WTF!!!!!!!! And that means " Wings Take Flight!!" We have always loved going to Burger Fi for the unique veggie burgers (take off the cheese and bread; serve it green style wrapped in lettuce and you have one amazingly delicious and healthy dinner), the crispy , juicy onion rings --you can order just one and put it on top of your burger--or even your healthy veggie burger! ( well, it DOES add immensely to the enjoyment of it..;-), and the fresh french fries, which taste nothing like any other fries we've ever had... But NOW they are serving wings, and they are the most delicious chicken wings we've ever had! Meaty and juicy, these wings put any other wings we have had to shame! We shared the sweet barbecue wings (no sauce needed) and the original wings (which are served with bleu cheese or ranch, traditionally) although they were so juicy that we ate them "naked". The price point seems high: $9.99 for five--but they are worth it, because you are FULL when you finish them. (I gave one away to my husband) . Next time we will try the spicier wings because we were assured that they aren't "too spicy"!! We are hoping that Burger Fi keeps these wings. I would like to take a moment to recognize a local business that really cares about our community. Last night, the Somerset Academy Canyon Cougars HS girls varsity soccer team made history with an epic comeback district semifinal win vs. defending champion American Heritage Delray. After the game, our coach contacted BurgerFi, located in Cobblestone Commons and asked if we can bring the entire team to celebrate. Mind you, they close at 10pm and we wouldn't arrive until 9:55pm. Without hesitation, owner Scott and his staff agreed to stay open for us. After working long hours, you could understand if they weren't exactly thrilled to stay and work past their shifts...especially in today's world. But not this location. The owner and entire staff was upbeat and made sure everything came out right. An experience like that is hard to find these days and must be recognized. Everyone had a great time being together and enjoyed what they ordered. Hey, the restaurant business is not easy. Restaurants may not always get it right. But last night, they got it right on every level. When you find a community business that truly cares, support them! Our experience last night was more than enough for me to continue to support them. Too many times people will only post and write a review on bad experiences. If only more of us posted the good or great experiences just as much. Trust me, businesses need it! We ordered our food around 4 PM before the dinner rush and we ordered our same meal a single cheeseburger pretty simple as well as a veggie burger. The food took so long to come out we had to ask at least 2 to 3 times where our food was. when you walked into the restaurant, it smelled like old mop water. The fries were cold. Once the food finally came out. We were extremely disappointed that our burgers were cold as well. The manager came over and apologized and stated that they were going through some shift changes and they had unexperienced people on the grill. overall we will try to come back because we know that this is not a typical experience for this restaurant. read more

What you would expect ~ rare visit for me but if you are craving a solid burger fries etc.. this is a decent spot. Service exceptional.

This location was not set up for take-out. They had no enclosed lids for the drinks, and ketchup was only available by pumping it into an open condiment cup. They also didn't have regular straws, only extremely fat straws for drinking custard shakes. I thought it was very expensive at $34 for two lunches: single burger, fries, 5 wings, onion rings, and two fountain drinks. The small fountain drinks were $3 each. The food was good, except the burgers are very thin. For the single burger the ratio of bread to meat was way off , so I'd recommend getting a double just for that reason. read more

As far as hamburgers go, this is the absolute best! Highest quality of meet and choices of burgers with numerous topping options. My go to choice is their CEO Burger made with a blend of double Wagyu & brisket with homemade candied bacon-tomato jam!!! I could eat that stuff by itself it is that good!! Their onion rings and French fries are also the best around. They even have vegan options if you are in to that. Went here today and I ordered the quinoa burger which I've gotten multiple times before. I get my burger and take my first bite. I quickly realized it was a normal meat patty and felt immediately sick to my stomach. I've been a vegetarian my entire life and never even tasted beef. I go up to the counter and ask them kindly to remake my burger, which they do, except when the burger is returned to me, it is once again a regular meat patty. The entire thing felt like a sick joke. How do you mess up this horribly twice. TWICE. This place needs to be better trained on the difference between a regular patty and a veggie patty. I am disgusted and still feel nauseous hours later. I used to love coming here as I've always been a fan of their food but I will be warning everyone of how they run this restaurant with zero care for their guests. read more

While under quarantine for possible exposure to the beast that shall not be mentioned. I had to use contactless / car-side pickup until I was cleared. I placed the order online. I got to the restaurant. I checked in. I waited. 10 minutes. Nothing. I waited 15 minutes. Nothing. As it approached 20 minutes, I called the restaurant. I explained I placed an order for car-side pickup, and it never came out. She put me on hold and hung up. I called back. No apologies for hanging up; she said she didn't, which at this point, I'm already annoyed. "We'll be right out!" she says as she slams down the phone. I didn't get to ask for utensils or napkins, or condiments. Five or so minutes later a man walks the bag of food over to my car. I thank him. "Yup!" he says as he turns back toward the store. I move my car out of the designated pick-up spaces and park out of the way. My hot dog looked like someone had sat on it. Cold and hard, it was like petrified wood. I tossed it without even daring to taste it. The fries. Cold. Stale. Tasteless. The burger was cold and looked like it fell out of its packaging and was hastily rewrapped. I didn't even bother eating it. After two bites, it was over. I pulled the plug. I called back to see if there was a manager available. I spent nearly $30 for a meal I was sent to the dumpster. A manager never came on, so I hung up and wrote an email. That was a month ago. No response. To attempt to explain what happened. It's unfortunate.
