We used Buegesons to install our new unit. That was in 2014 and we've been completely satisfied. My inlaws have used Buegesons for over 25 years. Their service is always spot on. They call to schedule service, they are there when they say and the guys are always so kind. We've come to know our service tech over the years and he loves our dogs and is always sure to tell them goodbye before he leaves. The day after we brought our newborn home it's was pouring outside and I noticed the house was freezing, heater wouldn't come on it didn't matter what I did. I called them, in tears because it was 53 in my house and I had a brand new baby. The receptionist patched me to another lady, both were so sweet and within 15 minutes I had a tech at my house. Turns out one of the programs was turned on for the unit, simple 30 second fix but they were here in a flash and so completely helpful. You will not be disappointed. They are the best! read more

Since circa 2005 we have used Burgeson's for heating, air conditioning and recently plumbing services. Notwithstanding the circumstance or situation, their licensed technicians perform superb home evaluation to address issues. The technicians are professionals who take as much pride in their work as they do their appearance (from boot covers to clean trucks) and equipment - all first rate. The service technicians are punctual, prepared, friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable and experienced. The office staff and service department maintain the same professional persona. Burgeson's has very fair and competitive pricing. They never overcharge nor try to sell you items or equipment you do not need. The technician who worked on my a/c system today (i.e., Gary Weghorst) represented Burgeson's as well as anyone in the past. Clearly there are valid reasons for Burgeson's receiving an award from the state governor's office for excellent business and service in the Inland Empire. In business the idea is that the service that you are offering is the same thing that the customer is expecting......that being said, Burgeson's Heating and Air of Redlands is a perfect example of a company living up to what they promise, they should be a blueprint for how to run a successful business and how to gain a customer's loyalty. My experience with Sergio the scheduler was by the numbers, he took all of my service request information and explained my options of the different types of service plans that they provide and provide me with available service dates that best fit my schedule, once a service date was selected he walked me through the service process once the technician arrived and what my expecations should be. On the day of my service he called to ask if the technician could arrive a little early which was great, once Thomas, my technician arrived he asked if there were any immediate concerns orther than just giving my A/C and Furnace system a maintenance check, which there actually was one issue with the A/C that had been a recurring issue all year long........skip to the end of story, Thomas began to troubleshoot the issue and found the problem and corrected it on the spot, imagine a year of a recurring problem fixed in a matter of 30 minutes, once that was fixed he completed the rest of the service maintenance request and assured me that my cooling and heating systems were in good working condition. I recently bought a house in Redlands with an HVAC system that was installed by Burgeson about 12 years ago. The system uses flexible ducting which has been damaged over the years by rats in the attic. Since Burgeson installed the system originally, I called them for an estimate to replace the ducts. They insisted I pre-pay $99.00 for a system 'diagnostic' before they could prepare an estimate. The technician came by and spent less than 10 minutes checking the ductwork. He didn't perform a single diagnostic test on the heating system, air conditioning unit, or control system. His 'report' consisted of a few lines of chicken scratch stating that my ducts needed to be replaced. Once the technician verified what I already know, the salesman came over to prepare my estimate. The estimate was eye-wateringly pricey. I have since received estimates from 3 other vendors. All of the other vendors performed detailed system inspections as part of the estimating process, free of charge. The upshot? I paid Burgeson $99.00 for an inspection that should have been included with the estimate. Furthermore, Burgeson's estimate was 200%-300% higher than all of the other estimates I received. To top it off, all of the other vendors detailed the shamefully poor installation of the existing equipment, equipment that was installed by Burgeson. Burgeson is a crooked outfit and technically incompetent. Stay away! *************************** Update: Diane Burgeson contacted me directly to apologize for my experience with the company. She hand delivered a refund check for the $99.00 fee I was charged. We talked at length and she assured me that my experience is an outlier but that they are putting policies in place to make sure that other customers don't fall through the cracks the way I did. We just had an A/C system installed on our older home and we were very happy with the service that Bergeson's provided. We had gotten several quotes, Bergeson's wasn't necessarily the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, but we felt that we were going to get the best service from them. After meeting with Rick Avila, we felt we were getting a more experienced and honest company to do the work. Rick did not try to up-sell us on any of the equipment and he was very thorough in explaining what we would be getting for the money we were spending. Awesome service Stefan came out to fix my transformer for my doorbell that went out due to a electrical surge. Fixed my issue in 15 min . I was being ripped off from another electrical company let's just say it's called "Wrong time electrical". Sent out two technicians first one didn't have the transformer in his truck o after I told them it was out . Second electrician brought a faulty transformer and tried to rip me off by saying my electrical panel was bad and quoted me a price of 7800 dollars!!! THE best company and experience we ever had in a home renovation. We have an older home built in the 50s and no crawlspace in our attic. To add to that we also had some electrical issues. They not only worked extra hard to make it work with the space in our attic they brought out a team of professionals to deal with our electric issue. I was charged a fee for the service call. I asked if I could be reimbursed for service not provided, and was refused. We purchased a large home in Redlands that had a Lennox HVAC system, but soon after moving in we had a few problems and had unsuccessfully tried to use our Home Warrantee policy. I stopped by the office because I saw Burgeson's is our local Lennox expert. We have 3 small grandchildren ages 4, and two 22 month old twins, and a house with no AC in August. They rearranged the schedule to get someone out to our house within 1 hour. Clearly Drew knew exactly what to do after running several tests and within 2 hours we had AC and a clear list of items to service/repair going forward. Can I go to a rating LOWER than one? The tech from Burgeson's showed up a week late to my Mother's home. They charged $79.00 to show up. He gave an estimate for over $500.00 to do a temporary repair and then the tech unplugged the heater saying it was unsafe. He did this after the Gas co and another heating co had said everything was safe. Who would leave an elderly person, without heat, in the middle of winter?? I called to setup an appointment with them and they said a technician would call me and be out to help me shortly. An hour and a half later I get a call from a woman saying that they can't help me and won't be out today. She wasn't friendly or helpful and was calling from a cell phone that was going in and out of service. On top of that, there was no offer to come out first thing in the morning or anytime at all the following day, I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. For those of you that have current ac issues, I hope you get treated better by them then we did because sitting in a 90 degree house for hours waiting for someone to show up and have them not come is not something I want anyone else to experience. read more

We engaged Burgeson's upon the recommendation of a friend and are glad to have done so. Richard M. is the technician who made two calls to our home and we will tell you he and this company set the standard for any business performing work upon your home. He entered in full uniform and placed protective "booties" over his work boots. When he began to service the indoor furnace he laid down a clean pad upon which to kneel and place his tools. The various instruments and gauges used were clean and appeared well-cared for. For future calls we'll first ask for Richard; with that said one feels the company is attentive of whom they employ and haven't doubt another tech would be, well, hopefully nearly as good as Mr. M. Burgeson's installed a new heating and a/c system for me last fall, so this summer was its first real test. In the past, my electric bill was pushing $300 a month during hot months. This month's bill was $124.25. The old unit struggled to keep my house tolerable. Now it's actually comfortable. I'm so glad I did this. The company gave me great service. The salesman retained my old estimate from 5 years prior, so we were able to compare new prices with old ones. They handled the paperwork on my rebate, which arrived as promised. A crew of 4 came out so that the job was completed in just a few hours. They replaced the furnace inside and the a/c compressor outside. We were able to use the same duct work, although they added an extra air intake and a vent for the kitchen. (Why my house did not have an a/c vent in the kitchen is something I'll never understand.) While they submitted the paperwork for the city permit, I had to set up the inspection. The inspector said nice things about Burgeson's and was in and out in a few minutes. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received and the product that they recommended for my home. read more

We are very pleased with our new Lennox system. Justin and his crew did an amazing job!! I know it wasn't easy. We have the tiniest attic ever and today was very hot. We had our new system relocated to the side yard which required rerouting the electrical quite a distance. They could have run all the lines outside however they did a very clean install by running all the conduit through our very tiny attic. Not only does it look great but works great. We definitely recommend them and will be calling them for our annual tuneups. Our entire family is grateful for a cool and very quiet AC unit. read more

We have used Burgeson's for approx. the past 20 years to maintenance our HVAC system. We recently decided to do a full upgrade with new A/C, furnace, ducting, new vents, new smart thermostat, the whole nine yards! Our furnace and hot water heater is located inside a closet in our house (we have an older home) in the hallway. After years of obvious leaks when the previous homeowners lived in our house, this closet was a mess! The floor was rotted out, the old furnace was improperly installed, etc. Needless to say, Burgeson's had to remove everything from the closet, replace the old rotted floor, installed the brand new furnace, reinstalled the hot water heater with an accompanying drip pan, installed a condensation pump, installed metal sheeting/flooring over the wood flooring to protect from leaks, and installed a drainage outlet that goes to the outside of our house to prevent any further water damage in the closet in the event of a leaky hot water heater. They also installed a pressure release pipe (for the hot water heater) to the outside of our house to prevent any damage in the event of a pressure build up. All I can say is WOW! The new Lennox AC unit and furnace are absolutely beautiful! And now when I open up the hall closet, all I see is a newly redone, beautiful closet with everything installed correctly and professionally. The new A/C and Heating work great! And my daughter finally has good airflow to her bedroom. Shout out to Nate who made the sale and did the paperwork, he was great.
