I went to the new BurgerFi on Glades Road in Boca and I have to tell you I actually stood waiting for my little cheeseburger with my mouth open in dismay at what I was witnessing. First no customer service at all, a bunch of young kids yelling in the back obvious no one knew what they were doing - people were waiting for their food - two workers standing by the drink area just chatting, while the place was a madhouse. Honestly, no professionalism, no customer service, no organization, no management = and I spent $9.00 for a plain cheeseburger and lemonade - and the hamburger was horrible - I should have just gotten a pizza - but wanted to try this new place and I will NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend. We love Burger Fi so we were excited about the new location. The first time our order was wrong after a long struggle to order the food and the cashier to comprehend. It took even longer to get the order corrected. We let it go figuring it was new and kinks needed to be worked out. So second attempt, food still came out wrong and by the time it was right we once again did not all eat at the same time. Third try I told the cashier he rang in fries instead of onion rings. He said he would tell them. I knew at that point we would not get them and sure enough, we did not eat all together again while one of us stood at the front waiting for them. Fourth and final try (glutton for punishment, I know) not only did our food not come out right but we almost didn't stay and order when we saw at least a dozen flies flying around the front of the kitchen. read more

My first time eating from a BurgerFi. The experience was horrible. We ordered the CEO and the Vegan Beyond burger. We got a side of fries and onion rings. Everything was soaking and dripping with grease. The burger hardly had sauce, tasted bland. Needless to say we took a bite and threw it all away! $32 down the drain. read more

The next morning after eating BurgerFi for dinner, my husband and I both felt ill, not sure of the meat or old grease, either way.... we both had the CEO funny enough.... It's quite frustrating when the online ordering system went down and you have to schlep two small children into a restaurant during covid to make an order (there's no phone number hooked up directly to the location it's forwarded to customer service only) to wait for the food, get home to find part of your order missing. Partially negligent on my end for not checking but when the server reassures you everything is in there, off you go. No way was I going back, reached out and was connected with Ms Geneva. She was excellent, explained to me that it was a new location with new staff so some kinks had to be worked out, understandable; I'm in customer service myself. She was soft spoken and kind hearted, genuine and sincere, even going as far as inviting us back, we've been so busy after 1+ months I was able to return. All the staff were on point, everyone was diligently working and the store itself was very clean and organized. Very busy, but no one seemed overwhelmed. I even had an opportunity to meet the woman who I spoke to on the phone, she was not sitting in a fancy office taking call, she was behind the grill busting her tushy pushing out orders along her team. I was very impressed, I wish this location well and lots of success in the future, can't wait to return time after time with my family! read more

I love BurgerFi! I was thrilled when I heard that BurgerFi was opening here in Boca! I remember eating at the one in Delray, but it was far from my home. I've been a huge BurgerFi fan since 2017. Insanely disorganized! The wait for food is longer than going to a sit down restaurant. The only time it's ok to go to this location is when there are no other customers. Even then there's a good chance the wait will be very long. Even when we as a family have gone just for ice cream the wait is unacceptable. Last time we were there was the usual experience and I watched as what appeared to be a manager/ possible owner sitting at a table having a talk with another employee as chaos was occurring throughout the place. Placed an order with Uber eats for 2 burgers, 1 large fry, and a Kids Chicken Tender meal. order arrived with the burgers and fries but was missing the kids Chicken Tenders and drink. it did have the kids fries. when I called burger fi and spoke to the manager, she had the nerve to tell me I was lying and that they did put the tenders in the bag. Although the bag was sealed there was no tenders and even went on to say that the driver probably stole it out of the bag. Unbelievable for about $1 worth of food they couldn't just admit their mistake. no wonder this place has 2 stars. will NEVER go to another BurgerFI EVER! horrible management read more

I really wish I can give less than a one star review. I went in this afternoon for lunch to pick up my to go and I was waiting at the counter for someone to help me for at least 5 minutes. When someone finally came to help me, the guy came up with a lot of energy and a white substance under his nose. I simply asked what the hold up was and he replied "don't worry about it". He continued to give me attitude for the rest of the time and I will not be returning to this location. Food was mediocre and was overall expecting a better experience. read more

Visited this location at lunchtime, but left with no food. Went to take out burger and fries. No employee was at register or behind the counter. Employees who were cooking looked at those of us on line but said nothing. Employees even walked behind the counter into the kitchen but didn't acknowledge that people were waiting to order. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted! I went in to pick up an order for my family on Sunday. My milkshakes were not ready so I'm waiting, a woman walks in and comes up to the counter. She said you gave my husband the wrong milkshakes. Jokingly I said to her, those look like mine! So the girl behind the counter took those milkshakes and about two seconds later turned around and told me "here are your milkshakes!" I asked her if she's joking! She attempted to give me milkshakes that another customer had possession of outside of the building for who knows how long of a period of time as they were all melted and gross looking. I asked for a refund at this point. The manager who refunded me seemed so unbothered and unapologetic about this. I am literally so disappointed with BurgerFi. I tried calling but no one ever answers the phone! One would think the first part of training in a fast food restaurant or any food establishment is food safety and The fact that other customers should not be touching another customers food ever, especially with Covid still around. It took 14 minutes to make a ceo burger that had no bacon in it. Meat tasted a little greasy and stale. I felt like if I were to go to Wendy's and get a baconator I would have a better tasting burger for half the price I paid for the ceo ($14) with soda and the service would have been quicker as well. read more

The Boca Raton Burger Fi at Uptown Boca is without a doubt the worst run restaurant ever. There is always lots of workers but they are on break at the tables or chatting to each other behind the counter. The lines are long and the food takes too long for fast food, but that's because the workers aren't working. On all my past experiences: the tables are dirty, condiments not refilled, they ran out of straws and garbage overflowing. Go eat somewhere else if given a choice. I've previously written to corporate office instead to give them a chance to fix things but they ignored me. Maybe this review will wake them up. read more

Very unsafe I watched as a customer returned a opened burger to the manager who then remade the same burger on the same table as the new burgers. The manger then touched all the other customers burgers with the same gloves she handled the open burger with. Unsafe and they seem to not care and are not enforcing any social distancing or masks. The guy next to me has no mask and 2 feet away in line. The staff is taking money and clearing tables then going back to make food with the same dirty gloves. read more

But they handled it amazingly and got everyone's food out in a reasonable amount of time despite the amount of stress they had! Worst burgerfi I have encountered I had to wait 33 minutes to get my food only to find out they took my order wrong. Of course no management on sight so I just asked for a refund and left.
