But this past Sunday, I was distraught to find that everything has changed! The fry bread isn't even fry bread - it tastes too sweet, no crispiness. It was obviously not freshly made, possibly not even fried? I imagine they opened a plastic package of "Navajo Bread" and warmed a piece up in the microwave. The chili could barely be called chili - tiny amount of ok ground beef, about 5 pinto beans thrown in as an afterthought. No sauce. No flavor. A pathetic sprinkle of cheese. The majority of the food on my admittedly lovely handmade plate was a huge pile of chopped lettuce. My bill was $22.08 for a Diet Coke plus the absolute worst Navajo Taco ever made. They've exchanged good food for newly white walls, shiplap, and trendy lighting. I'm going to go cry about this. I wish I was kidding. read more

Came for my dad's birthday- had EXCELLENT service, we sat in their outdoor heated seating and it was a wonderful ambiance, we all were very satisfied with our food. I was hesitant to try this place because of the lower reviews but heard really great things from tons of people outside of yelp. Finally decided to give it a try. Upon walking in I was blown away by how beautiful of a job they did remodeling. Our server Larry was kind and extremely helpful in helping us decide what to order. My husband and I ordered the fettuccine (pasta special), a scone, Cesar salad, and wings. Everything was delicious. Plates were around $20/each- which wasn't too crazy for how big the portions were. The staff is great really friendly and the place is clean. It's priced well. I got the club sandwich. It was tasty and came out quickly. The fries were crisp as well. The club does not come toasted, but you can request that. My issue came with bill. We have all seen at the bottom of the check it has tip percentages. The new tipping is 18/20/22 % I guess. My issue is with management trying get these percentages on top of tax. That is not how you tip you do not tip on tax. Once again the working staff is great but the management is trying to pull fast one on its customers. I will be back and hopefully it's changed. read more

Recently reopened with beautiful decor and menu's. Check out the new menu options. I'll forever miss the Hub's Navajo Tacos which did not make it on the new menu. Service is good. The Burger was good, but not $15 good. I guess we all get to pay for the expensive rebuild. I had to ask if fries come with it. Wasn't listed on the menu. Options are potato or sweet potato fries or salad. Service is was normal. They came by often to check on me. I didn't have the poor experience others have had. read more

Most of the meals I've had a the Hub have been very good. Unfortunately tonight I picked up an order of vegtable-beef soup and brought it home looking forward to a nice hot bowl of soup. When I opened the container I was shocked to find a container of mostly salty beef broth and barely any vegetables. Very disappointing. read more
