We moved from Texas to Utah county 6 month ago. We rarely eat out anymore because we just couldn't find good food. Well that changed today. This is the best food we've had since living in Utah. The pulled pork is western NC bbq, so be prepared for that. I was wanting more eastern bbq with that vinegar, but it was still good. Reminded me of east Texas bbq. My son had the mango habanero chicken sandwich and loved it. My girls had a cheeseburger kids meal and cleared their plates. Texas sheet cake, while it's not mine it was still pretty dang good and so were the OG scones. We will be back. read more

If you are in the mood to indulge this is the place to do it. The options are many. I usually get a bacon cheeseburger and it is great. They also offer what my family called scones growing up but it is technically flatbread with honey butter. That is my absolute favorite. My husband brought me here for my first time after we had bought our car from Tim Dahle Ford back in January. It's one of his favorite places in Utah County. He came with his best friends a few times during their Guys' Nights Out. I'm a Southern girl, so I went with the Pulled Pork and Hush Puppies (and the hush puppies reminded me of the way I had them as a kid). It did not disappoint! So we came in about an hour before close today and tried the the mango habanero chicken sandwich and beer battered fries. The fries were not beer battered really at all but the manager explained they changed suppliers and were trying out new ones so I understood that. They were not very crisp but again it was near closing time. The sandwich was interesting had good flavor and plenty of crunchy pickles I was hoping for crisper slaw to match the pickles but there was not very much on it. The sandwich is very messy which I don't mind at all but sadly the chicken was not really fried like you would expect it was kind of like ordering chick-fil-a then driving home waiting a little bit then eating it so it's kind of soggy breading. This restaurant is huge! I came here on Thursday at 5pm, and to my surprise there were 3-4 other parties getting takeout, and 2-3 parties that were sat down. My to-go order took about 15 mins to be made. The southern chicken sandwich I got was $8.99 alone, but I added drinks and fries which made it come out to about $15 total. This is one of the GO-TO places that we frequently dine at, knowing we will never be disappointed with either the quality of the food or the service! This place is WELL known for its scrumptious burgers, beer-battered crispy fries, and the Ferrari of milkshakes. They do everything well here! My favorite burger here is the mushroom and swiss burger, it's one of the best I've had. The ratio of mushrooms to the burger and melted gooey swiss cheese is to die for, and to pair it up with their famous beer-battered fries is just a match made in heaven. Favorite shake: B-A-N-A-N-A S-P-L-I-T. They use real hot fudge here (which is a BIG PLUS in my book) and the outcome of this shake is a party in your mouth. If you're a banana split ice cream fan, this is your winner in shake form. The service is phenomenal. All you need to do is ask nicely (if they can correct your order) and they will do it with a smile, no questions asked. PRO TIP: Try asking for a side of ranch sauce and teriyaki sauce. This is a great all American joint. I feel patriotic just walking in. There is plenty of seating, especially when the back section is opened up. Not sure why it's not always open. We came on a pretty busy night it seemed. The line to order took about 15 - 20 minutes. It was long and not moving much. I'm not sure what the hold up was, just order and pay, done. I'm sure the customer is part of the blame. They got a lot of great options to choose from. If you are a burger guy, you will be drooling at the menu. I like the pastrami here, it's my go to. This time, however, it was blasted with a lot of mustard. Kinda overwhelmed any other flavor. Luckily I like mustard but still needed to cut back. The food came out quick and we had a big group. I've been a staunch lover of Chubby's for a long time. However, I hate to say it but the quality seem to be going down as they open more locations. The burgers have decreased in flavor, the buns full out fall apart, and the toppings are kind of plopped in one spot so you don't get all the flavors in each bite. If you're going to have a burger and fry joint, you gotta teach the frier when to pull those delicious potatoes out of the fryer and a lot of my fries were almost burnt. The shakes were good. Lots of Reese's bits in my PB Cup shake so I loved that!!! The kids burger was burnt too. Way over cooked. They are tinier than the regular burgers so they for sure need to be cooked less, and it appears they cook them the same amount of time as the bigger ones. My son wouldn't even eat his. Way too hard. We heard that they were known for their scones and burgers so my husband and I decided to get the Hawaiian BBQ Burger, Malibu Chicken Sandwich, and Cinnamon and Sugar Scones all to share. They did not disappoint to say the least! The food came out quick and super hot. The amount of money you pay is totally reasonable and if you go with a good group of sharers, you'll be able to taste a good amount of food. I don't like! I don't like the Philly cheesesteak--it has some type of mustard on it that didn't do it for me and the meat was too chewy. HOWEVER, apparently that's a big seller on their menu, so maybe you have a more refined palate? If you think you do, give it a try #YOLO. I LOVE! I love the dang scones!! Are you kidding me? What the heck is in that honey butter?! If the owner is reading this... please oh please either send the me recipe or give me a lifelong supply of that stuff because I won't be able to sleep until I make drinking it a part of my nightly routine. On a drive from Logan to Moab a friend suggested we stop here for lunch. It was awesome! My one friend who's been there before suggested we get the scones with our meal. I doubted him and got the fries, which were average. The burger was great and the piece of scone I stole was excellent. We actually stopped again on our way back from Moab.
