The positives: it was clean and the service was fairly quick. The negatives: The food here is ok but it is nothing special even though you will be paying 20+ dollars for a burger, side and a drink. It is definitely not worth what they charge for it. The other negative is that they nickel and dime you for everything for example if you order the side of onion rings well apparently they don't come with fry sauce so they will charge you extra to get fry sauce with it. Portions were also small. To sum it all up it is mediocre food at a crazy high price. Also the mentality of let's nickel and dime people for things such as fry sauce is not a good look when you charge what you're charging for food. read more

Woof. This place just opened and boy do they maybe need to close and regroup. We walked in and first thing we noticed was how dirty it was. We order a few OG smash burgers, a sharing size of fries and some cheese curds. My husband found a random roll of paper towels and wetted one to wipe the table off for us (we watched another family use the paper towels as placements since the tables were dirty) and waited for our food. The trash continued to pile up and I would assume the female owner and daughter (?) decided they wanted to leave and they both walked from behind the counter and past all the trash and dirty tables to get into the same vehicle together. We then watched, the person that I would assume was the owner, who was wearing black gloves touch the register with the gloves on and then proceed to put lettuce on our burgers, he then brought the burgers out, grabbed our buzzer stuffed it into his pant pocket and went back into the kitchen all while still wearing the same pair of gloves. Those gloves should've been changed a couple times easy. Burgers were decent, cheese curds don't come with a sauce, which is weird, and the fries were just fries with sauce that is very similar to Raising Cane's. With the amount of burger places, I would definitely recommend a different one. Edit: I should add that the daughter was the one who took our order, so it wasn't just a random moment of us just watching his family. It was employees who walked past all the nastiness of this establishment. read more

Killer burgers. The Sriracha Bacon was awesome. Wife loved the Saltys Burger. Fries were great, onion rings were crispy and flavorful, and all the dipping sauces were awesome. Garlic Rosemary sauce was exceptionally good. If youre wondering what the few bad reviews say, I'll save you some time. They're all really dumb. Either complaining about arbitrary stuff like "dirty restaurant" (its never been dirty when ive been there) or high prices (a double smash burger with great toppings prepared well for $12 is totally reasonable. Its 2026 people.) I really hope you check it out because I love this place and if it ever goes under because of dumb people I'm gonna be pissed off. read more

Hard for me to give a place 5 stars, until I've eaten there several times, but I'm going to go ahead and go all in on the stars this time. Very delicious burger. Nothing fancy, just a super solid tasty burger and fries. I got the garlic burger and it was great. These burgers and fries would be like a really good backyard BBQ, if your uncle was a chef. Definitely coming back with the family to get my kids reviews. Only downside is common with all good burger places nowadays, expensive. It was $22 for a double patty cheeseburger, fries and a soda. Not a knock, just the reality of what you pay for a great burger. I've been looking for a spot like TK burger in Huntington Beach. This is the closest thing I've found to that. I've been meaning to try Saltys for a while, and I wish I did sooner! The environment was clean, comfortable, and fit the classic American burger feel. The food came out very quickly and my first impression was how good each ingredient was. You could tell care went into every detail. Lots of reviews mention the higher price, but nearly all restaurants outside of fast food chains are similarly priced. Overall, if you value quality, it's an easy recommendation. If I could I'd also give a sixth star for the American flag hanging up! read more

The food tastes good, but it's pretty expensive. I expected considerable portion sizes, but the burger is average if not a little smaller, and the tater tots came with only a handful for $6. At that price I'd expect an enough for two people. Pretty disappointing. I also ordered extra sauce (which you have to pay for, tots only come with 1 and it's small) which I did not receive. Would not recommend and won't be returning. read more

The service was not great. We were not greeted or made felt welcome at any point during our visit. The food was not great either. I understand smashed burgers but these were rolled very thinly. My daughter ordered a jr. because she did not want two patties but regretted it because she mostly had a lettuce, cheese and sauce (so much sauce) sandwich. The patty looked like it had been flattened with a rolling pin instead of smashed, and it was still as big as the bun so not very much meat. I ordered the "burger salad" and was disappointed with the lettuce. It tasted like bagged lettuce and that is not pleasant in a salad, especially after paying $2 more for poor quality lettuce. Finally, let's talk about the ketchup. It was soupy and gross. For some, this may not be a big deal but it is for me as I like my fries with ketchup. This place is yummy-- but too expensive. I was disappointed to see they had no combo options, and that one burger was $12. They also didn't include the price of drinks on the menu, but I just got water. I think a $15 combo for fries, burger, and drink would be reasonable. The service was quick and our cashier was nice. The eating space is definitely your typical millennial burger bar: concrete floors, industrial ceilings, metal tables and chairs. Probably wouldn't come back due to the price. read more

Tried Salty's for the first time about a week ago...and it was so good we've been back twice again already. The OG burger was excellent, but the Siracha burger might be my favorite. My kids crushed their jr. cheeseburgers (with bacon) and everybody was enjoyed the tator tots. read more
