The lack of experience and knowledge from the cashier led to a very disappointing encounter. An unfortunate experience…read more I try to avoid Walmart like the plague. I was hoping I could complete a quick trip to grab a few things I needed. Of course, I should have expected otherwise. If you are even able to navigate this crowded and unorganized store, you will likely be unable to retrieve what you need from the shelves. I came in to quickly grab a jug of carpet cleaner but found it to be behind a locked glass door. I pressed the button to call for assistance but nobody ever came. I pressed it multiple times within the span of 20 minutes while also peeking down the aisles to see if I could flag an employee down. Nobody came by to help with this five second task. I ended up leaving and walking around the store until I found two young employees walking together gossiping with one another in one of the aisles. The employee that came to unlock the case was friendly and quick but showed no care about the situation. It was frustrating that something so simple took so incredibly long, especially since the employees that had the keys to the case were lounging around doing nothing. If they actually monitored the button, they could've assisted me and I could've been out of there in less than 10 minutes. I hope I never have a need to come back to this Walmart!
