I ordered delivery and the burger was super dry and the fries were cold. It's definitely no shack shack!

The word that sticks in my mind after visiting BurgerFi is "shiny". It's probably no coincidence that the one located in West Palm Beach is right next to LA Fitness. Comfort food with a side order of guilt when you walk out the door. BurgerFi is another of a long line of restaurants in the vein of Chipotle and Panera Bread which offer walk-up upscale food. That way you can spend more on food and less on table service. I found the restaurant to be clean almost to the point it shined and the staff was patient and friendly. My only critique of the service is they were short staffed over the lunch rush with only one check stand open. The line got pretty long more than once while I was there. BurgerFi has a wide assortment of burgers and hotdogs and I probably saw as many dogs as hamburgers going out to the upscale lunch crowd. I went for the basic BurgerFi burger and a regular onion rings. That and a bottle of water set me back $12.04. The burger was prepared to near perfection. Maybe a little small considering the prices but definitely high quality. The beef was hot and juicy, though the patties are very much smaller than the ones they use in their ads. The bun was toasted to perfection and the lettuce and tomato actually looked like real lettuce and a decent size slice of tomato, plus the BurgerFi sauce which they did not overdue. Sometimes fast food places will drowned your burger in special sauce but not at BurgerFi. The onion rings were huge. Don't get a large order unless you're feeding three people. The onions rings were maybe the slightest bit greasy, but I still give the food high marks for quality with the exception of the very large discrepancy on the patty size mentioned above. I really like the little order homing beacon they give you to put on a charging mat in the center of the table. Sit anywhere you want and your food finds you as if by magic. I give BurgerFi high marks and plan on playing them off against Hamburger Heaven and Grease in a head to head contest for the best burger downtown. read more

We decided to stop for dinner at BurgerFi while walking around City Place. BurgerFi offers several different types of burgers, hotdogs, fries, and shakes. They also had six assorted beers on tap for those who enjoy a cold beer with their burger. I went with the BurgerFi Cheeseburger, which consisted of two Angus beef patties, American cheese, and their signature BurgerFi sauce. Burger tasted great and was quite filling. Decently priced. Review is based on delivery, so tough to say if the food would have been better in person, but I felt this was good but not great. The burger was tasty but overcooked and relied heavily on the toppings for flavor. The onion ring were soggy and over-battered. The sauces were ok. One day this little gnome found himself roaming around downtown craving a burger with some cheese. Me short little legs led me to BurgerFi. I've seen other stores, or maybe it's just because I"m like a foot tall, but I could already tell this place was bigger than usual. Great. More steps to piddle paddle up to the register in the faaar back. Here's what this place has got. Better beef than McDonald's and more options than a Vegas style buffet. This is great. Nothing is better than a simplified menu with the ability to customize your burger just the way you like it. The burger tasted great - of course it did because I picked it - but it was also well seasoned. While the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean here's a downfall. The burger was about as big as my head. My head, not yours. I was expecting a bigger burger for the price - but at least it was delicious. Still left satisfied and not like I had been ripped off. Just know it's a buck or two more than normal but again this is not fast food. It's made fresh and to order. I say give them a try and make up your own opinion. read more

Imagine someone touches and opens every box to see if it was the right order???! Ridiculous!! I honestly never thought about going to this place. My co workers and I wanted to have dinner and hey picked this place. It was in a great location, the environment was amazing. (6/12/2018) was at a conference across the street, needed a quick lunch between sessions. Got the CEO. Most of those ingredients lost on a greasy (in a good way), griddled fast food burger. Probably would have been better for me to do a classic style so the burger shines through, which was a solid beefy, juicy blend. I'm not sure I could tell you if it was Wagyu vs. ground chuck for the price. Truffle Aioli ended up just oozing out of the burger (as an excessive amount of hot mayo generally does). Bun was very soft and pretty chewy, like elastic-y. Held up OK at first, but going soggy fast, better eat quickly. Prices steep for fast food, portions shockingly small for what it just cost you. My friend got a chocolate shake which he said was "disgustingly sweet" and ended up tossing half of it. Service was fine, we came just after the lunch rush. read more

I have always been a fan of BurgerFi from my first discovery in Weston, FL on a house hunt many moons ago. Upon discovering it in my local town of West Palm, not always so happy with my food as take out. BurgerFi is best consumed on the premises, where it is hot, super fresh and you can hang in their cool ambience. Of course we are in coronavirus time, so take-out it is. This time we opted to eat immediately (sadly in the car as "home" was a good 45 minute drive) and the order was way better than when you drive it home. Ordering on-line was a snap, easily customizable (and if you've been to a BurgerFi, there are A LOT of options for each burger). They also do some nice packaging on the take-out burgers (still in their paper sleeve and then in a recyclable box so it doesn't squish). But I think they are not used to shakes being take away because there was no whip cream on top. . We made a special trip to our old stomping grounds in West Palm (City Place now called Rosemary Square) because I just had to have a BurgerFi. Oh and you can still get their fancy sodas (a little bit of this coke a little bit of that kind of coke) from their machine with take out. So I am not a vegetarian by any means but I was told the veggie burger here was good...nailed it! Served on a multigrain bun this veggie quinoa burger was so good. It had a meaty texture with a slight crispness of toasted quinoa. Just a really well made burger anyone, carnivores and herbivores alike can enjoy. As a side I opted for the onion rings. Be prepared, these rings are huge! I loved them because when you bite into them, the whole onion doesn't pull right out leaving you with a handful of breading. Breaded onion in every bite. I love that this place has a great variety of beers, bottled, canned and tapped. I went with a pear cider they had on tap. It was so refreshing and had a hint of lychee flavor which won me right over. I recommend this place for fun casual dinning. read more

I went to Burgerfi in West Palm Beach and had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff was very polite and helpful. The manage, Cynthia, took time to talk with us and had a great table side manner. I ordered the summer BBQ burger which came with two patties with cheese, pulled pork and slaw. The pulled pork was perfectly flavored and was a great compliment to an already delicious burger. The fries were some of the best I have ever eaten. Nicely salted and they are fried twice to make them crispy. I love crispy fries so I will be dreaming of these for a while. The onion rings were huge. Almost too big. I'd give them a 4 out of 5 but they were still delish. My wife got the veggie burger and devoured the entire thing. She loved it. My in laws are coming next week and the first thing on our list is to head back to Burgerfi. You would be wise to do the same. read more

Perfect location to get a quick, fresh burger and then walk around the shops after. I got the CEO burger. I couldn't decide between the CEO and the breakfast burger and the cashier suggested the CEO if I was looking for a very tasty burger but the breakfast one if I wanted a really large burger. It was a quality burger, cooked to perfection, and had delicious toppings. The restaurant was very clean and had great customer service. I also like that they offer vegetarian options. My only complaint is that it was a little overpriced for a fast food type place, but the meat quality was worth it. It was $14.27 for 1 burger and a drink (sides are purchased separately). They were without a doubt the largest and perhaps thickest onion rings I've ever had. More than enough for sure. Service was fast and nice. For such a highly priced establishment, the bathroom is ridiculously disgusting all the time. It is probably cleaned one time at closing and then not touched again until the following day at closing. I have been going to this location for a very long time. And unfortunately I have seen an increase Price and decrease in quality of the food. Today my husband acquired lunch for us because I was working from home. He told me his experience was less than stellar. First he requested his burger with the light on mayonnaise and ketchup. The associate stated, "did you want to put it on your burger yourself" That is rude to say the least. The second problem was. The french fries that were brought home though crispy were obviously the last bits and pieces from the bottom of the bin. I'm sorry but paying over $20 for a meal the least that could be done is the french fries not sticking together and have a whole french fries in the bag as oppose to little crumbs. This is the second time we have had extremely poor service and quality of our food. The food is fine...fries are good... burger is good...everything is fresh...the problem is the pricing....a single cheeseburger, regular fries and soda is 14 bucks...honestly that is way too much for what you get....8 or 9 bucks would be fair if on the high side...14 bucks is US Open or stadium prices...not sure how this business model works long term but they seem to be reasonably successful...I just feel if I'm gonna pay 14 bucks for a burger and fries it should be at a decent restaurant...not a fast food shop. read more

We were in the mood for burgers and BurgerFi popped up on Yelp. We found the closest one as we were driving around seeing the sites of Palm Beach. This BurgerFi on a street that doesn't have parking. So, I drove around to find a parking garage. It was actually behind the restaurant but there were no signs on how to get to BurgerFi or even any advertisements for the restaurant. We walked in the direction that seemed correct but it was stinky, dirty and filled with lizards scurrying in front of us. Once we found the restaurant, we were surprised with the setup. We did not know it was; stand in line, order and they bring it to you. So we did. Our order was complicated because we change everything, but that is what they are known for. I ordered the BurgerFi Burger and my daughter ordered the Breakfast All day Burger. We added fries and a Coffee Mocha Shake. We sat down with our number and waited. Soon enough our food arrived. The shake was delicious; thick and tasty. The fries were way too salty, so we sent them back for salt free. No problem. The new batch was great. My hamburger was exactly as I ordered and expected. My daughter was not so pleased. She did not taste the syrup or hash browns and felt the egg was over cooked. I do not understand how this place gets such good ratings. I've had consistently lousy service from them, but recently it's gotten worse. Their app refuses to take an online order, they don't take orders over the phone. So, I decided to get a delivery order. Huge mistake. Half the order was missing on delivery, they don't answer their phone and there's no way to call the delivery service. I'm going to dispute the charges, but what an utter hassle. This is my second time coming to the West Palm Beach location. The staff was amazing and the food as was always at any BurgerFi is incredible. The woman who took my order, her name was Beatrice. Absolutely amazing. Very sweet and and fun to talk to. The manager is Jeff he's the man. He runs an amazing place. Jeff actually takes time to make sure the customers are enjoying themselves and having a good meal. The location is nice the inside of the restaurant is always very clean. I have yet to have a bad experience at any BurgerFi. All I'm waiting on now is a burger $5 menu LOL. The fries are always perfect.
