Let me start with how horribly rude the person taking our order was to my 6 yr old grandson. He wanted to order and she was so put out, we were the only ones in line. When I asked the drink guy if there was lemonade he was very abrupt about telling me I had to pay for it. Geez, BV with the prices you charge I thought I could get a half glass of lemonade. But, this was not the best part. When they delivered our food he literally tossed the kids meal bag on the table and dropped my food to the point that some of the fries flew out. Open for drive through only! Food was cold! How do you like cold soggy fries, or a burger who bun is still fridge cold that looks like it was toasted on the grill then placed in the fridge. I love burgerville, and have been a patron there since before I remember. They have the best, freshest food (most of the time) in the area and their seasonal items are to die for. However, ever since I was a kid they have had one fatal flaw: they can almost never get an order 100% right. Most of the time it's usually just forgetting to remove something specified or not putting something on the food that was requested. Yesterday I visited this location and ordered a Timber Joey (which was delicious) and a full grilled chicken salad. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got home I realized that I had paid for a full size salad, and received a half of size with only lettuce and cheese. This is really a fault of my own for not checking, because as stated before I have never received an order that was 100% right. My advice to visitors is to definitely check it out, but make sure to eat in so any order errors can be fixed:) read more

One Pepper-Bacon Cheeseburger, One order of Waffle Fries w/ ranch dipping sauce and a diet coke from the drive through cost me $16. I wanted 2 orders of fries and looks like I paid for 2... but only got one. I checked--thought I had everything I ordered, but was wrong. Only found out once I the food home. You know, I would've gone back and had them fix their mistake but I took off during half-time of the Superbowl. I got home just in time for the start of the second half. I took the loss of a $4 order of waffle fries. My mate was very disappointed he didn't get his waffle fries. He made up for it with beer. One time mistake, it happens, but when I see employees on the other side of the window eating waffle fries.... it pisses me off. I ain't feeding your damn employees. The food was really good though. I've always loved Burgerville. I still like their food. But they are expensive for a fast-food restaurant. Now, they have signs up that tips are appreciated at their drive up. Most people go to fast food restaurants so they don't have to deal with tipping a server. Especially at a drive up. We are new to the area and decided to go get burgers last night. The burgers were so good. The sauce is actually really good. We eat at Burgerville all the time. If you are going to have fast food this is the place to get it. I enjoy their seasonal offerings like fried asparagus, onion rings, and NW tater tots, as well as strawberry, blackberry, and pumpkin shakes. It may be more expensive than normal fast food but it is totally worth it. This location has always been fast, friendly, and efficient. Not healthy but definitely tasty. read more

I have always rated Burgerville very high amongst fast food restaurants, but I would say about 80% of the time I have gotten a hamburger from this restaurant, it has been cold. so now I've just in my rating from five stars to one star to show that Burgerville really is not what it used to be. I'm sorry to update this review but unfortunately this Burgerville has continued to let us down. The service is continually lackluster and the food is not amazing anymore. I just went through their drive thru, and ordered two orders of fries. The fries I did get were cold and stale, and the other order was just missing. I was unable to drive back through the line to correct the mistake because we had an appointment. I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars because it's not the most abhorrent place I've ever been, but I don't think we'll be back. read more

Visited this burgerville tonight and had a below poor experience. The cashier lacked basic customer service skills until the manager walked up and stood next to her. The fries needed cooked longer but we were glad they weren't because they tasted like fish. We ordered double cheeseburgers no ketchup extra spread, there was barely a tiny swipe of spread on them. read more

I went in and ordered a burger and the Walla Walla onion rings, 3 for $3.75. The first one I took a bite out of, I could not bite through it. They had left the onion skin on. All the breading had fallen off by now and I pulled the inedible skin off. I placed it on a napkin and took it too the front counter, the manager looked at it and said, "oh they left the skin on" and walked away.
