First time trying Burferfi and we had an amazing experience. I had the Burgerfi Cheeseburger + bacon, my hubby had the Breakfast All Day and the cry fry (onion rings and fry combo). The patties in the burgers are super juicy and tasty, their fries are crunchy and tasty. The onion inside the onion rings were too thick, wont be ordering that in the future. Had a vanilla shake and it was thick and delicious. Definitely this will be our future place whenever we want to have burgers. Highly recommend!! read more

I went for lunch for the Thursday special. The fries and beer were good. The burger was a disaster. The burger and cheese were sliding off the bun and the bun was soggy like it had fallen into the grease. Not a pleasant meal or experience. Yes I'm giving one star because it was my worst fast food experience ever. It,s because I never even got my food. Service was a complete disappointment. My husband and I were in the mood for some dessert and decided to try out the brand new BurgerFi for their legendary custard. Not only was the custard beyond satisfying to our sweet tooth, but the staff was super welcoming and upbeat! We had such a great experience that we decided to go back a second time in the same week! And I must say, I was very much impressed with how on point the BurgerFi staff was in only their first week of being officially open! While the burgers are good the food is way overpriced. 5 onion rings, a burger (single), and a drink $15. The place is just a fancy fast food restaurant. You would be better served eating at McDonalds. Drinks are self service, same machine found in most fast places. A group of RNs from Bethesda West decided to treat ourselves with a BurgerFi lunch. We are very disappointed!! We ordered on line. All ordered lettuce and tomato on the burgers, NONE HAD THEM There was two different cheeses ordered and PAID FOR on one. Again WASN'T DONE. We tried to follow up with a phone call. This is our favorite burgerfi location! We live right about in the middle of 3 different locations & opt for this one every time because the service! The food is always delicious & they don't take long to prepare our order. I am pregnant & get sick easily from takeout so I get weary ordering out but the food is always fresh. Charlie the general manager is a team player working hard alongside the rest of the staff. Genia was very sweet & patient when taking my order. My favorite burger is the breakfast all day burger & they never fail to make it exactly how I request with the egg fully cooked thru. This specific burgerfi is absolutely horrible, they constantly undercook fries, burn ur bun regularaly and refuse to give you extra aioli sauce when you ask very nicely with a smile and saying please; not because they're out of sauce just because they just don't want to. I'll pay extra Jesus Christ. I love burgerfi and their food but this is one too many orders that I've paid over 20 bucks for a burger and fries and just literally can't eat it because I was given raw potato sticks and a burnt bun with barely cooked bacon on it. Like come on, what the fuck did I do? I order from y'all a lot too and I've been "whatever" about the whole thing but I've probably lost over 100 bucks now just ordering fries from this specific store. I have been to several BurgerFi locations and this is by far the best one I have been to. I even drive up 20 minutes from Boca Raton to go to this location regularly. The staff is amazing and friendly all the time, without exception, and the food is always spot on. They keep a very clean restaurant and go out of their way for their customers. They have been especially amazing during this Covid crisis, and have kept a very clean and safe restaurant that people should feel comfortable visiting. I saw someone said in a previous review that they would not offer them free extra sauce? Do not believe that review. Clearly that is someone who must have had a specific issue and is just trying to badmouth them. I have been there over 20 times and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests in any way possible and have never turned down a request. We need more places like this. read more

Burgerfi is one my favorite burger places and the vegefi burger has to be the best veggie burger I've ever eaten. They make the vegefi burger in house and it's fresh and a healthy alternative. Most places use a pre-frozen patty, which sucks. Trust me, you won't miss the meat with this one. The Boynton location is very accommodating and the staff is always friendly. I ordered delivery from Burger-Fi, on their app, originally it stated that the delivery would be 7:50. Ok, then I get text from a driver saying they will be on time. 20 minutes the ticket the meal was later I get a text from a new driver saying that my delivery will arrive at 8:15. So my food sat at burger-Fi for an extra 25 minutes. DID THEY make a new meal for the new driver...NO. according the meal was made at 7:20 . I paid $7 for their delivery service and the food sat around for an hour. I called to complain about my cold soggy food, and BOB The Manager said it's not their fault but offered me a $10 gift card . And that I have to go to pick up. I told him I wanted the whole meal comped..where's the quality control that they claim they have. I have e-mailed corporate office.. no response from them. If you offer the service and I pay you for the service, your are responsible. I gave them a week to resolve this issue, nothing at all from them other than BOB. I USE TO ORDER FROM THEM 1ONCE EVERY 2-3 WEEKS. NO MORE. read more
