On June 18 at 6:00 PM, after I paid for a lineup of music, GM Jessica abruptly cut off my songs to play audio for a World Cup match. No warning, no courtesy. When confronted, Jessica promised to replenish my account for the lost plays. That never happened. Despite multiple return visits and even escalating the issue to Assistant Manager David, my account remains empty. To make matters worse, today, July 2 at 4:45 PM, I tried to speak with Jessica again. She deliberately ignored me while on the phone, offering zero customer recognition. This week was a week! Decided to come love on my sisters a bit and venture out in their neck of woods for a much needed drank after the week we had. The Love Bird was delicious! I also ordered the salmon sliders and tots! My sisters shared a pitcher of strawberry sangria which was watered down with all the ice it was served in...plus a glass full of ice to pour your drinks lol.... One had a pepperoni flat bread and the other the chicken sliders. They were happy with their selections. I love B-Lou, especially this one. Center city vibes with rural access. Told the Bar guy to surprise me and he did. Tapped into my neat sweet fetish. Got a Dragon Fruit and Dos Sauza Margarita and they were beautiful and deliciously sweet. Paired well with my burger and Calamari which were amazing on their own. The burger was tender and moist but you could tell it was boxed. The bacon stole the show. The Calamari were crispy and seasoned exceptionally well. The staff were nice and the venue was typical of a bar but looked high end. It was not too busy and the staff was quick to serve and refill our drinks. I ordered the sliders and tots, they were tasty! I wasn't too hungry so I didn't want to order a lot but I ended up finishing the whole thing! They do have lunch specials, but since it was a big group the specials menu ended up with one guy and the rest of us was oblivious to it so make sure to look it up! It would probably make sense to hand out multiple lunch special menus as well unless they don't really want us ordering from it. read more

MEANWHILE, 3 bartenders are tending to him while I am yelling at the female and male dark-haired subpar bartenders for some help. What in the actual f*,ck. Bar loser needs better management. They allow the rank environment while hiring sketchy or lazy workers. They do not clean, and bartenders are flat out lazy. Bar Louie has a nice happy hour and the food is always really good. Biggest pain point for us is the service. It is always extremely slow whether it's for brunch, happy hour, or dinner. We've visited several times and have waited up to 15 minutes to even be greeted by our server and even after getting one, some don't check on the table very often which can be frustrating when you need refills on drinks or condiments or just really hungry and ready to get food in. Bartender dropped my drink off with a splash and went to talk to another patron on the other side of the bar (not his section) without saying a word.
