I really enjoy this place. After a long week I decided to drive to the place and have a burger . I had their newer burger that I forgot to take a picture and the name of with a side of onion rings and fries . The food was very tasty, freshly made and the staff were very pleasant. I love coming here because they have veggie burgers and my vegetarian sister swears by them. The fries are tasty and you can tell that are freshly cut and hot. The meat/veggie were fantastic. Fresh, full of flavor. The rest of the experience had stumbling blocks. When you walk in you are bombarded with photos of the perfect burger. The buns are tall and branded. No. I didn't expect the buns to be branded. Hoped. But didn't expect. The buns, as you can see, were steamed to an inch from being soggy. Somehow the toasted interior still had a crunch. The fries. I will pay premium money for good fries. These were obviously fresh cut and had potential. What we got was a mix of the perfect cook with a few under done and a sprinkling of soggy fries. The truffle aioli was ok. Tasted more like warm cream than anything with flavor. Beverage station / condiment / napkin station is so tucked into the corner that only 1-2 people can is it at a time. Often, someone would get there drink and stand there, unknowingly blocking anyone ele se, waiting for their food. Again. Tasty burger. Kids loved there custard shakes. Our favorite burger place in the area. Food tastes much better, in our opinion, when you eat there. They have an outdoor patio on the street and an upstairs deck to eat outside. Indoor dining is also available. Parking can be tough, depending on the day and time. But a little walk through Kennesaw is fine after a great burger, some fries, and a few onion rings! read more

Same thing another reviewer put on here, they pretend you don't exist. This is especially a problem when they're busy. Always an attitude, and it's always difficult to get your food when they're busy because everyone stands in a disorganized fashion (typical Atlanta retail experience) like a bunch of fish fighting each other for food... There's also nowhere to park because their lot is tiny and it's always full for some reason. It's a shame because BurgerFI is the closest thing I've found to Five Guys in terms of quality, the food is delicious but I would recommend having delivery because the employees always have an attitude and the customers are always blocking. Whoever owns this place really needs to step up and have the customer experience for themselves undercover to see how miserable it is getting food from here. I will not go back. read more

Received the wrong order!! They gave me a single burger with raw onions and nothing else added, instead of a double cheeseburger with grilled onions and burger Fi sauce. I told the girl who took my order that the onions have to be grilled bc I'm ALLERGIC! Called and spoke with Antionetta who advised me they don't give refunds at all for any reason. Antonietta advised me to call my bank and did just that. A chargeback has been issued! IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER don't bother calling the restaurant...CALL YOUR BANK for a CHARGEBACK! I ordered onion rings & 2 BurgerFi burgers via GrubHub. I will never order here again. The onion rings were dripping in oil so badly it soaked through & saturated the paper bags the food arrived in. I tried to salvage the onion rings using paper towels to absorb the oil - no luck. The lettuce on both burgers was wilted & brown (see photo). It looked disgusting & was immediately tossed in the trash. No issues with the burger's tomato. The burger's flavor was ok. Thankfully the jalapénos I added to my burger enhanced the flavor. We recently moved to Kennesaw and have heard of Burger Fi but have never been. We've seen the billboard on Cobb Pkway and it's right up the street from us, so we decided to visit. It's in downtown Kennesaw and they have about 6 parking spots but there is parking on the street. I entered the restaurant and there are about 12 tables in total, 3 to 4 were sat. The next thing I noticed was the food on the floor under the empty tables. Then I noticed the cashier looking at me looking at the dirty floors because I saw her looking at what I was looking at. I went to the register where she was just standing (no one was in line) and she just stared at us, not a word from her. I took a few minutes to look, giving her plenty of time to acknowledge we were there, and still nothing. So, I said hi and she finally spoke. We ordered, got our self-serv drinks and condiments, and waited for our name to be called. We got our food, the fries could have been cooked a little longer and even though my bun was toasted perfectly, it was cold to the touch and my sad piece of lettuce was just sad. The burgers do not come with a side and if it doesn't say it comes on the burger, you need to make sure you add it if you want it: lettuce, tomato, etc. And from seeing the billboard, I really thought my bun was going to be branded. Out of all the burger chains in the US, BurgerFi is our favorite. When considering vastly overrated chains such as In-N-Out or solid options such as Shake Shack, BugerFi remains supreme. Their Breakfast-All-Day Burger (BAD) is my favorite, containing maple syrup drizzled bacon, an egg, hashbrowns, and caramelized onions. Their CEO Burger, with double premium wagyu, candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle and garlic aioli, and aged Swiss cheese is also a winner. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. Their thick fries have a wonderful crunchy exterior and a light and fluffy interior. Their plump and greasy onion rings are delectable as well. Many customers might not realize this, but they offer a wide selection of sauces you can order. My favorites are the Fi Sauce, Ghost Pepper Honey, and Memphis Sweet BBQ. I loved this location! They had upstairs / outside seating that overlooked Main St. I tried the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was a 10/10. Their fries are fresh cut and they have multiple ways to order them. Urban style, Parmesan and herb style, Cajun style and , truffle style. Cheese , chili and bacon are also optional toppings. I like the fact that you can customize the burger for you they don't have combos everything a la carte but you will not be disappointed. It's a bit pricey but I think the prices are set accordingly I got a lettuce wrapped double cheese with an over easy egg onion mustard mushroom we shared the loaded fries and my husband ordered a shake. There's nothing super exceptional about it, but it's my go to if I'm not going to a sit down restaurant but want a burger (I rarely do fast food burgers any more). You have decent options for toppings and the burger has a good taste. So far they seem to be pretty consistent as well. I love coming here when it's warm and sitting upstairs on their patio (beware of the train RIGHT next to the building however. It is LOUD!). Price for just a burger will probably run you around 8-9 bucks so a meal... Maybe 12? Definitely give it a go though. Then walk across the tracks and treat yourself to ice cream. read more

My husband and I recently moved into the area and there are several burger places in every direction, and we have tried them all. Burger Fi is located in downtown Kennesaw on Main street. There is a parking lot next to the building so parking is typically not a hassle. The restuarant is usually packed with both indoor and outdoor seating. We always order to go with grubhub which makes takeout seamless and hassle free. My husband eats beef so his go to is the Burgerfi Cheeseburger which he loves the fresh Angus beef never frozen. I always order the Vegefi Burger which is prepared with fresh real ingredients and its amazing, definitely the best veggie burger around ( not a fan of beyond or impossible due to the multitude of unnatural ingredients). The fries are hand cut and always cooked to perfection. Burger Fi is the best burger restaurant in Kennesaw. Prices are good, everything is fresh and cooked to order. I really like their veggie burger. It's so good and it's their own patty, not some gross frozen hockey puck. It's really tasty and I'm so grateful that they have something for me. Whenever I'm in town, I swing by for a veggie burger, fries, and a beer. I visited this restaurant for the second time last week. We had a large group, and they did a good job of accommodating us. I asked the cashier whether she would recommend the Breakfast All Day Burger or the CEO Burger. She talked me out of the Breakfast Burger, because she said that it would put me to sleep. I think that I made a mistake in ordering the CEO Burger, because my friend ordered the Breakfast Burger and it looked great with the egg, bacon and cheese. I'll definitely order it next time. I ordered the fries with the Truffle Aioli sauce, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were delicious. I'll definitely order these fries again. The gentleman who brought our food to the table did a great job of delivering 9 burgers and 9 orders of fries to our large group.
