    I just noticed a ten dollar discrepancy as well as what I mentioned in this review

    Ok so I just left there an hour ago and I did, in fact , find some amazing deals. However, when I got to the register the cashier says to me that the red clearance tag marking my item down from $12.99 to $9.99 was in error and then she implied that I had put the red mark down sticker on the red pants to save a mere $3. I told her that that's not a mistake because there's another one exactly like it with the same sticker which would have made it $3 less. She sent some employee to find it and even though there were multiple with the same savings, she refused to mark it down to save me $3. Instead she removed both of the red mark down stickers from both items claiming it was a mistake. I told her-"it wasn't my mistake and I wanted that item at the price it was marked- the short Spanish speaking girl that acted as if she was the manager and simply didn't want to be proven wrong (which she absolutely was) for not honoring the price it was marked and then after she was presented with the others that had the same sticker , she continued to remove the red stickers instead of giving me the item at the $3 dollars off price. It was closing time and I didn't have the energy to make a big deal over a mere $3 but it festered in my mind and that's why I will be back probably returning all of the $126 worth of items that I bought just before closing time on the Fifth of Feb. You know who you are. I thought for sure I found the most penny pinching employee Burlington has ever hired. I'm positive it was you who went on the PA system asking loss prevention to check in the dept where I was. I may look like a thief to you young lady but I assure you, if I was going to steal something from Burlington it would certainly be more than $3. I didn't appreciate the implication that I was a crook when I spent over $120 of hard earned cash. I will not say your name because I don't want anything negative to come your way but if you could please remember when you have a paying customer wearing bedroom slippers to shop in - it doesn't mean I'm a thief, it' means I'm too tired and lazy to put on some shoes.

    Lots of Good things good stuff to buy a little quantity. Good quality close home goods etc. With the line is very long. They have only a few cashiers. Not enough to take care of all the people. Specially this location is very puppy laugh.

    This Burlington has a lot of cool and affordable things. The store was clean and easy to navigate through. My only problem was towards the end of my visit my experience at the checkout was not that great. The lady checking my items (Blanca) was slow and would talk to other workers which would slow her down even more.

    This is a great place to come by often. You will find new things showing up often It's a big store and you'll need to look through lots of things to find what you're looking for. The have lots of clothes and you'll also find bedding, kitchen and toys The parking lot is getting busier. The prices are fair.

    There's 2 cashiers at the most busiest time 543pm. There's more than 20 people waiting to check out. Horrible.

Didn't look good, so I'm just leaving now 2/23 to return. They only do an exchange or store credit. It hurts these Asian b*tches to give back $1.11 Keep in mind I had already exchanged that 1 shirt for 4 items and they still couldn't give me back the $1.11 This was the first and last time I shop with them. If you shop here make sure you're positive you're not going to want to exchange anything. They cry for $1 back.

But the last couple times coming I didn't find a lot. Maybe the styles are just not for me lol. But I did come in the other day to do some shopping therapy and see if they had anything new. I found a cute little pink dress instead of a little black dress, even though I would have preferred black dress since its my favorite color but the pink is another favorite of mine too. They only had a gray and pink one. It's just a simple little dress for summer but they do have a lot of items just nothing that fit right for me that day. But the employees are friendly. They have fitting rooms to try stuff on. I'm sort of picky when it comes to clothes so I'm sure other people would find something here even though I didn't. Its nice for basic everyday wear, but once in a while you can find some super cute clothes that isn't too expensive either. I recommend coming here, since forever 21 closed near me this is my go to place lol besides the mall. Thank you so much for fantastic service, I hope you bring more summer dresses and tops in cause I really do enjoying coming to this store its good priced for everyday clothes like tanks, shirts, shorts, dresses and skirts. Shortly after, she had to go on break so she swapped with a buyer (she was wearing glasses and a pony tail) half way through. She was weirdly abrasive, not friendly, threw my items on the counter with no regard, loud and just overall was not a good person to interact with. Maybe she was autistic and didn't know how to socialize? Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows. When I asked for the pen to write my store credit total on the card (normally they do this every time you cash out) she gave me, she practically threw it at me. So I threw it back at her after I was done with it. After the obvious uncomfortable interaction, she just walked off. Basic customer service was atrocious as soon as the buyer filled in.

    I am writing to formally express concerns regarding my experience while employed at Fashion Q…read more From the beginning of my employment, there were issues related to payroll and workplace practices. My first paycheck was provided two days late due to an oversight, as it was forgotten. Approximately one month later, all employees' paychecks were delayed by one day without any advance notice; staff were only informed on the day the checks were expected. Additionally, holiday hours were not distributed evenly among employees, which created confusion and concerns regarding fairness. While I understand and respect the company's policy regarding cell phone use on the sales floor, break policies were not consistently followed. During five-hour shifts, only one ten-minute break was provided, and the standard thirty-minute break was not offered. While it is possible that employees could request this break, doing so appeared to cause stress or discouragement, which made employees hesitant to speak up. In terms of management, most managers were generally kind; however, there were instances where communication felt rude or unprofessional. Furthermore, employees were strongly discouraged from speaking with coworkers during shifts. It was communicated, implicitly or explicitly, that doing so could result in reduced hours, including being scheduled for only one four-hour shift in a week as a form of punishment. To add, the environment looks very dirty. I am sharing these concerns to bring attention to workplace practices that affected morale, communication, and employee well-being. I believe to be the only employee who would speak up about these issues. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the work environment and ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees going forward. Thank you for your time and consideration.
