Being that this store is a dollar store I don't expect it to be perfect, I simply expect a variety of $1 items such as hair ties, clothes pins, greeting cards, art supplies, etc. There were two young employees working during my visit. As soon as I entered the store I asked the young man if I needed a key for the restroom. He told me that I didn't and kindly gave me directions for getting to the ladies room. You have to go through a small area of the back room to get to it but the restroom was cleaner than I expected it to be. A bit later I was looking around for something I thought they might have and decided to ask the young lady if she knew if the store had any. She thought for a moment and took me to the aisle she thought it should be in. Although it wasn't there I appreciate her taking the time to help me. I selected a few other items and went up to the register. It took a moment for the young man to get back to the register when I got there but I was run out and on my way. I don't see the point in spending more than I need to on items that are not meant for long term use or end up broken no matter how much I spend on them. I always use this store as my first stop when throwing a party or hosting a holiday as well. I'm very thankful to have this store in my area.

I was in the store about nine minutes before I had returned and she had a system that was able to help her locate my receipt. Most people would have told me to kick rocks or gave me such an attitude. I once again messaged her today to find out if my items have been donated, waiting to see if she responds. I won't be taking anymore of my stuff to this shop, it is too much work to try to get answers. I would rather put the work in myself and list my items and know what's selling and what's not.
