Super disappointed with tonight's takeout. I've had burgers from this location before and remember it being awesome, but tonight I'm really contemplating never ordering from here again. I ordered online to burgers and order of onion rings a dipping sauce that I paid for for the onion rings to be dipped in and I ordered one of their bottled cream sodas. Unfortunately both the dipping sauce I paid for and the cream soda were missing from the bag, which was a major disappointment because that's about five dollars worth of stuff right there. The bottom of the bag was covered in grease from the onion rings...yes they were crunchy but oh so oily that it was overpowering...and unfortunately the burgers faired the same. The amount of oil coming from the meat patty ended up taking over the entire thing that we were barely even able to taste anything else that was on the burger. Frankly, I think two stars is being generous but having eaten here before I know that he could be better. I'm not really sure what happened, but I'm highly disappointed with how it turned out tonight. read more

Good, casual, comfortable burger place. Specializes in Angus and Wagyu beef, and several interesting chicken and vegetarian burgers. Industrial decor,order at the counter and serve yourself from those cool Coke machines that let you pick from a gazillion combinations. Our server Nikki was very friendly, helpful and chatty. There are no BURGERFIs where I live so every time I'm in town, I try to stop by. I would honestly rate this over Five Guys! So good!

In town visiting a friend in Myrtle Beach and he said this place was new so we gave it a go. Love the inside vibe of this place. Very cool decor, spacious and the music wasn't too loud. There were three of us, both guys got the 28 brisket burger and said it was real good but would like to try one of their cheaper burgers and see if there's THAT big of a difference between the two. I got their B.A.D (breakfast all day) burger and I loved it! I also got it green style which just swaps the bun for a lettuce wrap. I was worried it would be real sloppy but their lettuce wrap was sturdy and held up nice. Unless you have a huge appetite an order of their regular fries was enough of us to all share and be satisfied! We were in the market for something quick, not so fancy in the area and this place was perfect. Also, the cashier was patient with us being newbies. I would like to say. After a 1 star review the restaurant manager contacted me directly with his personal cell phone to ask me if I would come in and try their food again on him. The food was completely changed and he gave suggestions of way to make the food more enjoyable. I suggested getting a double patty no matter what seen as a single patty is only a half of burger. Even though a double patty is more expensive it is worth it. I have a feeling with my lack of inexperience and knowledge of this restaurant that is why my first experience was so bad. I still think it is a bit pricey and the cashiers taking orders should suggest things to new costumers but other than that I would suggest this place to a friend. read more

Hello people it costs more because it's fresher food and not pumped up with crap chemicals and antibiotics ... You looking for cheap then go to the McDonald's dollar menu burger if all you care about is price! I rather pay a little more to know I'm eating actual meat and not chopped up mystery sludge with ammonia and other chemicals added ..sheesh people get some knowledge so you can understand why this costs more than your average fast food burger .. Because this is HIGHER QUALITY... if you like to eat chemicals and save a few bucks go back to any other fast food place and stop complaining about the price ... Review the taste not the price especially if you don't understand basic economics on why it costs more ... I purchased a double bacon with mayo and ketchup, a Burgerfi single with lettuce, tomato, special sauce and I added a fried egg and the cry & fry (three big onion rings and a large amount of fries). My dog accompanied me on the outside patio and enjoyed some fries (her favorite special treat). Everyone was friendly and service was quick! Food was delicious!!!! Looks very cool, but they didn't have any gluten-free buns, nor are the fries Gluten Free (they're cross contaminated in the fryer). This is very disappointing for an otherwise trendy restaurant. My first visit. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice. However, the burgers are not good quality despite their marketing. The biggest turn off is how greasy the burger was. I really wanted to throw it away but I just overpaid for this carnival type burger so ate most of it. Also, a clever and deceptive marketing advertisement on the menue is "range free and vegetarian fed beef". News flash, all beef cattle are range free and obligatory vegetarians. We were in town looking for a low key place to eat with our 2-year old daughter and our border collie mix. The service was very good, they were very friendly, especially Darren, and the food was good - we were expecting just another burger place but it was much better. I got the CEO (wagyu beef) burger which was very good, and my husband liked his NY style hot dog and his Stella. They brought a bowl of water out for our dog, too, which was great. This place has everything! I love it. When we first walked in the place everyone was so nice and helpful. The food comes out really quick It doesn't taste like the usual burgers from a fast food place it tastes like a yummy warm sand which that gourmet chefs make in the kitchen. This place was terrible. I paid six dollars for a burger the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger, it was super greasy and tasteless. The onion rings were good but also outrageously expensive.
