When i pressed them, they said it wasn't a safety issue but it would help the tires last longer. Only problem was the repair would have cost way more than the actual tires! So i told them i'll just buy new tires when i need and save the money. They also tried hard to convince me to have my old battery cleaned... which would have cost more than half the price of a new battery. Bigger problem is their attitude. Went in for oil change and inspection. Had coupon for each. Manager mumbled that they normally don't take 2 coupons but he'll do it for me. Gee... nice of him to do me a favor by honoring coupons that they sent me! Then he wanted me to fill out a paper form - with the same info they already had on their computer! Told me it's "their policy". Then i handed him the wheel lock key... and he scowled and told me i'd have to agree to waive any damage they might cause. Never had to deal with that - even when THEY installed the tires that were on my car that i bought from them. Certainly not a scowl. Had he done any of that in a friendly way that showed he recognized my concerns, things might have been different. But his attitude was kinda strange for a business that has plenty of competition. Don't know what's changed there... but it ain't good and i'm certainly done with them.

Pricing is fair and quality of work is superb. Great communication between the shop and front desk as well. They provide detailed pre and post inspections. If they offer a service and feel like is overprice talk to them and they will find a way to work with something more managable. In our experience, we decided to go somewhere else to get our brakes done and the quality and pricing was a complete failure from the other place where we decided to get the service from. This resulted in wasted time and broken parts from something that was supposed to be "cheaper." But because of their detailed pre-inspection both times that the car came in we were able to get this resolve. I felt like Premier Auto were pretty transparent from the beginning, especially with being a woman, there is always the fear of being taken advantage for this reason. I highly recommend this place.
