Service here is very slow and the servers don't seem to care. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes even though there were only two people in front of me. Then we waited 30 minutes for the food. While we were waiting and then eating, a long line developed, but they had the same slow, bored server taking all of the orders. They didn't open the other register. Also looked like the kitchen was scrambling just to keep up. It was a weekend lunch and they should have staffed up properly. The good is good, but not worth the hassle and the expense. read more

No kid sized meals or drinks on the menu. The burgers and fries are tasty, but paying over $7 for 3 drinks is ridiculous. My kids are very small. No way they are drinking over $2 worth of soda or lemonade. Two single burgers, one regular order of fries, one grilled cheese (American melted on a bun - not on the menu), and 3 drinks was over $25. We love this place! Awesome fries, delicious juicy burgers, and friendly service. The frozen custard is an amazing bonus, not to be missed. One of the best burgers I have had. I ordered the Burgerfi Cheeseburger very tasty not dry, moist cooked just right. My husband ordered the CEO burger he was really enjoying it. We would definitely go back. I did not give 5 stars, because while we were sitting upstairs deciding what to order a family came in with 2 medium size dogs and sat down not too far from us. Not sure if this is a regular thing at Burgerfi, but we were fortunate that a friend of ours went downstairs to order his food and found a table large enough for our party to eat at inside. Also they have limited parkig spaces. Will probably get my order to go next time. But the burgers are definitely worth it. read more

We live close to the Kennesaw location and eat here maybe once a month with our two boys. We love the burgers and the boys love the HUGE onion rings. It gets crazy crowded on weekends and the seating is extremely cramped but that sort of gives it a little bit of charm. Because we live close we will sometimes get ours to-go to avoid the cramped seating. The burgers are always delicious as are the fries and rings! read more

Thought the burgers were great. I had a dbl cheeseburger and it was delicious. Big burger, got a lotto messy but that's alright with me. Fries were good. Had a cool vibe to it as well. Seems like it would be a good place to be in the evening to have a beer. read more

Food was good. It's the customer service and attitude from the staff. I placed an order or the phone..girl was very rude, abrupt and then hang up on me after taking my name. When I went to go it up..they had NO order with my name, and the order was wrong..of course, i didn't realize this until after i had already arrived back home. I called 4 x before anyone ever bothered to answer the call..the same abrupt girl answered the phone and asked me "What's the problem" I explained to her..she then preceded to tell me I was wrong(I've got the receipt right in front of me). I ask to speak to the manager, I was told he was too busy to answer the call. I left my number for him to call me back...NO CALL EVER CAME. Is this really how Burgerfi plans on keeping customers. This place is way overpriced. For a family of four (two being children under 5) it cost more to eat here than it would have at a Braves game and the food was nothing special. I guess they have to pay for all their high-tech "green initiatives" somehow. Five Guys is a much better alternative. read more

I come here quite often and I hope to see BurgerFi continue to thrive. It has been a great addition to the downtown Kennesaw area. My best friend does not eat meat and he is able to get a Veggie burger, which is incredible. It's ALMOST as good as their original burgers, which are amazing! Their onion rings are enormous and delicious. I really love that a place with burger in its' name, provides a veggie option. They carry a great selection of local beer, which adds a really nice, local touch. The fun energy mixed with the great food, it can't be beat. On beautiful, sunny days, it's nice to sit outside and enjoy a perfect lunch or dinner here. I feel the prices are worth what you get. One basket of fries, onions rings, or their mixed basket are big enough to feed two people. The one and only reason I didn't give BurgerFi a perfect score, is simply because they get super busy and sometimes it's hard to get seats. When they're busy, you have to scope out a free seat and grab it as soon as someone gets up, while your friends order for you. But on the other hand, there's a reason people stick it out and wait until that delicious food hits the table. Oh yeah, that's another great thing. One way they keep the crowd down a bit and the line moving relatively quickly, is they take your order, and you can sit and relax until it's ready to be picked up. Great job!!!!!! read more

About the only thing really good here is the Fries. Burgers are way too small for what they are priced. Onion rings, although they are big, were not good at all. Too much onion and not enough breading. All in all, not a bad experience. The place is too small and not set up properly. In all seriousness, I would pick Five Guys over this place. Pricey, but very good. When I crave a burger made with prime beef and mouth watering fries I check my wallet and head to Burger Fi. They have paid a lot of attention to food quality and it shows. And the service I have experienced has always been great. read more

I tried this location one more time - again hoping there had been an improvement over the last six months. I was disappointed. There were few people in line (since I deliberately went early) but the wait was close to 20 minutes. My burger was overdone and very dry and my fry order was incorrect when it came - as well as being underdone. No apologies offered when the errors were pointed out and I had to ask for remediation... gaining another 15 minute wait for now overdone inedible fries - and the burger already consumed. This is a total shame. I occasionally travel to Alpharetta and go to the Burger Fi there where the service is swift, attentive, organized and the food always perfectly cooked and properly served as ordered-even though they handle four times the volume of customers. Just my poor luck that I live so close to this incredibly poor location. I really wish they would improve. We deserve a better experience. read more

I do not recommend if you have food allergies. I was very happy to see such concept in Kennesaw. The design of the restaurant is cool. Both My daughter and I are Celiac and must follow a strict Gluten Free diet. We often have to ask lots of questions about the ingredients in the food. I did not think it would be a problem here since the concept is base of fresh food, locally sourced, grass fed etc. As it happens the staff had no idea about in the ingredients in the food they serve, kin of weird when you claim that product sourcing and quality is something the Brand delivers. We navigated our way through the lack of staff knowledge about the food they are serving. Then we had to ask that the staff change their gloves before handling our to avoid contamination and to place a paper on top of the prep board again to avoid contamination. A female crew leader told us that they could not do that, the Franchise does not allow them to do such things? Surprising when Celiac is covered under American with Disability Act (ADA) and when we ask the same things in many other restaurants with our request graciously accepted. The food we ordered arrived on one tray with my daughter and I lettuce wrap burger touching my son's (he is not Celiac) onion rings and hamburger. Our food was contaminated and we could not eat it.I decided not to say anything and dump our food with the attitude of the staff we were given when ordering. The food is OK but a bit over priced for a hamburger that look and taste the same as a $4 burger. Now I am wandering if the fresh, locally sourced, grass fed is for real or just a marketing hook to sell $4 hamburger for $8! Again how can you claim to serve Fresh food if you have not idea what's in it! read more
