Ordered a CURBSIDE order of the "SWAG" burger and an Oreo shakes, quoted "order will be ready for pick up at 9:40" gave them til 9:50pm, still no CURBSIDE pickup, walked in there to ask for my CURBSIDE pickup, only to be snapped back with an attitude, "it just came out" ummmm that's not my fault that your system told me, my order will be ready at 9:40, and I waited til 9:50 to come in, . At this point I'm quiet annoyed, she sends me to the other ends of the bar to WAIT for the Oreo shakes coz they're NOT ready.. needless to say, I left without an Oreo shakes that I had already paid for ‍. TRINA deserves to own her own location. she at 10pm at night has such beautiful energy and is such a happy person. It is rare to have the encounter and energy she gave when meeting her. Went to the Aventura location. My hamburger had a piece of plastic on it. Disgusting. I asked for a sauce and they were quick to reply that I had to pay for it. I just spent 20 buck in 2 hamburgers but they can't spare a sauce. Anyway, plastic on my food made things a lot worse than not having the sauce. This is one of my favorite burger joints... Every time you go you are guaranteed a hot, juicy and fresh burger. One of the things I really enjoy are the onion rings which you can see in the picture. They are huge, crunchy, and totally satisfying! Make sure to get melted cheese for your fries... Delicious. I really like the soda machine also outside where you can choose a bazillion different drinks. It's pretty cool that they serve beer if that's what you're into. Tonight we came here with my family and I was greeted by Gene the manager. I like seeing how attentive he his to all the customers and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The Inside is clean and well lit but they also offer a large outdoor patio area. Which is also cleaned and comfortable.The young men who sat us were very polite and enthusiastic to help accommodate my family. Their names were Jeremy and Darius. Very respectful young men. I think their manager Gene must be doing a great job because his employees reflect that. I will definitely come to this location again. The service was superb. This place is awesome with great attitudes and customer service. We were initially going to sit outside but due to it being windy we ended up bringing it inside where Jeremy and Darius helped us quickly with putting tables together and bringing us sanitized high chairs because we have kids. The manager Gene is on top of everything. We ordered a few beers and the kids food and it came very quick and it it was super fresh and hot. They were super friendly, very professional and attentive to our condiment needs along with knives and straws although they have a wait station for all of that. Great job you guys. This BurgerFi used to be five stars for me, but the beef patty sizes and fry sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. I thought that burger patties would be pretty standard since they are probably weighed/measured, but there is a noticeable difference now. Alternatively, the Hallandale location still has good portions of food. I order a cheeseburger when I visit BurgerFi. However, the rest of the family still orders the "BAD" Breakfast All Day burger here, and they request the cooks make the bacon and hashbrowns extra crispy. The cashiers here are friendly and usually make sure the requests for extra crispy are followed. The bucket of French Fries are consistently delicious. They have the potato skin on. We get them "Urban Style" with the aioli on the side. They are piled high with a ton of grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic. I don't think the name is military related although I thought it was. Still, they offer a military discount which is cool. Great $7 ish fast casual burger place. read more

So glad to see so many cool businesses in the newly remodeled center. Third - Parking during lunch time is a nightmare. The fries were a little over salted, but good - nothing out of this world. I should of gone with the brisket burger - just to change it up - but was really craving a cheese burger. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but the indoor was really hot because they had the doors propped open. Why would you keep the doors open? If people want to sit inside it's probably to get out of the heat. The food was about average - the soda machine rocks - the parking is a headache - the indoor/outdoor separation is non existent. MOD made it right. This place is my sons favorite place because they can get a fried egg oozing out of the side combined with the crunchy bacon leaves this chain at the top of our list. After getting a MAD burger the egg came out hard, I was going to eat it anyways but my boys know what I had been expecting, the yolk oozing goodness. So they convinced me to take it back. The MOD made it right and presented me with a perfect product to be proud with. She, the MOD, was very attentive to the cleanliness of the establishment and the satisfaction of the guests. BurgerFi was only open for carry-out. The food is very good for a fast food restaurant. They are a little high priced for fast food, but they are extremely tasty. And when they are fully open, they sell beer! It's a big advantage over Burger King or McDonalds. They also serve the delicious vegetarian Beyond Burger. They really are trying to raise the bar for fast food. They have a new Bacon-ier sandwich. I haven't tried it yet, but it's another example of BurgerFi trying to widen the spectrum. If you like eating your burger in a windy meat locker then this is location is for you. Your fries and onion rings will chill quickly and your shake will stay solid. Went to grab a late burger and found the restaurant to be very windy and bit crowded. All the customers had sweatshirts and jackets on and huddling together. The weather was quite colder 62 degrees and the wind was picking up. I placed my order and found a seat in the rear of restaurant. As I looked around everyone looked cold and the wind was picking up, all three doors were stuck wide open even though they have closing sensors. After waiting a few minutes I went up from my seat and manually closed one of the double sliding doors. Not one minute later, a worker came out and opened the doors. One of the customers sitting close to the open doors asked why she was closing them and she snapped at him, " in case a disabled person came through and I'm not losing my job over it" the customer pointed to the still open other two wide open doors than span a good six feet each. At this point I intervened and asked her why she opened the doors when I closed them as everyone inside clearly was cold. She replied to me that, "because we are Burger Fi and that's our business model" no regard for her customers whom were asking for some relief of the weather. I asked her name and she yelled Alexis Charles and I asked her who's the manager, she snapped again I am, I am in charge! I myself own a retail business and customer safety and satisfaction is Number 1. This is not Burgerfi priority. Tip: If you do go here, check the weather report or take out your food so you can eat in your car in comfort. I'm a regular at this place, but today when I went there to have lunch, the staff that gave me the food told me that she has to charge me for the BurgerFi sauce. She told me that these are the instructions after going public in the stock market and that only the beginning because all prices will start rising because of this. It was one of my favorite places, but I don't like when they start changing the way the customers were treated. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 is because I didn't quite enjoy my burger and it was not filling. These Burgers are relatively small and mines was not really tasty. I ordered the vegetarian burger with the mixed fries and onion rings. The cheese basically melted into the patty and I couldn't taste it and I don't know what specialty sauce they put because I didn't see it or taste it either. Food was just alright though. Well it never arrived and I drove down to the store and met the the person at the front who kindly guided me to the manager Patrick and he was awesome from the start! They offer a Beyond Meat option. I think they have someone who eats beef making the burger bc they don't know how to cook it properly. It's not browned properly and was still cold in the center. It's not sufficient to just be warm on the outside. They need to cook it longer. It should not resemble "rare beef".
