It's your standard small town burger place. There are a lot of options so I'm sure you can find something as long as your like burger or hotdogs. I didn't find anything amazing nor did I find anything horrible. There is a small drive through window but it's probably just as efficient if you park your car and order inside. There are several simple seating options inside the place but nothing fancy. I order the spicy burger and it's somewhat spicy. The meat is not huge but good enough. The meat is not super juicy but considering the location it's alright. The curly fries are slightly too hard even though they are freshly fried. As I said, it's middle of the mill and good choice if you are hungry and need somewhere simple to eat. I wouldn't come here just for the food but it's a good choice if you happen to be in this town. Service is efficient and good enough. As I said it's so run of the mill that I actually have a hard time come up with anything good or bad. This food place is truly awful. First off, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes when there was no one else in the restaurant. They only had one person taking orders, while there were two extra workers claiming to be "busy". When I finally ordered my food, more people got in line behind me. Not only did they get their orders taken immediately, but they also got their food before me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I never got my food. I only had an hour long lunch and I had to leave. Nobody in the back handling food wore gloves. I saw a female cook repeatedly wiping her hands on her shorts after handling RAW burger patties, then finish making an order without washing her hands. A guy with curly hair comes back from break and went straight to packing orders, again no handwashing. The only person I saw wash their hands in between tasks was the guy wearing a red shirt and tattoos on his neck. Everyone was polite, the facility was clean, and the ice cream cones are good. The dbl cb and veggie burger were delicious with the homemade fry sauce, as was the generous portion of onion rings. Not able to comment about the fries as they did not make it into the bag. They were willing to make it right if we returned to the store, which we were not able to do. The staff were all courteou, friendly, and showed they cared about the customers. Stopped for a quick lunch after a trip to the DMV. The food was pretty good (hubby got the wild fries and loved them, I got a cheeseburger and fries which was good - dog loved the fries too - and we all got shakes and they were pretty good). The staff was super friendly. The wait wasn't horrible considering it was lunch time and pretty busy. If you're passing thru, stop in and grab a bite. The food was really good. Burger had a big slice of tomato not a tiny little thing. The fry sauce is good, I was a little sketch at first because of the color (it was pale, and I like my fry sauce pink or practically red) but it was definitely good. We found Burger Queen to be a little tastier than their fellow burger joint, Polar Bear, near by. The sandwiches were moist and had better toppings on the sandwiches . (We had burgers and chicken sandwiches) Their chicken burgers had an odd type of chicken patty, but otherwise the food was to be as expected for a small town. Starving and really craving some time out of the truck, Hubby and I swooped into Burger Queen for some food. Hubby had a double cheeseburger with all the fixings. It was hot and fresh, but nothing exceptional. I had a BLT on sourdough slices that was tasty on the inside, but the bread was just fair. We shared a vanilla shake that was thick and vanillay (is that a word?), but the highlight of the meal were the wild fries - french fries covered with sauce, jalapenos, bacon and a bunch of other stuff that happily made their way from the fork into my mouth. Delicious!! The server was cheery and overall everything was satisfying except for the washrooms. Both washrooms were a gross mess. TIP: Go for the food, but pee in the parking lot. read more

Good food. Good and friendly employees. Good burgs and fries. If I had to give some advice I'd say that the wild fries had a bit too much salt, and that comes from someone that loves salt. I'd guess its a bacon bit salt plus french fry salt confluence and they need to lay off on one or the other. Still good food though. read more
