Just NO. Save yourself and go to Shake Shack. I usually don't give bad ratings or reviews but this one had to be said. I came here to try out burger fi for the first time, and order "To Go". I stood in a long line for about 15 minutes before reaching the cashier. Quickly, the line became longer behind me. Finally, I reached the cashier and order two cheeseburgers (one cheeseburger with pickles) 1 regular fried onions and 1 cry + fry, 4 concrete desserts to try them out (I thought they were mini, from the looks of the picture on the menu, boy was I wrong) he then took my name for the order. I then sat down to wait as I understandably saw how busy this place is. There was about 3-4 people in the kitchen...I did not see any urgency from any of them. I waited patiently, and waited and did some more waiting. About another 20-30 minutes of waiting I looked around and saw everyone who was behind me, already sat down with their food served and eating. So then I decided to get up and check with the staff if my food was ready? One of the staff members checked my receipt and just handed me a bag that was already sitting in front of him. This annoyed me even more as I thought they would call out my name when my order was ready! I was then handed 4 overflowing desserts without any lid or covers, asked them if they had a cover or something since I'm taking this to go and this would fly around in my car. The staff member said no, and that those weren't even the cups for the dessert. So I asked them to give me any lid and another cup holder tray so I can secure these desserts. So the cashier left me to figure out my innovation of securing the desserts without care or thought. Once I got home, my boyfriend and I ate the food and were not impressed. Also, they didn't add pickles to my cheeseburger, got the order wrong. By this time, the food was already cold. I was shocked at the lack of quality and freshness of the food was, and was not satisfying at all. This was over priced junk food, $50 total, so disappointing. In conclusion, I will not return to burgerfi. The food and service did not meet my expectations. The lack of communication, enthusiasm, care and tact at this place was beyond me. Very disorganized and long wait times for a fast food joint! The place seems like it's ran by teens, and they may need some more proper training, customer service training, hire more staff and possibly a manager to keep things moving and in line. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich for pickup from the app, took it home with my kids food, and it was disgusting. Breading soggy, inside was pink and springy as if it was still raw. The employee responded "Unless your picking up an order, we're no longer serving customers." So excuse us for not ordering online!! My family was besides ourselves as this seems to be a new pattern...start closing at least 1/2 hr. before posted time, give snarky looks & a condescending attitude. Hair in my burger, clearly not mine, half eaten at the restaurant brought it forward to the counter and politely said - "please do what you do for this," aka take care of me as a customer, who comes to this place regularly and I didn't want to make a scene or be loud at all because there was a line. The service was excellent. The young lady who took our order was very patient and kind. She explained everything to me due to my gluten allergy. This burger joint is pretty good for those with gluten intolerances. I'm not sure what their protocols are and I should have asked but I didn't have any reactions, which is rare. Overall, the food was very good. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger wasn't dry, which is a bonus, and the toppings were decent as well. I enjoy the fries as they taste like they're hand cut. I came when they first opened and they were fine. Came back a few days ago, and there was a 25 minute wait for food from when you ordered. The girl at the register did announce this to everybody, but I was already next to order so I figured I could wait. I got the chocolate shake and a regular burger-- Shake was great, but the burger was pretty cold, and the bun tasted a bit stale. I think a lot of this is due to the fact that it's a really new location and they're working on adjusting + ironing out things, so I would wait a month or two before going to this location. Cannot comment on food as it's fairly standard. Service and cleanliness is absolutely horrible. We've visited here several times in hopes that they would improve but unfortunately it's only gotten worse. Tables are constantly full of food remnants and disgusting. The condiment station is always filthy and not stocked full of flies. Service is based upon time it takes to get your food. 20min for dine in service even though I counted 9 individuals working or acting like they are working. On a positive note, everyone is friendly and apologizes for the wait. Always asking if you need something which is pleasant. First time at this location, we often visit the Burger Fi on SW 18 street nearby. Two of us walked in 15 minutes after they opened for lunch. Just one other pair of customers in the place, yet the floors were slippery, food all over the floors. Took 3 tries to find a clean table, likely never wiped down from the day before. Even then my wife had to swap chairs to avoid sitting in filth. The ketchup dispenser was empty, they had packets out, probably safer anyway. They get 2 stars for no food issues but we will be sure to visit other locations instead. read more

I was really disappointed In My experience today. I have eaten at BurgerFi in Philly, stellar experience; however, this one is horrible. First manager just yells from the back how are you paying, then directs me to use kiosk. (Really no cashiers!) After I placed order no one gave me a cup. I had to reach across the counter to get my own. When my order was ready no one called my name. Simply placed it in the counter top. I had to get up and ask if that was my order. He then proceeds to pass it to me from the kitchen area. Of course my simple burger was wrong. Asked for pickles, not a pickle on site. I didn't even bother to ask for them. As I was getting ready to leave I hear yelling. It is an employee in the lobby telling the manager she told her she had to go to the doctor. Manager tells her don't talk to me like that.
