Incredible food, friendly staff, lovely three-story eatery with plenty of seating and great atmosphere.

Delicious bagels and the seasonal dark roast was very smooth. My companion ordered a dirty chai that was surprisingly not too sweet though maybe a teeny bit watery. You order food over the counter and drinks with the cashier. Be prepared to tell that cashier what you ordered for food too. Will definitely visit again!

The bagels here are insanely good, prices are reasonable and it is a great spot for easy eating or packing to go before a day in vermont. Bagel options are endless, the staff were nice and it felt like a real vermont local place to be.

Our first stop after getting off the plane and it did not disappoint. Delicious bagels, coffee and lemonade. A perfect breakfast to start our vacation! Fun to explore Church Street too.

Got some bagels at this cafe in Burlington. It has plenty of cream cheeses, as well. Burlington Bagel Company has a few locations, but this is the best one. Of course it has to do with where it is. This is located on Church Street and is a perfectly charming way to begin a morning. Came in the morning to get breakfast. It's got bagels of course but there's also coffee. These go pretty good together. It's about $6 for a Maple Latte. Of course add a bit more for non dairy milks. Kind of expensive. The choices of these include oat. On to the lots of bagels. Pretty good selection. It's about $4 for a bagel with cream cheese. They have Tofutti as one. Have to come early to get the freshest bagels. It's often out of a few later. There's lots of cream cheeses and spreads including Tofutti for vegans.

The tasiest, most filling breakfast sandwiches ever!! I had a Triple B--an amazing combo of bagel, bacon, cheddar, hashbrown, and chipotle mayo. Yes, that hashbrown is IN the sandwich. And it was fantastic! We loved it so much, we ate breakfast there again the next day. I had the Triple B with an asiago & roasted red pepper bagel the first day, and I chose it with a Montreal spice bagel the next. My husband had the egg, cheese, and sausage on a Montreal spice bagel both days. Scrumptious. And they filled us up until well into the afternoon. We will definitely miss these breakfasts. (I can't speak to the ambiance of this place, but my husband said the service was good.)

Jalapeño Everything Bagel with plain cream cheese!

The absolute best bagel I have ever had - better than NYC! We were traveling thru and stopped in for breakfast. They were busy but line went fast. We got a jalapeño everything with cream cheese and one with egg, cheese and bacon. So good! Bonus is getting to watch thru a window the bagels being made, boiled and baked. So cool! Everyone was helpful and friendly! Very reasonably priced too! Seriously - go get a bagel or two!

My girlfriend and I came here a few times during our long weekend get away to Burlington. We both love to start our mornings with a bagel and a coffee so this place immediately caught our eye when walking church street. The bagels were good, they tasted nice and fresh both times we were there and the cream cheese was great as well. The service was good, and quick considering how busy it could get in there at times. And there is a nice ambiance as well. The three story dining area was a very cool concept! While eating there was an encounter of a homeless woman coming in and digging through the trash. What seems like the manager came out and asked the woman to leave and promptly began cleaning the big mess she had left. This was handled very well in my opinion and we will be sure to be back next time we are in the area!

Have been here a few times and always am pleased. The inside has a cozy vibe to it and the behind the counter staff is friendly. The lattes are tasty and typically my go to. The bagels are better than a lot I have had and they are generous with the cream cheese which is always appreciated. Defiantly a solid breakfast option

I started walking on church street early one morning and found this bagel shop! If you have time head up the stairs to find a nice nook overlooking church street. There is a good variety of bagels and sandwich options! For the veggie lover - avocado toast on a bagel! Or egg bacon cheese with the works. I got an egg with Swiss (yes! They give 4 different cheese options...) and to go with, I got an iced chai latte. This place operates very efficiently. Order at the counter, slide down to pay, and then there is a little waiting area for your bagel. Super friendly staff and cool place to enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Highly recommend!

Good bagels, delicious cream cheese! Had the plain bagel with olive cream cheese and it was perfect. Long line, but it went quick. Plenty of seating both upstairs and down. Clean tables, chairs and shop.

Stopped here for a quick snack while walking around church street. Ambience was like most bagel shop I've been too, with a counter for ordering and paying, and lots of booths to sit and eat. The bagels were on display and the card for what type they were was obvious and easy to read. There were lots of bagel and cream cheese flavors. Staff was quick and efficient. The bagel itself was good. There was the perfect amount of cream cheese. The price wasn't bad either, only $4 for a bagel and cream cheese. I'll go back next time I'm in the city.

This was mainly due to the great service and delicious meals ordered by each of us in our family of three. Our table was never left waiting and the food was served hot. Our meal choices were varied, including apps such as steak tartar and cheddar ale soup for one and the meatloaf plate and the turkey burger for the others. Everything was made with original flavor additions such as homemade sauces, fresh breads, and unique use of herbs and spices. Lastly, I was told to mention that the hand cut fries were exceptional. Since we visit Burlington often, we look forward to returning to the Farmhouse to try other dishes on their menu or just ordering the same meals since they were so good. We all agreed that this restaurant has definately moved to the top of the list for our next trip to Vt.

We had Mara for our server and you could tell she truly loves everything about the food there. For cocktails we ordered Mint and Honey, and Homa. The Mint and Honey had gin, lemon juice, honey, and labne. I never thought milk and lemon juice would mix, but it worked surprisingly well. The cocktails were definitely original but not something I would order seconds of. For mezze, we ordered half the menu. The lamb sausage crackers are kind of like ground lamb between two thin pitas that are then toasted. The local credited came with cucumber, radishes, and cherry tomatos. The muhammara was the star of the show, the punchy red people puree with curry, divine. The baba ganoush was also excellent but not much eggplant taste if you like that. The kale salad was lightly dressed with a creamy dressing, with crispy and very crunchy quinoa that ser it apart. The sugar snap peas were perfectly cooked. Seared halloumi was a crowd pleaser and must be ordered. The potato latkes were the surprising dark horse, crunch flavorful, but the jalapeño lahbne was amazing with it. The octopus had great flavors added and was very tender. There was a slightly fishy taste to it though. The lamejun is like pizza, on which the burrata was amazing. They brought a candle - lit baklava for dessert, a very sweet ending to our dinner. Love this food!

Service was good, attentive, didn't make us feel rushed. However, what are we doing with the pricing? One overly crispy potato latke (like only hard extremely crunchy potato in the entire ONE latke) that cost $16 lol ... I have to laugh. You must be kidding me. It was probably 1/4 of a potato with a nice yogurt like topping and some fermented turmeric diced cauliflower. But that ONE, SMALL, latke $16??? Pretty awful. Do better. I'm so sad this is what's happening with this restaurant... please, at least give your customers a reasonably fair serving size if you're going to charge such exorbitant amounts. A new dish, a red pepper flatbread with burrata and tomato and basil. Very good. Again, extremely over priced. The size of one medium piece of naan bread with nice toppings and it cost $24. I beg to differ. These are all snacks and some are snacks for mouse sized humans, so tiny (referring to latke) I truly don't understand. I will reiterate, food quality is good and food always seems fresh. That's about all I can continue to confirm/say positive from my last two experiences over the last 3-5 months. I am sad.
