Never a disappointment. I've eaten at almost every Burgermaster location from Lewis County (no longer there) to Skagit County for about fifty years. The consistency in the quality of food, friendly service and value, in my personal opinion, have deserved a five-star rating each and every time. These last two visits to the Bothell location were positively enhanced by my first time use of the Burgermaster app. The orders were ready for pick up when I arrived, were delivered to my car by friendly and upbeat servers, and the food was delicious as always. My only negative tone in this love note is that the Burgermaster in Everett closed several years ago when the owner retired, leaving central and north Snohomish County bereft of this fantastic and iconic Northwest "burger joint." If the Grand Masters at Burger Master could open a location in North Everett, Marysville, or Lake Stevens (my preference), they would have me - along with several others, I'm fairly sure - as a weekly patron rather than a monthly customer! Really cool concept, old school drive in burger joint. park your car, ride either via QR code or walk up to a kiosk inside but someone actually came to our car and took our order as well. Convenient that they use Apple Pay too. We got fish sandwich, mini Burgermaster, and fries. The lady who took our order was so nice and kind, and asked us about any additional toppings we wanted and all the different sauces. I was pleasantly surprised! My fish sandwich was really good although I wouldn't pay $11 for it. The fries were good as well, more on the softer end. Mini burger master seemed worth it at $5.50. But for fast food, paying over $8 for a burger doesn't fly in my book. The place was busy but we got a spot quickly. The person taking our order let us know the wait would be 15-20 min so it was nice of her to let us know before we ordered. All in all, not bad if you're willing to fork over the $$. While the location could do with some updates, such as a push-to-order rather than flashing your lights at the car across from you, it holds all the nostalgia and flavors you'd expect from such a joint. The Burgermaster is a must try, and pairs beautifully with their delicious fries and many shake options. Combine flavors to make your ideal drink! The patty was melty, without dripping all over while we attempted to eat in the car. The sauces come in name-brand packages including Ken's Honey Mustard and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ, easy to dip containers.
