This is for delivery specifically. Food first of all has arrived exactly as order! As someone who occasionally craves a burger EXTRA well done and my fries crispy, I'm always sad when it does arrive as such. So far 2 out of 2 classic burgers order have been PERFECT! The milkshake while slightly smaller than expected, ended up being the perfect size! I've tried their mushroom burger, crispy chicken burger, and western burger. Their highlight is their beef patties. These home portioned patties lock in the moisture perfectly :) Mushroom burger - This is a beef burger, topped with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The burger overflows with flavor (and also perhaps with sauce) as the mushrooms and Swiss cheese provide a nice complement to the beef patty. It can get a bit messy, but let's face it what good burger doesn't? Western burger - This might be one of my favorites on their menu. The beef patty comes topped with Swiss cheese, bacon and most importantly onion rings. The onion rings are delightfully crispy even when you get the burger for take out. It's a huge mouthful of a burger that won't leave you wanting. Their burgers come with fries. The fries sauce that comes with the regular fries is delicious. But I like to upgrade my fries to curly fries or sometimes sweet potato fries. I also like to order a bubble tea drink. Their honeydew bubble tea (w lychee) is perfect accompaniment for a burger. I was originally attracted to A Burger Place because I read that they have handmade burger patties. It seems like it's harder and harder to find that these days. I got a Mushroom Burger which tasted pretty good but it was messy. There was a lot of sauce and my bottom bun was super soggy. My husband got the Texas burger. He enjoyed it and had no complaints. Our burgers came with fries so that was nice. Unfortunately they were cooked a little too long and were a little too crunchy. My husband also got the Jalapeño Bites. They seemed like they had been in the freezer for way too long had no flavor. We got ranch with our fries and that was tasty! I can always appreciate a good ranch. read more

I stopped in at lunch time for a mushroom burger with a side of onion rings. The mushroom and swiss burger was messy, which i didn't mind. The swiss was processed not actual swiss which i sorta minded. I enjoyed the burger and the onion rings. Note to store: why ranch with onion rings?? YUCK! My burger was cooked well, the bun had grill marks and there were plenty of mushrooms on it. I enjoyed it but personally I wouldn't order it again. Came here on a Wednesday for lunch around 11am with a group of 5. We ordered at the counter and sat down with no wait. Our food was ready in ~15 min and we at there. The prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get, but the flavors weren't extraordinary. My friends still enjoyed their burgers though! Our go-to place for neighborhood burgers and fries. But when it changed hands we were really disappointed at the quality, and downgrading of the menu items. We thought it was a learning curve, but never returned. After several years, we decided to give them another try. Friendly attentive service and good beer choice for a small establishment. The place was empty when we arrived at dinner time. My husband and I ordered cheese burgers, which took quite a while. When the orders arrived, we noticed a good size patty filled the good quality bun. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc. adorned the burgers, but the cheese had disappeared. The meat was not hot, bone-dry like it had been sitting for a while. Maybe it was leftover and reheated. It had no discernible beef flavor. We had to smother it with ketchup to make up for flavor and meat juices missing. When the burgers are properly cooked, we like to taste the meat, no sauce required. I've been here twice and both times the food took about 15-20 mins to come out. For a place that claims "a quick bite", it wasn't that quick. The staff is friendly, but there was only one person manning the grill. The first visit I had a chicken Katsu sandwich. It was very average and I wasn't very impressed. However, on my second visit, I got a California Burger. It was awesome and they definitely didn't skimp on the avocado or bacon like many burger places do. The burgers come with French fries that are super plain. If you visit, I'd recommend upgrading to the curly fries. read more

I ordered pick up on Door Dash from them and got my food within the time I was told, which is hard to come by even with pick up. I ordered the cheeseburger with an extra patty and extra cheese. The patty was so juicy and delicious. I am always weary of ordering burgers cause then can be very dry...even if you ask for medium. Not this place, perfectly pink and moist. The onion rings were super fresh and crisp. I also ordered the jalapeño poppers and I must say the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Amazing hamburgers and Salmon burger!! Get the steak fries! So yummy! The mushroom burger is soggy but delicious!! All burgers taste great with handmade patties. We love the shakes too! We asked politely for a fork and the worker said "yeah, it's over there. exCUSE ME?! Food is ok. Pricey but was hungry so they lucked out.

Well, it was less than a week before I returned.....this time....teriyaki. I was again greeted warmly by the owner and his wife. They actually recognized me from my previous visit and had a good laugh with me saying I must have enjoyed it the first time. This time they had a very old episode of the Simpsons playing on the tv, but it was soon switched to HGTV (I'm content with either). I opted for a booth and the teriyaki chicken with extra rice. Again, just like the burgers, meal was grilled fresh once I placed my order. The chicken was grilled and then put on a skillet over onions and covered in sauce to finish the cooking process. This is how it was served to me. On a piping hot skillet with steam rolling and sauce bubbling, I probably looked like an old cartoon with my mouth watering and wide eyes. It was a very good portion (especially since it was $7.50 after tax!) I was given extra teriyaki sauce to use as well. Boy, was it delicious though, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was tasty. The rice was nice and sticky and cooked to perfection. The meal filled me up and at a great price. I won't be surprised if I end up here for the 3rd time this week to try something else. I have had nothing but good experiences here. read more

The veggie burger is great(since I've become a vegetarian this is what I get), and the basic cheeseburger (my former go-to) is the very definition of carnivore comfort food. My kids have been going here since it opened and they were in elementary and middle school. The burgers here are good, and the value is great. My wife and I stick firmly to our weekly budget, but we love to go out to eat once a week. On the weeks we want to eat cheap, this is the place we go. We can get two good size burgers, a single order of fries big enough to share, and a drink for about $15. UPDATE2: The second time I went there, I noticed that they did take my advice on posting the burger orders on a wall....that was cool!!! UPDATE: Apparently this is actually a chain. I saw one just like this in the U-District the other day. So technically I wasn't this first one, just the first one for Mukilteo. This is actually a brand new place....a friend of mine heard about it from a friend...it's deep in the heart of Mukilteo....there is only a banner outside to show the name...there is no decoration in the place yet, other than a plasma tv next to the entrance..... the food: it was actually very good....you get a sushi like sheet where you select everything you want to eat...they have a pretty good list....i had a triple patty, house sauce, bbq onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and lots of other stuff...with a huge plate of curly fries and a drink for under $10...it was a lot of food and very tasty.... i suggested to them, that they add corks or something like that, so that you can pin you paper at the end...it would be a cool little gimmick...in my opinion at least...good competition against the locally owned Z Burgers. not well know, so spread the love... It's so simple yet so delicious...as everyone has already said, you go in, take a card that has many different options on it for what you'd like on your burger and fill it out accordingly. Hand it over to the cashier, pay, and then wait a few minutes and you're served up with one of the freshest, most heavenly, delicious burgers you've ever sunk your teeth into. I really like it because I'm kind of picky...usually the exact burger I want is never available on the menu anywhere so I always need to make numerous changes to one while I'm ordering. My mom called me the other day telling me that they have delicious soft serve ice cream that I need to go try, too.
