    The first rule of Folkes Home Services is: nobody at Folkes Home Services knows what they're doing…read more The second rule of Folkes Home Services is: they will never, ever call you back. It's January. My heater dies. So I call Folkes. They send a technician. This technician has the experience level of someone who just learned that furnaces exist. He gets on his phone. For an hour. One full hour listening to a stranger describe your broken heater to another stranger who apparently has the knowledge this stranger was supposed to arrive with. "It's your propane line," he says. I call the propane company. "Folkes always blames us," they say. "It's never us." But they check it out. It's not them. It was never them. So Folkes sends another technician. This one also looks like he was recently introduced to the concept of HVAC. You try to explain the problem and he says (out loud, to a customer, in a house with no heat) "I'm listening, I'm just very tired." The second technician calls the first technician, on speakerphone. They try to fix it together. At one point the first technician is singing. Singing a song, on speaker, in my freezing house. The second technician diagnoses the problem as the pump. Folkes doesn't have the pump. They don't know when they'll have the pump. They'll keep me posted. They do not keep me posted. This is the part where you realize that "we'll keep you posted" is just something people say, like "your call is important to us." It's verbal wallpaper. It means nothing. I wait a few days. I lose patience. I order the part myself. It arrives the next day. I hire a different company to install it. Turns out the pump was fine. So now I've paid Folkes to not fix my heater, blame my propane company, sing in the basement, have me spend $400 on an unneeded part, and disappear. Somewhere right now a Folkes technician is on the phone with another Folkes technician, and neither of them is calling you. One star. And I want you to know that star cost me something.

    Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!

    Very unsatisfactory company. They charged the owners a huge…read moreamount of money to fi our water system that had salt in it. After the work was done, there was MORE salt, not less. We reported this, but when they were on their way to fix it, they asked for more money from owner, rather than fixing their mistake. Still here with very salty water and nothing solved.

    I woke up on last Saturday morning with no heat and took a precursory look at my 19 year old…read morefurnace to no avail. While I had no service contract with anyone, I called Appolo since my daughter has had good luck with them. As it was off hours, the answering service told me I should receive a call back within 15 minutes, which I did. The tech explained to me that off hours charges are higher and that he had two calls to handle before getting to me. He called a few hours later to tell me he was on his way to me and arrived shortly after that. He was considerate and listened to me explain the troubleshooting steps I had already taken and was able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. I also took his suggestion and signed up for a service contract, which lowered toe cost of that day's service call. I had a question on the invoice so I called the Appolo office the following Monday and found the staff very helpful and considerate as well.

    Garbage, I have one furnace and a water heater. A switch blew on the water heater and I called them…read moreto come look at it. They would not come around without signing up for a service agreement with them. They gave me no option in the type of agreement and they put me on the silver plan. The guy came round and switched the switch ,lit the boiler which took literally 2mins and said he would not serviced the unit until the fall and gave me the $600 bill. 2 months later and still no service I called them to make an appt and waited another month to get one. They call Friday to confirm, I take off work Monday and they never show. I call them Tuesday and they say they called to cancel Monday AM . I ask to repeat my number and they say area code is 847? They are just full of crap. They have my address they have already called and they won't come complete a service. I ask for a refund as they fail to complete any service on a service agreement they made me sign up for before they came around without an option on the type of coverage I wanted. Now they won't refund my and we are 7 weeks to the holidays. As per the review above these are just cowboys, nothing but crooks over charge and do nothing for the money . 100% disgrace to the industry
