On mine, I got the Nashville mozz, Big Mouth Bites, and buffalo bone-in wings. I probably wouldn't order the wings again, they were extremely dry, didn't have a lot of meat, and weren't very flavorful. Those Big Mouth Bites though omg... the buns. I don't know what they do to them but they're sooo yummy. Also they loaded my plate up with ranch and I didn't even ask them to do that, so I really appreciated it!! Customer service was awful! Service was slow and there were quite a few empty tables. I ordered a steak cooked medium and it was well done. It's rare I have a bad experience at Chili's but tonight was different. I didn't catch the hostesses name, but quite frankly she ruined the night for me. Make sure you only sit where she wants you to go or you'll end up exchanging words and she'll punish you without service as long as she can. Oh, the will give you dirty looks your entire meal. We took my Father-in-law out for his birthday last night around 6:30 pm. There were 9 of us so we had to wait a little bit before we got a table. We were able to get our food by 7:15 so not bad. Our server was really nice and attentive to our needs. My husband and I did the $10 for me although depending on which you decide it's $10-15 for your meal. It includes a drink, appetizer, and an entree. You can also add a dessert for $2.50. I got the strawberry lemonade which had free refills and very refreshing! For my appetizer I got the Caesar salad and my entree was the Cilantro Lime Carne Asada that came with beans and rice. I thought my meal was filling and delicious. I got my kids the chicken strips with fries, cheeseburgers with mandarin oranges, and Mac n cheese with mandarin oranges. Terrible customer service by the manager the nerd with the glasses and tattoos and the lying ass staff. We ordered some wings through grubhub when we arrived to pick up our order the staff said that someone "Stole" our order. We frequent this one regularly now because the servers are super friendly and attentive. The food & drinks are great and consistent. we never have had to wait to be seated. Chilis is normally hit and miss for me because they may or may not have enough staff to accommodate the flocks or people coming in and out all the time! This place is always busy. I've had a better experience by using their app to get rewards like free appetizers and chips and salsa and I can also put my name on the wait list before heading over and waiting in person. That helps reduce my wait times. During this particular visit it was me and 6 other friends. We were a big group and found that there was one chef and only two waiters. They did a good job communicating that to us so our expectations were managed. The food came out at a reasonable time and was the normal expectation for chilis food which is yummy and economical. I always get the 3 for $10 (now about $13 with inflation) and it's always what I expect and hits the spot for my specific chilis craving. This place is the holy grail of America. Me and my wife saved up all the money we were given on our birthdays - which are three months apart mind you - in order to splurge on a special night out. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. When we got there, we discovered that the chips are free for Chili's members. My wife is great with her credit card so of course we had member status. After perusing the diverse menu options, we settled on the Three For Me deal. Drink included. My wife drank five diet cokes while I tried each one of the house made lemonades. Both of us ordered the Triple Dipper but we customized them with wonderful menu options. Aug 30th , 2023 Arrived at chilis at 2:30 and hostess and our waitress were kind to us at first and our food arrived around 3:10pm and we decided to pay ahead and leave a 18% tip because my pregnant fiancé was not feeling great so we knew we wouldn't order more. It is currently 4:38pm and we noticed we have not been checked up on since we payed early. We noticed about 20 minutes ago and not a single waitress has checked on us. This was such a good find the night of Easter Sunday in American Fork! We were actually looking for pho or ramen after a long day driving and every place we tried was closed or closing. I even forget that Chili's was still in business! (I used to frequent one back in San Diego as the happy hour place with colleagues). I completely forgot that actually they do really nice food! The bf ordered fajitas and surprisingly the rice that comes along with was not the usual bad quality one, but non 'passed' and with a really nice flavor. I couldn't decide if I should rate this location as 3 or 4, so I'd safely say 3.5 star rating for this. The food quality (freshness more than anything) was my biggest issue really. I don't really like to hit up chains, but the bf was craving some Chili's. It's been a loooong time since we've been so I obliged. I do kinda like how Chili's has those electronic menus so you can order/reorder drinks easily from the table (waitress' seemed a bit busy, but brought out drinks promptly). It's convenient and easy to navigate. I was quite happy to find out that they have a $5 Jameson Marg on special for the month of March, but after we had two each, we didn't have much of a buzz. Thanks, Utah! The tortilla soup tasted better than it looked. The fries were a bit limp and soggy, so I felt guilty the whole time I was eating them. The SW Shrimp Salad is a good idea, but the lettuce was brown and wilting so I didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped. The plentiful shrimp and Caesar dressing were decent. The Triple Dipper app was overall good. The Big Mouth Bites (sliders) were alright -- not dry, but kinda plain-tasting. The Boneless Chicken Wings and the SW Egg Rolls were probably my fave out of everything. Excellent dipping sauces (jalapeno ranch and fry sauce?) Have I been to this Chili's hundreds of times? Yes. Are there better ones? Yes. Will I keep coming back? Yes! My husband and I LOVE Chili's! We used to go once a week before we had our son. It's cheap and good food! Our favorite waitress is Haley! Ask for her, she's the best! The 3 for $10 meal is the best food deal around! A drink, appetizers and meal for only $10. And we share it! The chips and salsa are one of the best out there! Sometimes we go just for that! Our favorite are the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers and Original Chicken Crispers, double fries, no corn (sometimes the corn is mushy). I also love the Chicken Enchilada soup! It's been my favorite since I was a kid. It's my favorite soup from anywhere. They also have a good house salad. The wait can be hours long so we always check in before unless it's like 3pm. We used to love coming to this location. Here's what happened tonight to change my opinion. We put our name on the waiting list through the app as we left to drive to the AF location. When we arrived about 20 minutes later, the app said we were like 3rd in line. As soon as I could get up to the greeter person I told her we were there and even saw our name and pointed it out to her. She said okay. Then I asked, "So maybe 5-10 wait for us?" She said, "Yep." We waited another 45 minutes without our name being called. We finally went up to another lady and explained our situation. She then put us at an open table. Our table had no napkins, utensils, etc. and we waited another 5 minutes or so until someone helped us. Once a server arrived, we explained our situation and he was really nice, attentive, and even gave us free dessert after talking to his manager. That definitely helped. But after that, it still makes me hesitant to want to come back to this location anytime soon. If you go to this location make sure they actually press the "Checked In" button on their screen/system or it will not check you in and won't even let them know that you're still in line waiting for a table. read more
