Stumbled across this location after a Yelp search on Saturday. I needed to go to Burlington but didn't feel like driving all the way to the Dolphin Mall location. Especially since I'd just been there the day before. I came here because I needed to find some school shoes for my son. I love Burlington's selection of shoes; both dress and play. This location is very organized compared to the Dolphin Mall location. The shelves were nicely organized and the shoe sizes were in the correct location. Thank goodness. I don't know if they have problems with theft or if they are just being prepared but they have a lost prevention employee at the front of the store monitoring screens and the such. It didn't bother me; just thought it was interesting. Their beauty and hair products were nicely organized as well. I purchased a few hair products that are usually a little more pricey at other stores. Overall it is a great location and has become my new favorite location. The fact that it is closer to my house than the Dolphin Mall location is an added bonus! read more

I understand it's Sunday and crowds are to be expected, which is even more of a reason for you as a store manager to properly staff the store in anticipation of large crowds. Approximately 5-6 cashiers were missing causing massive lines. Although I did manage to find what I was looking for at a reasonably good price, it makes you think twice about purchasing it if you expect to wait in line for almost an hour! Drove almost half an hour to come here because I thought that it would be better to shop here since they are open late. Asked someone on the floor if I could go into the fitting room but they had it blocked off. He told me sorry, we don't have staff to support (my staff is helping at register) so the fitting rooms are closed. It's 9:30pm and I would have left everything in my cart but it's too late to go somewhere else. I'll likely be bringing some things back but will have to make a LONG trip to return and of course the check out line that warps around a few times doesn't seem to move so it will take me until 11pm to leave here probably. What a mess! The cashiers are super chitchatty (when they're open) and for some reason the racks are all like super empty yet disorganized. Despite their super high-tech screen in the line that shows you the cashiers that are open, it does no good if they take ten minutes to ring you out. The shoe section is a disaster, the 6's were in the 8's and the 10's were dispersed around the empty and disorderly shelves. Half of their swimwear had snags on everything and let's not even mention the toddler section. I actually went out of my way to check out this new location because Burlington always surprises me with great travel purchases but I can securely state that this location lacks all the pros that visiting Burlington is all about. Sure, it's huge but what good is that when the place is a disaster. I will legitimately never recommend this location. read more

This used to be my go to store. The last few times I have gone the line has been ridiculous. Over 50 people. The reason is there are only a couple of cashiers. I was there tonight and there was over 50 people in the line and only 3 cashiers, by the time I checked out I had been in line for over 2 1/2 hours. This is unacceptable. They need to get more employees, pay them more, do whatever they need to do otherwise, people will not be coming to the store. Everyone in the line with complaining. read more

Has good selection but gets 1 star for customer service. This location is pretty big and has a decent selection of a little bit of everything. That being said the lines are enormous any day of the week. Be ready to wait upwards of 30 minutes to pay and if you want to return anything you are plum out of luck. The customer service department will send you to the regular line, because they are only servicing lay- away (aka the cashiers don't want to help you). After speaking to store manager this was easily reconciled and I was able to return my items without having to wait in the regular long customer service line. But it should'nt take speaking to a manager to get adequate service in store that upwards $100 is spent regularly. After taking the time to speak to the manager and sort out everything, i still was out faster than one of those who followed directions of the customer service counter. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. Very big, feels super clean and everything is put away nice and orderly. The only thing I noticed while there, is that they don't seem to be much staff on hand. I only saw 2 people, and one of them was constantly returning stuff from the trying room back to the shelves. To continue my experiences in this store. For second occasion they the ladies that works in there grab my car and start putting my stuff back. After I spent more than three hours in the store putting things in my car. In the process to get it back ther where stuff left behind that I couldn't purchase. The lady really rude to my reaction. The same happened to me at this same store not that long ago. At this store I lost a $500 earning, and no one even tried to help me to get it back. I bought a buffalo's jeans for my husband, the scanned the item twice, don't give me the receipt and even seeing the transaction through my debit card they don't give me my money back or canceled the amount. I am glad it's near my house. Although it is not as big as the one in Doral, so selection is limited. Right now its too new and the lines are ridiculous but they are staffed with plenty of cashiers. Its located in small plaza which competes with parking for Starbucks and Publix customers (not to mention the rest of the little stores there). So yes, parking is an issue. read more

They always have a long line here. A lot of people work nearby in Blue lagoon. It is impossible to come in on my lunch hour and pick something up quickly because of the LONG LINES. The lines are long because the employees manning the registers have no interest in moving things along--they don't care. Great deals though. Lol read more

The assistant manager of the 7th at store was very rude. Not only completely ignored me for five minutes when I walked in to the register just chatting and laughing with a coworker but then sent me to layaway department when I wanted to return to continue laughing and telling stories with her other coworkers at the registers. I love Burlington. That area needed a store where you can buy something for your house, and your family. They sell many designer clothes, shoes, etc... It has many things and is well organized. There are many cashiers and a long line can disappear within ten minutes. Everything is clean. The location is Air Park Plaza . There is a Starbucks Subway, Publix, etc... I have been to this burlington back in may 2016 when i was to miami. I loved the fact that i was able to get clothes for my daughters here whom were all under 2 at the time very cheap. Im going back to miami and i intend to be back. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because its time consuming to search through the tight racks plus i hate the long lines. I have spent over $300 at this location in the past few months. Always a long line in peak times, over an hour wait to checkout. The line wraps around the store with 5-6 cashiers checking out at an average of over 5 minutes per checkout. Today, I attempted to return 3 items with a receipt. The layaway line had 2 people waiting, so I attempted to see if the layaway cashier could perform a quick return. I would have made an exchange but wasn't willing to stand in line for over an hour in the poorly staffed regular line. I was told to head over to the checkout line to waste my day to return my items. NO WAY!!! I was out of there in a flash. This location has lost a customer for life. I am not the type that tries to cut in line, but this poor design will cost this location many customers. There HAS to be a dedicated returns cashier in peak times or anytime for that matter. I would have asked for a manager, but think that as bad as this place is managed, I would have just been more frustrated. I guess Goodwill will be where I send these tag on items...... read more
