For my birthday, I wanted a juicy ribeye. It was fantastic! My waiter gifted me with an ice cream sundae since they stopped singing the happy birthday song. He was so sweet

I had the lamb chops with the Parmesan cheese (next time I probably won't add that) but it was good. Their chicken wings were super good though, well seasoned and delicious. Our waiter was really attentive and gave some good recommendations. Overall good experience

Hubby was in the mood for some steak so he suggested takeout. I saw that they had Parmesan crusted lamb chops over spinach and mash potatoes on the menu so that caught my attention. For my side I chose a Caesar salad. The dressing is creamy and delicious. The mash potatoes were fluffy and delightful. Drum roll for the main attraction lamb chops which were covered in the Parmesan crust. A bit too much for my liking and I love cheese. Overall the lamb chops were cooked medium and absolutely scrumptious. Next time I would just order the regular lamb chops.

I can't speak on ambiance because I've never dined. I've late night ordered from this particular LH a few times and I'll tell you baby, the ribs have not disappointed. Not one time! These taste different from the other LH I patronize back home in Texas. You'd think that one would be better but surprisingly nope! Some of the ribs have a chargrilled crispy edges that are delicious. The meat is tender, they don't overdo it on the bbq sauce. I mean....full rack me every time and I get 3-4 good meals. Appetizers, the steakhouse wings are good and the Wild West shrimp is a good move. For the sides, the fire grilled corn on the cob is 5 star and baked potato is typically good. One time mine was a little burnt, which if I cook it, I don't mind cause I love burnt skin but restaurants, I don't trust to wash the potato like I would so I can't eat it and thus, wasted burnt potato. The steakhouse mac is ok but not worth the up-charge. They're pretty quick bringing the food out since I do pickup, even when it was busy as hell!

Chain steakhouse that feels like the West when you walk in. Huge line at 5pm on a Sunday. Decor of cowboys, cattle, the Midwest and Western decor lace entire inside. Feels homely inside and gets you in the mood to eat some good food. TIP: Call ahead to get on a "call ahead" line. Which is faster than just walking in. Saved us 30 mins. Got seated within 5 mins. Was seated, and greeted by the lovely Heather B. Chose our items, devoured our meals, enjoyed our time, and left happy. Thanks for a great night out. Stella Artois, large - for birthday boy Wild West Shrimp - delicious and HUGE PORTION!!! Probably my favorite dish Grilled Lamb Chops - Damn delicious. 4 juicy chops, perfect mashed potatoes, spinach topping was fantastic Steakhouse Mac & Cheese Chicken Wings - perfectly seasoned and crispy Dessert: Chocolate Stampede - Huge & Impressive looking, none of our party of 4 enjoyed this. Ate a few bites and unfortunately wasted $10 on this dessert. Left to get a 2nd birthday dessert on the road. Other than dessert, enjoyed our lovely meal.

We had a gift card to Longhorn steakhouse. Yesterday was the day that we used it! I'm so glad that we did because now I know that I can get an affordable delicious steak right around the corner from my house. Food: first of all the people hating on out on Longhorn are doing just that, hating! Every food item we ordered was super good. And I'm not just saying that. The steak was perfectly seasoned cooked perfect to temperature, and the mac & cheese was better than some of these fancy pants, restaurants that I go to quite often. The brussels sprouts were perfection. no complaints about the food at all! ** my daughter and I shared the 20 ounce ribeye, brussels sprouts, and mac & cheese and we were both stuffed. We even had to take a little doggy back home. The total meal was $39.99. Service: service was perfect. I mean our waiter was just wonderful. He was funny he was fast he was communicative he checked in on us. It was just absolutely great. His name was Timothy. He had glasses and a sharp haircut. Just a top-notch waiter and we tipped him well. Ambiance: this location was right next to Century Village, which if you do not know it's a 55 and up community. So mostly everybody was in there was 55 and up lol the ambience was great it was clean it was nice it was well lit, not too bright and they were busy! On a Thursday night I couldn't believe how packed that place was. It had a wait and when we were exiting the parking lot a woman pulled up and said, is there a wait I said yeah, it's quite a bit of a wait actually. And she said well what is today!? Lol as if today had to be something special for there to be a wait at Longhorn. But I was, very pleased with everything and I see why there was a wait because you can as I said in the beginning of my review get a delicious affordable steak right in your own neighborhood. Another review that's given it to you Straight no chaser! Enjoy!

The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back for dinner again.

The food was good. The wings were a bit spicy but ok. We also ordered the wild west shrimp and those were delicious. The burger was also tasty. Good environment and service was also very good.

We finally stopped in late for dinner after driving around looking at expensive homes near the marina. Place was packed full of folks celebrating birthdays, it seems, because we heard a good five times different tables getting the song and claps from the servers. I ordered the salmon and shrimp, which had seasoned rice, a side of broccoli, and a loaded potato ($25). It is absolutely delicious and filling, loved it all.

I ordered 7 pepper sirloin salad with french onion soup for curbside pickup. The food came out 10 minutes late, so it was aleady cold. The salad was ok because it's just lettuce, tomato, cheese and steak, but there was less steak than I was expecting. Maybe they gave me 3 bags of crutons and 3 cups of dressing when one of each would be more than enough for that tiny salad to make up for the lack of steak. The French onion soup was disgusting. I couldn't eat it. The bread was smashed into bread crumbs and mixed throughout the soup and the cheese sunk to the bottom of the bowl and hardened because the soup was cold by the time I got it. I can't believe they let that soup go to a customer like that. If they can't even do soup or salad right, what can they do right?

The pre-mix menu made ordering super easy, as we started with a shrimp cocktail and, for the main, a lobster linguini. The menu also included a delicious dessert (raspberry sorbet) for $68. This did not include drinks. For drinks, I enjoyed a Pink Flamingo and a spicy margarita. And for the music, the DJ was very lively and encouraged diners to get out of their seats and dance around the restaurant in a line. Kelly S and the entire team did an amazing job hosting us. I've been here on a multitude of occasions…read more I'm not sure exactly how long they've been open but when I first became aware of the place, which was about a year ago, someone took me for my birthday and I had a great time. The service was excellent, and the food was actually quite good. But it's really the atmosphere that's just so interesting. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's really a very pleasing environment. Sadly, all subsequent visits since the first have gone downhill. So perhaps I just got more than lucky on that first occasion. The sushi in particular has been "fishy". So I stopped ordering it, but on the last try, they actually argued with me before taking it back. No apology mind you. While they were fighting with me, I asked, "why don't you taste it?". Which resulted in a lecture series on how the chef is the owner and how he prepares everything himself. So I logically asked to speak to him because you could smell it from at least a few inches away and it wasn't fresh or at least wasn't good. And of course they let me know that he's not working. So what was that exercise about exactly lol? On my last and final visit, I got stuck in some crazy Florida storm prior to walking in the door. The streets were literally getting flooded. Anyone on the road at that moment knows what I'm talking about. The restaurant had just opened and there was not a person inside nor do I think anyone would enter the restaurant because to get to it, they would have had to walk through the parking lot and by the time they made it to the door, they would be soaking wet (as I was). Meanwhile, I did not want to drive in that flood and so just decided to order food / drinks and wait it out. So without a single person in a restaurant, other than staff, and with sympathetic glances from the hostess and the bartender that I had survived the storm to get into the restaurant relatively dry-ish, and just grateful to be anywhere and not outside, the manager decided to come over and throw me out because I had a graphic on my T-shirt. Ironically, it was my own design, having worked in fashion for years. Of course, he could've made an exception since there was a massive storm outside, and no customers inside, but no, he made me go back out into the rain and now by the time I hit my car, I was completely soaking wet drenched, which also drenched my car. So let me just say a giant FU to that Manager whoever the hell you are dude yeah and you won't be getting my business ever again. I predict this place goes the way of the dodo and not the flamingo. It will take time, but it will happen.

I'm not here to diminish anyone else's experience, but rather to share my own honestly and constructively. Situations like this should serve as a learning opportunity for upper-level management, especially when the level of service and leadership falls below even basic expectations. We ordered a filet mignon that lacked the tenderness I would expect from a restaurant claiming this caliber of dining. We also ordered the salmon, which unfortunately had that unmistakable metallic, pungent flavor that immediately signals the fish is not fresh and should not be consumed further. We brought the issue to the attention of the manager, who acknowledged it initially but never returned to follow up. To their credit, the salmon was removed from the bill and an alternative dish was offered. However, the overall experience still fell far short of what should be expected at this price point and reputation level. What disappointed me most was not simply the food itself, but the complete lack of genuine hospitality and ownership from management. Strong restaurants understand that service recovery matters just as much as the meal. There's a reason establishments like The Capital Grille or Flagler Steakhouse have earned reputations for professionalism and customer care. Sometimes I genuinely think managers at places like this should spend time training in environments where hospitality is treated as an art form rather than an inconvenience. The following day, I was still disappointed enough to write this review. At a certain point, guests should not have to spend over $200 while simultaneously educating a restaurant on how to deliver proper service and quality control. With an abundance of superior restaurants nearby, this is not a place I would return to, even if offered a complimentary meal. Don't chance it.

I decided to give this place a second chance on April 18, 2026, with an 8:30 PM reservation, and unfortunately, it was just as bad--if not worse--than my first visit. The service was exceptionally poor. Our waiter, Michael, set the tone early, and not in a good way. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers, and drink refills required tracking down other staff members. What stood out most was the complete lack of attentiveness--Michael never once checked in on our table throughout the evening. The delay was so excessive that I was able to leave the restaurant, walk across the street, purchase a new set of clothes for my daughter, return, and have her change--all before our main course even arrived. To be clear, this wasn't out of convenience--it was out of necessity. The restaurant was so excessively hot that she was visibly uncomfortable and overheating. To make matters worse, water was served at room temperature in what felt like a furnace of a dining room. We actually had to ask multiple times--and essentially beg--just to get ice brought to the table. That alone speaks volumes about the level of awareness and care. Dining out is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience--especially after an evening out--but this was anything but. The food itself was underwhelming at best: mediocre, forgettable, and certainly not worth the wait. What was most disappointing, however, was the apparent inconsistency in service. From my observation, certain tables--specifically white families--received noticeably more attention and care, while others, including Hispanic, Asian, and African-American patrons, were largely overlooked. As part of an interracial family, this was both disheartening and unacceptable to witness. I've had great experiences at other locations of this restaurant, which makes this visit even more frustrating. This location, however, falls far below standard. To the management and staff: you're in a high-traffic area where guests come to unwind and enjoy their time. This experience did the exact opposite. One star--and that's only because it was possible to secure a reservation. Now I understand why availability wasn't an issue. TL;DR: Excessive heat, inattentive service, long wait times, mediocre food, and a deeply disappointing overall experience. I will not be returning.

This exclusive location has its own stand alone beauty from its parent the breakers. You cannot go wrong with this location for any special dinner you have planned. The service starts disappointing from the moment you check in. The young women at the front desk are elegantly, dressed in the same color scheme, however, they are extremely standoffish and unpleasant. This is a classic problem in southern Florida. Usually, this is standard service in Miami, but the tendency is not for this kind of service in the West Palm Beach area, specially on Palm Beach Island. We were seated, and our waitress was very pleasant in explaining the menu and offering to get us drinks. We ordered a series of appetizers and several steaks with sides to split amongst four people. We had already investigated the wine list and knew the two wines that we were going to order. Neither of them cheap options, but at least they were on the menu. An extraordinary Pinot Noir and an American Granache blend. As the appetizers came out, we doubled up on one of them and asked for another order. They said that they would bring it right away. This in fact did not happen as the appetizer arrived at the same time as the main course meats. The problem here was that as we went through the appetizer, our meat on the table already pre-cut was getting cold. In addition to this, the steak sauces that were ordered and the vegetables that were also ordered to accompany the meats, did not come at the same time. As a matter of fact, the side vegetable never came. We were in a little bit of a hurry at the end of the meal because we had a train to catch. They were very efficient and offering us a assortment of desserts to make up for the lack of bringing the vegetables. The issue here is, if you are on a protein, vegetable diet, compensating you with a plate full of sweets is not appropriate. If you're like me, I came to this restaurant to eat meat, not to be filled up at the end of the meal with ice cream and cake cakes. I understand that this is a courtesy to show concern on the part of the restaurant management , however, it's disappointing. All of this being said, we must say that the quality of the meat was extraordinary. It's a shame it got cold, and the desired side dishes did not work out. In summary, I would still recommend this restaurant. There are small details that you have to be aware of so you can be on top of the service staff to make sure it doesn't happen to you. Be clear to them at the beginning that you don't want your meal to come out in stages. Bring us our appetizers all at the same time. If you cannot bring them out at the same time, do not bring them with the main courses. Make sure you are clear with them about what you want as your main courses. Take the plunge, try it. On your terms.

They accepted tips via Zelle. The area downstairs was so beautifully decorated for Christmas with a large tree upon entry. Once we got to the entry point for the steakhouse after getting out of the elevator, there were wreaths, nutcrackers, lights and gorgeous holiday decor! It was extremely festive, warm and inviting. I sat indoors and ordered a few items for dinner. I ordered the Paloma beverage, the wedge salad, the burrata, the mushroom cream steak and macaroni and cheese as a side. Warm bread with butter was brought to the table prior to us placing our order. All items came in a timely fashion. Madison was our server and was EXCELLENT! She was informative, kind and always had a smile on. The steak was cooked medium and tasted incredible. It melted in my mouth! The wedge salad was so fresh. The Mac and cheese was also phenomenal. The burrata was also fantastic. I was shocked at the bill too! I live in Miami so I'm used to overpriced restaurants. It was extremely affordable for the amount of food that was ordered. 10/10! A must if you're in the palm beach area.
