The boxes are also dusty, and the cutlery can pick up visible dirt from them (see photo), which is not very appealing. With better attention to cleanliness, consistency, and customer service, the overall experience would improve considerably.

The only disappointment was the fries. They were thick and tasted like they may have been reheated multiple times. They also lacked salt, so I added some myself to make them more enjoyable, but I still couldn't finish them. The staff was friendly and checked on us a couple of times throughout the meal. Very quick and friendly service. The employees are there the second you turn on those lights! Food is just average in my opinion. The meat patties could be a little thicker, since they pride themselves on their beef being locally grown, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and grass fed. I'm pretty much thinking about a super cow on my buns and we get a small patty. However, because the patty is thin, it cooks through evenly and perfectly every time. On the other hand, if you are a peanut butter fan, or a fan of any shakes for that matter, make well sure you get one, but bring a spoon or ask for one, since a straw does not do the shake justice! read more
