Duck spring rolls with a side of slaw.

Top notch tavern! It's been a minute but we wanted to try this tavern and it blew us out of the water with its delicious selection of " pub food". This truly is not your ordinary pub food- it's "Michelin star" worthy. So upset that I m not one of the food critiques. The service is speedy fast, our server Aiden was on top of our drinks, appetizer and entire. His check in times were on point. Thank you Aiden for excellent service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tavern is a warm ambience with TVs showcasing football and news channels.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The booth we sat in was very spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The most impressive thing for me was all the framed photos on the walls. The subject matter non descript just interesting to me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I'm giving five stars to the menu and the chef, you made this Yelper happy. I am telling all our foodie friends this Marlow's is on my list of favorite places to eat. Yes, I did take your catering menu!! I might have to use it.

We had originally planned for a different restaurant but that did not work out and we had seen Marlow's Tavern on the way so we decided to give it a shot. It was good and we returned less than a week later. My daughter had the mac n' cheese with fries, hubby had a salad and I had wings and kettle chips. Everything was very good including the service. I did not realize it was a chain until we accidentally ended up at a different location after putting the name in my GPS. This time I had the royale burger and hubby had the chicken panini. Once again, both food and service were good. Oh, and both times we got the creme brûlée for dessert and it was delicious. I like this place and will likely make it part of our regular rotation.

BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad

Parking: There is ample free parking as the restaurant is located in a shopping center with a parking lot. Food: I ordered the BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad and enjoyed it. I would get that again. It was a pretty large portion and the dressing covered the salad nicely. My sister was not impressed with the Caesar salad, nor the steak she added to it. She had to ask for a side of Caesar dressing since the salad didn't seem to have any on it. My sister's friend ordered the French Onion sandwich and said it was good. Drinks: I ordered the Paloma mocktail and it was delicious, and refreshing. I love how they have a variety of mocktails to choose from. My sister and her friend ordered the ginger marg, and were not impressed. My sister didn't even finish hers. Vibe: [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat outside and appreciated the variety in chairs (those with and without arms).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was okay. Not the worst I've had, but I've definitely had better. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back or suggest Marlow's, but if a friend or family member wanted to go I wouldn't say no. I would just recommend not ordering the Caesar salad.

What the Three Hour Tour came in. Packed with ice the drink only filled about 1/4 of the mug

Food was ok... not our favorite. Had Parmesan crab dip (too salty), Ruben ( not enough horseradish and just missed the traditional flavors) oh and bloody Mary's watered down. Aiden was a great server!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience on point as always![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Drinks on point!! The Buck and Marg we got seconds!!!

banh mi wrap with a side salad

Six reviews back I wrote about a different branch -- actually a better branch -- of Marlow's. Music was blasting when we walked in today. Too loud to carry on conversation. Our server -- a nice gal and good waitress -- asked, on my behalf for them to lower the music. After a second request they complied. Our table was tacky. (Sticky, not garish.) The waitress said it was because of the sanitizer they use between guests. I was dubious. I asked my friend if she wanted to go elsewhere. She didn't. I ordered my usual off-the-menu item: a grilled chicken bahn mi wrap with a side salad. The salad wasn't as good as at the aforementioned location. Neither was the wrap, which I found skimpy and lacking 'oomph.' My friend ordered the shrimp and crab nacho plate, which her daughter recommended. It looked better than I expected. Is this place terrible? Certainly not. Will I come back? Probably not.

Daughter in Law and Granddaugher

We were in Marietta for a Grandson's Birthday and as such, we normally take my Son Brian, wife Jill and the two Grandsons and one Granddaughter out for Lunch, normally on our last day there before returning back to Denver NC. It had been a fun time and we kept up the tradition of taking the Kids out for new shoes and that is always fun. We've dined at probably at least three other Marlow's Travern in the area before and they were always consistently good. Brian had never tried this one before and suggested this one to see what it as like. It's a few minutes further away from their house that the East Cobb or Kennesaw locations but no big deal. Still well within a reasonable driving distance. Any parent will tell you that going out to eat with three little ones ranging in age from 8 to 3 can be a challenge particularly when the two oldest are rambunctious boys. The little girl is a sweetheart and while she does not put up with anything from her brothers, is very well behaved and mannered. That said, a party of seven with four adults and there under the age of 8 ir probably ever servers' nightmare. Still the hostess found us a spot a little off the main area that was quiet and we had a very good understanding server. Ordering for the kids was the easy part. They are at an ages with Gourmet Dining consist of either Mac n' Cheese or Chicken Tenders. made it easy. My wife started with a Black Russian and we had to explain what a Black Russian was, but they finally figured out what it was, and she finally got her drink. Good thing she did not order a White Russian which has slightly more ingredients. I stuck with my Iced Unsweetened Tea, Jill had a coke and Brian had one of the Craft Beers We started out with s shared place of Asparagus Fries which were excellent. Susan and Jill ordered the Steak Salad while Brian order the ROYALE Cheeseburger and I had the Black and Bleu Burger. One comment and that is they have excellent Fried Okra. My compliments to the restaurant and while thinks were chaotic as could be expected, you put up with us. Only reason I did not rate you higher is that I rarely rate venues with a five based on one visit. We have another trip to the Marietta area coming up shortly and we may be able to visit again.

Staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. For the most part the food was cool. A little greasy with the fried options but cool non the less. My side piece (wife ) had the coconut/ Basil margarita which was delicious... hope you enjoy.

First off, I love the history of this building... 1800s, supposedly the jail at some point long ago. You can just feel the history and imagine what took place in there as you sit and wait for your meal. The staff are all fun and attentive, and our server -- who was also tending bar that day -- was amazing! We were there early enough for the half priced apps, and weren't hungry enough for a full meal. I ordered a side salad with ranch, and we split the smoked nachos. When they came out, it was a huge portion and enough for both my wife and I. The only drawback is that they didn't have any sour cream that we could add to the nachos... It may seem trivial, but I've never needed anyplace that didn't have sour cream for the nachos. Because of that, I will give this a 4.75 stars. We will definitely be back!

It's located in a shopping center (there's a racetrac sharing the area as well) but it's easy to find with the standout signage. We could tell from the parking lot that it wasn't super busy and once we walked in, we were greeted and taken to our table. The waiting area has all sorts of license plates, merch, an area for local businesses to leave cards and kinda gives you a colorful glimpse into the restaurant itself. We were seated in the Front Yard and my kiddos immediately fell in love with the vibrant colors of the decor, the bus that they could see which is located behind the bar area, and they each got a pack of wikki stixs that kept them occupied throughout our time at the table. The decor makes the space super fun, there are plenty do tvs around, and this was just a really family friendly place. Our waiter was attentive and took great care of us. While I was stuck between getting the MMY Patty Melt, I decided to go with the Totally Tubular Turkey Club. My husband got the Buckin' Buffalo, one kiddo opted for a cheeseburger and the other kiddo wanted chicken tenders. It took about 15 mins for the food to come and when it did it looked sooooo delicious. My club was fresh and tasted really good. Bacon, turkey, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato and I guess their house sauce all on sourdough. I loved it and I opted for onion rings instead of tots or fries because I really wanted some and really enjoyed them. The onion rings were not greasy and tasty so good. Everyone enjoyed their food (the kiddos mentioned their fries being a bit salty and after I tried one I agreed) but we were near the pinball room soooo after they finished they were asking if they could go okay games. Before we left the table, I got a cookies n cream milkshake which was sooooo good and came with whipped cream, Oreo crumbles on top and gummy worms. We did visit the pinball room and the kids had a blast. Bring cash to play most of the games but it was fun to see everyone having fun playing games and enjoying their Friday night. Unfortunately, as someone who has eaten burgers all over the world the Trucker Burger was disappointing on many levels. First of all, it felt like a misleading description to describe the burger as having two "smash patties". These were definitely not smash patties under the traditional definition in my opinion. The bun was good, but the burger patties themselves were far too plump, lacked bounce, had no caramelization in the edges and were not juicy on the inside. It tasted like a burger you'd find at your neighbor's backyard BBQ with a general lack of flavor and course texture like the lean to fat ratio was off and the burger was cooked on too low a temperature. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, the burger was a let down and extremely overpriced. You're better off going to a fast casual spot like Freddy's where you can get a great smash burger for much less.

I opted out of the arugula that comes on it by default. I also got their mac n' cheese, and a chocolate shake. It may be the way their brisket blend always is, but the burger patty was a bit tough or overcooked compared to what I'm used to with a standard Angus beef burger or steak burger. It also lacked seasoning, but was saved by the goat cheese and jam. The bun was ok, and it was very messy as 3 of my 4 fried green tomatoes slid out immediately along with a healthy portion of goat cheese and jam. I ate at their outdoor seating area so no biggy, but I definitely wouldn't eat this in your car. However, the fried green tomatoes were very good. The mac n cheese was mediocre and the chocolate shake was good but had an overpowering flavor of Hershey's syrup. Even though it was very busy between the cars at the drive thru and delivery drivers waiting for order pickups, my meal came out in about five minutes. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I've eaten burgers all over the world and I would recommend the visit, but it doesn't rank anywhere near my top 25. We tried the brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and sweet potato fries with garlic and Parmesan and to kill us off, a brownie laden mess of a milkshake. The brussels sprouts had the perfect texture of being roasted without ruined. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not greasy.
