Food was really good, those fresh rolls with cinnamon butter were delicious. The ribs were tender, the sirloin was so flavorful no steak sauce was needed, and even the cheeseburger was tender and made with quality meat. Service was great. Our waitress was wonderful, and Daniella was especially friendly and helpful. We truly appreciated the warm, attentive care. So this place was very conflicting haha. So I have always wanted to try this place I have seen some kool videos and seems like a dope place. The service is probably the best I have ever seen at a restaurant. The drink (margarita was amazing) and apps (Grilled Shrimp was fire) were 10/10. But the entree sadly didnt hit the way I wanted them to. I got a plate of veggies (simple and fine), fries (to salty), Mac & cheese (tasted artificial) and Caesar salad (Good maybe little to much dressing) and my wife got mushroom chicken (salty). Now the big thing about this place that it's know for is these Bread Rolls. And I will say they are really good but lord they are sweet haha. I wil way this I will probably be back because the Salad, Apps and Drink are great but sadly will have to go somewhere else for the entree. This is a hot spot for the weekend crowd. Sit down eating packing them in regardless of the table size. 90 decibel to 120 when they do their song. For the amount of staff, asking for water or your sides should not take 8~ minutes. Food was run of the mill. This is were halal meat rules, tasted the blood. Went last night after maybe a year and half and getting burnt ribs and the food has definitely improved. I had a6oz sirloin it was pretty tasty. The sweet potato fully loaded was seasoned well and had toasty marshmallows on top. Broccoli and carrots were cooked just right. My daughter had the sirloin salad it looked so good. My son had the ribeye and ribs and he said everything was cooked well but sirloin was cooked medium instead of medium rare. Service was pretty good for it to be so busy on New Years Eve. We were in town for my brother's USMC Officer Candidate School graduation and chose Texas Roadhouse for a pre-celebration dinner with his wife and daughter. It was super convenient, being close to both our hotel and the base. After a long day of flying, this place was exactly what we needed. It delivered a delicious, high-quality meal at a great price, all within a fun, welcoming atmosphere that was entertaining without being overwhelming. The wait staff seated us quickly and provided excellent service. My steak was wonderful, and the Old Fashioned was spot-on. I always try to visit Texas Roadhouse when I'm travelling. This location was busy as it is close to the outlet mall. There is a waiting area with a large amount of seating. No wifi though. I had the 6oz sirloin with baked potato and a Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and put together well. The serving was also a good amount. My steak and potato was tasty and done to my liking. The rolls, as always, was good. I will continue to visit this restaurant chain as the value, taste and servings are good. read more

If you want a good steak. This is the place to go to. This was my first time trying the Prime Rib. I definitely will order it again. Their chili is one of my favorites. One of our best visits ever at any Texas Roadhouse which we love & never had a bad experience, but this one stood out from start to finish. We were seated quickly (early New Years Eve dinner), greeted as we walked in the door, and our waitress was on top of her game- drinks came fast, stayed filled and she checked on us constantly. We got everything we asked for and quickly. Our food came quickly and just how we ordered it. The salads were fresh, minus the tomatoes as I asked, our entrées were delivered hot and somehow better than other visits. The manager came by to see how our food & service was going - nothing but huge "thumbs up" from both me & my wife. WOW! THANK YOU for opening this restaurant!! So first thing first. Open at 4:00 PM you should call to get on their list if you're dining later than that, especially on a Friday. The dining experience is what would be expected. It's not a Ruth's Chris but your not paying $80 for a filet either. The drinks are delicious and there's a nice selection of beers. The ribs are fall off the bone delicious and the grilled shrimp is nicely seasoned for you surf feeders. The appetizers are tasty and my Bone in Porterhouse was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth delicious. Our server Diamond was a sparkling cheerful finishing touch to a perfect dining experience. Update: we've returned a few times since my first review and the outstanding customer service and delicious steaks and meals have not disappointed!! one of the days i was here i wanted to try Texas Roadhouse since we didn't have one near me in California. the bread was yummy, i was a little confused when i saw the meat rack at the front, but my companion said its ok we dont have to worry about that, its only if you want to and so we went and got seated, i liked the asthetic of the restaurant it was cute. like a big cabin for a restaurant? the waiters were nice got my refills quick, i love that. food was good i got no complaints. read more

I've been to this location and others, so I can only assume that most of my visits have been during the week or during earlier timeframes. Because after visiting this Saturday at around 6:30 p.m. I'm pretty certain that if I ever return it will be solely for a to-go order or rolls, because between the volume and number of screaming birthday celebrations and the sudden 1000 decibel level music that blares from the speaker for a staff line dance, my ears are still ringing and my sensory sensitive 9 year old is traumatized. The food was pretty good, as it typically has been with the exception of the fried pickles that were overcooked. I would've requested a fresh order but we had to hurry up and leave after the line dance music, as we didn't know if it may happen again. Nick was our server and he was very nice and apologized for the disruption to our experience. If Texas Roadhouse is hell bent on this being a part of the brand, the very least they can do is to offer a warning, similar to the one about peanuts on the door. Perhaps suggesting that earphones be available for those with noise sensitivities, setting specific times for the blaring music that is announced on the site and in the restaurant, and/or not seating people near the speakers who do not want to have their eardrums ruptured. The food should be what keeps people coming back, the experience shouldn't be what makes them swear you off. read more

Came here with a brother from out of town. Usually I know this place to be amazing. But tonight 3/29 was literally the worst experience that will make me never return. Our waiter was extremely rude and reluctant. Every request we made was met with annoyance as if that wasn't the waiters job. The food was amazing per usual but the service ruined the mood of the whole night. The vibe was okay. I just don't appreciate the fact that it's ran by teens. First, allow me to state that we have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in Woodbridge on several occasions. However, this time, it was definitely worth remembering. From the moment we entered the establishment (Tuesday, early afternoon) and throughout the entire time, we felt welcomed, and the food was delicious. Our server (Jen) made our visit exceptional. She was courteous, very attentive, and quite personable. I absolutely love a good steak and grilled salmon. We got an early dinner. The dining room was full, neat and clean. This location is always busy, but on this day we were able to walk right on and be seated. Service is quick and efficient. Kudos to Nadine. We ordered the 6oz. Sirloin steak with a salad and loaded baked potato. Also ordered the grilled salmon with loaded baked potato and ceasar salad. The steak was perfect. The salmon was on the salty side but still good. After a long day of driving I stopped for a bite to eat here as I was staying next door. Let's start with the good, it was a 2 minute walk, there was no wait so I was able to sit right away. The 2 woman working the bar were great and I was served by both. To start, the bar was clean, the beer was cold and I was happy. Now to the meal, I ordered the sirloin steak and coconut shrimp with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli, I requested gravy on the mashed which didn't happen, it came out naked so I put a little of the dipping sauce on it and the server noticed and I said it was missing the gravy so I improvised. She said she would fix it and I did get another side of mashed potatoes with gravy. Now for the main part, the sirloin steak, sorry, zero stars on that. I ordered it medium rare and it came out well done, not good! It was also on the chewy side so I just figured that it was a low end cut of meat. This is the best Texas Roadhouse in the area. It never disappoints. However my yummy butter was weirdly frozen and the waitress brought me a new one right away. I do think their buns/rolls needed to be cooked longer however I'm happy to say I didn't eat the whole bread basket My steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken was the same. Plus my meal looked just like the picture on the menu. This is one of the smaller TR in the 30 minutes of me however I always get exceptionally fantastic service even when dining by myself. A really sad state of affairs for a Friday lunch. First the hostess writes down the wrong size steak at the entrance, then it took 15 minutes for a server to make an appearance to take our order. The place is clearly understaffed and we trie to empathize with Aimee as she seemed exhausted but still tried to keep a smile. Then it took another 15 minutes to get anything to drink and we're sitting there parched from no water and just bread. And it only continues on downhill, the bowl of chili was brought out so cold that the shreds of cheese never melted. Of course, we can't find anyone to send it back so I brought it up to the Service Manager. By the time the microwaved bowl of chili was brought back out our steak entrees had already arrived. The prime rib and the mashed potatoes were cold, just a few degrees warmer than the wilted bland Caesar salad. The fats in the prime rib had already concealed but the kitchen manager came out and argued that she personally cut the prime rib from the slow cooker. Interesting...I've only ordered this same prime rib 20+ times and this is the only time I ever had it served cold. She huffed and puffed and walked away. Beth, the other manager was at least polite and apologetic but then she never returned to follow up or bring out the replacement baked sweet potato. The entire meal was utterly a disaster but we still tipped 20% because Aimee was nice and clearly overworked. ATTN: Texas Roadhouse Executives: start hiring competent managers or just close your restaurant because even your regulars won't be coming back to pay $100 for inedible meals, poor service and poor attitude. read more

Getting seated is not an issue and the food was good but salty. The decor is great. The service needs improvement. Waitress didn't refill our drinks. Dropped off the check and was eager to take the credit card. The service was slow so the wait time for anything was very slow. This is a very nice steakhouse. Eve was our server and she was fantastic. She was super energetic and responsive. One time we were just talking about wanting water and she showed up with refills. It may have just been luck and timing, but she was attentive the entire time we were there! Of course get the steak and our favorite is the ribeye with a loaded baked potato and Cesar salad. They also have of the best steak sauce. Make sure you ask for a bag or two of peanuts. For some reason these are just plain old good. The bread is always served fresh and very very good. This was a poor experience. Dirty plates and empty glasses were not Cleared at all. When my food came I had to put the dishes on the server station myself to make room. The seating was crowded for a larger party. The food was average at best and ranged to poor for sides and appetizers. Service was friendly but I wouldn't bother with this restaurant. Ordered a 12 oz prime rib to go. Mobile pick up was supposed be around 20 minutes. The order was ready within 5 minutes. Got home and received some huge dried out cut of prime rib. Meat was tough and bland that I couldn't eat it. I know what prime rib is supposed to taste like but this was ultimately the absolute worst Since the order was supposedly made quickly by the time I picked it up at the original anticipated time my food was cold. My wife and I go to Texas Roadhouse always in our travels. Our experience in Woodbridge, VA was terrible. we arrived in time for the Early Bird special but our server didn't come to our table until 2 minutes past 5:00. we asked if it would be an issue to still receive the discount and he checked with his manager within earshot of us. The manager, Beth, quickly said no without hesitation. Then, when the salads came out, ours were brown. I then had to speak with Beth since this was strike #2. I revisited the timing of the Early Bird special and she could care less. she did offer a new salad but our food was about to come out. Great location and great service! Easy to join the waitlist. Texas Roadhouse is the most consistent and reliable steakhouse anywhere you can find them and anytime we are craving a juicy steak. Awesome 100-cal cocktails are a perfect addition to the drink list. My main go to is the 12oz ribeye cooked to medium temp topped with mushrooms. Great with sweet potato and broccoli. Fresh sweet bread to start is always a treat. Shrimp skewers make a great choice for lighter fare, ask for lite seasoning if you prefer less salty. Another great dining experience! read more
