On my last visit, I waited more than thirty minutes past my scheduled appointment and still had not completed the intake process, largely because the focus seemed to be on sales rather than patient care. Eventually I made the call to leave without being seen, which was frustrating and not a decision I took lightly. Dr. Espinosa is cool, approachable, and clearly cares about his patients. On my most recent visit, I saw their newer doctor, Dr. Fabrizio, and she took great care of me as well, super attentive and professional. They always have a great selection of lenses and frames, they take insurance, and what I really appreciate is how helpful they are when it comes to choosing frames. They actually give honest feedback and help you decide what looks best, instead of leaving you to figure it out on your own. If you're single and need someone to externally process frames with you, this is definitely the place to go, they've got you covered! Overall, it's just a fun, friendly, welcoming office. They're also Christian-owned, which I really appreciate as a Christian myself. I can't recommend James Espinosa OD enough.
