I called the UGG representative on the customer service phone number on my receipt and she stated I could exchange for a larger size, at the UGG store in Ontario, California. After driving for over an hour to get there, I waited for over 90 minutes only for them to tell me that they couldn't. The ladies said "No. I don't know why they told you that." It was a simple exchange that they refused to help me with. This was frustrating to say the least. I had my order number, receipt and the perfect shoes still in the box. Terrible customer service.

I also don't wear these in summer !! The reason you guys have such a short warranty and don't stand by your products is cause they're terrible. Everyone online talks about it. I will be letting people know how terrible your shoes and customer service is online. I'm very unhappy and you have no customer service. You also don't stand by your products. I have an old pair from 2003 and it's not perfect but not as ugly and deformed as this one. Do better you guys shoes are horrible and so is your customer service. We were greeted by the store manager, Mona, who seemed experienced and focused on keeping the store running efficiently. Sage, the employee stationed at the stuffing machine was clearly doing their best despite the long line and seemed overwhelmed. After stuffing my bear, Sage asked us if we could let Mona know they needed help sewing up the bear so Sage could continue helping the customers waiting in line. That seemed like a reasonable request. No line waiting for Mona up at the cashier register.. When we brought the bear to Mona with said request, she openly criticized Sage in front of my sister and I , displaying annoyance and aggressive attitude towards her employee Sage. Stating that they weren't doing their job efficiently, "you know, like a little kid" rolling her eyes as the words slipped out. perhaps implying immaturity or lack of experience.. My sister addressed her comment appropriately, " no, not really they are an adult.." making it clear Mona's behavior was distasteful and needed to be addressed differently. Regardless of Mona's intent or implication, it's never appropriate for a manager to speak about an employee that way in front of customers. Mona appeared more interested in discussing the situation with other employees than addressing her own concern directly with her employee Sage. After that, the customer service toward us noticeably declined. This interaction left a disappointing impression. I hope this location reevaluates how leadership handles employees during stressful situations, because professionalism starts with management; and We do sincerely hope re-evaluation begins with Mona, as unfortunately I noticed this isn't the only review mentioning her lack of professionalism and probably won't be her last if nothing changes.
