The store is always super clean and feels way more organized than most, which makes shopping actually enjoyable, and even when it looks busy the lines move really fast so you're not stuck waiting forever. One of my favorite parts is the back section where they always have a really good selection of artwork and home decor, I've found some really cute pieces that don't look cheap at all, and if you have a dog you'll love it because they consistently have a ton of dog toys and pet items compared to other locations. Overall this spot just feels more stocked, more put together, and way less stressful than your typical Ross, definitely my go to.

Went into this location today to complete an exchange. When we first arrived we said hi to the…read moreclerk, and asked her how her day was going? She responded with "I wish I could clock out" we proceeded to inform her we needed to do an exchange for a bigger size and she responded with "if you can find it" we proceeded to look for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we were having no luck finding something we liked and when I went back to the register, the original clerk stared at me , until another clerk asked me "if I was ok? When the original clerk said the best she could do was give me store credit, that's when we proceeded to look for something else. I couldn't believe the service received this visit as this was NOT what not the service I received on my first visit. The exchange/return policy is small at the register which I originally didn't notice. Horrible customer service! I will not be shopping at this location again. Don't waste your time in this specific location. I would have rated a zero but unfortunately I had to put one star rating.
