I have visited this establishment multiple times, and unfortunately, one issue continues to stand out. On several occasions, I have overheard managers speaking very disrespectfully to their employees, often in front of guests. It's uncomfortable to witness and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, and any coaching or feedback should be handled professionally and privately whenever possible. Watching managers belittle employees in front of customers reflects poorly on the business and makes the overall experience less enjoyable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and works toward creating a more positive and respectful work environment. read more

I came in yesterday looking for a last minute birthday dress, took my time browsing around once i found a dress i wanted to try on i asked for assistance with getting the dress down as it was on the upper rack. I saw there was one size large in my view so i proceeded to ask one of the girls (wish i got her name) she was short, supposedly "one of the managers" for help and her immediate response without even walking over ther was "sorry we only have smalls in that dress." This was so uncalled for especially being that i had literally seen a LARGE from where i was standing. This was embarrassing and rude being that it happened in front of other customers and my sister was right next to me (what if i didn't even need a large and it was for my sister). & i was like uhhhh i see a large right there and she was like ok go stand by it and i'll be right there so i go n she just gets the dress gives it to me & walked away it was hella awkward tho like no my bad , here u go , thank u, etc. I don't understand why she didn't go look first and then make a comment but saying that shit straight off the bat was lwky like fat shaming I've never felt publicly fat shamed lol so that was nice it really killed my mood and made me not want to buy the dress anymore. When i got up front i asked another associate for a manager to speak to and she pointed at the previous rude employee and said "she's one of them " no not her i proceeded to ask for another as i didn't want to escalate the situation just merely make a complaint. She calls over someone else and whispers something first. When Sam came over i explained what had happened and she then proceeded to defend her coworkers actions by stating they all know what sizes they carry in certain dresses!! Unbelievable i work in customer service myself and that's so unprofessional if anything just lie in my face and apologize and say you'll have a talk or let the manager know. I've been to this store a couple times and I've had good experiences in the past, but this time it's unacceptable. I went into this store and tried on an outfit. When I was putting my arm through the hole, I felt a sharp pain go down my hand. I looked down, and a big needle was sticking out that had cut my hand! When I went to check out, I mentioned it to the cashier and showed her my cut, but she simply said "I'm sorry, the back of it must be on the floor somewhere". Honestly I was taken aback, and at the time I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but I know if it happened to someone else they might have even sued. This isn't about getting a discount, this is about carelessness and disregard for safety. I got cut on my hand but what if it happens again and someone gets poked in their face? Now I might have a scar because of this. These employees need to be attentive and caring about these things because it's dangerous especially since young girls shop here too. read more

Yes, I agree that the customer service in this particular Windsor is unsatisfactory. Windsor is my favorite store and when I took guests to Omills to shop, Windsor is my go to store. This Windsor is very big in party section, sales, and their regular/ daily/ casual selection. Their accessories section is pretty extensive as well, and the sales items are in a pretty good condition (compare to other Windsor that some of their sales items have holes or ripped). I still buy couple of items here. But, somehow, I always have problem with the customer service. First, they don't smile. Second, when you asked something, they short answered reply sounded like they were annoyed of you asking question. For example, today, I asked if the stain in this regular price $39.99 dress will come off. Instead of offering to find another one/ helping me to get the stain of, like any other store would, the girl replied "oh its just a deodorant's stain" Okaaay, and when I went to the cashier, I asked if the coupon book that I purchased for $5 will work for one item or two or how does it work. And the register girl with no smile and looked very upset of me asking, she replied "only one" and i asked her opinion if i should use it for one scarf for my babysitter's christmas gift, or should I use it on a sweater dress for myself, knowing the coupon only works for one item. And she just stood there, kind of giving vibes "just hurry up i dont care" and took the scarf from the hangers and ready to take the security tag off. I then just got the sweater dress for myself. It happened that her name printed in the receipt, Megan. And my new sweater dress just shuffled inside the bag. She doesnt even bother to fold it or make it a little nicer. If it happened at Fashion District or Chinatown, I wouldn't mind this type of service thou' I took my sis in law whose visiting from Iowa, couple months ago, obviously she came to Omills to shop, and when we visited Windsor, the staff said "you have to put your shopping bags in the cash register" whaaaaaaattt and I replied that I am not new in the shopping business and it is the first time someone told us to put our shopping bag in the cash register and i found it very insulting. I went to the manager and stated the incident and whatever, she could care less. She said, "its our store policy" really? Where? Youre checking ID or background check too for people to shop here? Is it listed in the front of the store? In the back of the receipt? Or where? Its dissapointing for a customer service to be sucks when you're selling a more expensive clothing. Went to go buy a dress yesterday from 3pm-4pm 03/29/24 and the girl who was in the dressing room with piercings on her dimples was very rude and unwelcoming. As I was trying on my dresses she continuously gave me the dirtiest look. She was fixing the mannequin in the front and when I entered I politely asked her if the store had any bralettes to which she answered vaguely "they're over there in the lingerie section" so I walk over to the general area she pointed to and to my dismay could not locate the section conveniently. I came in looking for a few dresses I saw online, the girl was very helpful and looked for the dresses. Some dresses were not in the store. The costumer service I received was great unfortunately I don't remember her name. I checked my bank account and it was on 11/04/16 around noon time. Anyways I'm in between a 3 or 4 stars. The quality of the clothes is SO SO CHEAP but it looks nice for a one time use. If you see something online you should definitely go to the store because pic can be persuasive. For the blue dress I paid I think like 60-80 it was on sale I think I don't remember it was back on March. Well I used it one time and the dress didn't hold the bottom part for long. Not reusable after the first used. It did look amazing on (well it depends on your body type) The black dress is the one I purchased on 11/04. It was 43 dollars with tax included. Extremely cheap material, I had to used a body dress underneath so it wouldn't see through the dress. Overall they both look nice on for a one time use The store has a lot of cute stuff but very cheap quality it's about a 3.5 -4 star store. If the quality was better it would be a 5 star. I believe her name was Alexis or Alex (pls forgive me for not remembering). She brought me one dress after the other. And after finding the Dress I really wanted, it was a Lil too big. And just when I thought I'd have to go with another Dress..... She found the last small in the Dress I loved. And it fit perfectly. Horrible customer service. Came in with a receipt for a return and the cashier and manager major bad attitude. Said that I couldn't return my item because I didn't have the card. They offered me store credit which I don't want. I said I have the card on my Apple Pay or I can have my husband take a picture of my card send it to me. The blonde tall girl then told me with an attitude that I could come back another day and they could not help me without the card. Like what do they do if the card is lost or stolen or expired? If they don't like working in customer service please find another field that could fit you better. I came into the store pretty early today looking for a dress to wear to a wedding next weekend. The store had a few people but not busy. I was in the store for about 10 minutes looking around and pretty much in the same section as I want a particular style. Not one staff came over to me or even offered to assist me. But what really bothered me, was the staff in the whole leg brace who walked past me more than 5 times, would not make eye contact or even acknowledge that I was a customer in the store. Terrible customer service. Bought some items in Las Vegas store, asked where would be the closest store to me (ontario) in case it didn't fit my wife. I was told where to find the store but not that the items I was buying were final sale. The sale racks and signs didn't not make mention of that and the cashier didn't mention it before ringing me up. The Once i pointed that out, the Ontario store manager told me it was clearly mentioned on the receipt... on the receipt!.... once you've bought the items !!!! She wouldn't even give us store credit. Don't buy anything there if you don't try it on. Also because their sizing is all over the place some too small, some too large for the same size S, making it clear they have poor quality control (I have 20 years experience in apparel sourcing)... read more

My only hope with all the major big box stores going out of business these day's is that Windsor's is next on that list. So my wife and my daughter come in on a special "find the right homecoming dress mom and daughter night" and decided to come on in and see what kind of amazing dresses could be found. After being ignored by the staff and nobody asking if they needed any help my daughter found a dress she really liked. Since every employee here at the Ontario Mills location hates customers and hates the money that customers spend that keeps them employed doesn't want to help anyone, my wife finally was able to locate a charming young girl who would rather hide behind clothes racks and gossip with other employees and then make some kind of "why is this customer bothering me when I'm trying to post selfies on my snap?". So reluctantly this employee of the month helped get the dress down and popped attitude at my wife for even asking. The dress was amazing and fit my daughter so unfortunately my wife went to purchase the dress at the checkout. Now, anyone who knows anything knows that you put a formal dress in a dress bag because well..... ITS A DRESS ! Do what does this awesome Windsor employee do ? She shoves the dress in a small bag like she was making sausages. When my wife asked if she could please put the dress in a dress bag the cashier "who must have been last months employee of the month" gives my wife attitude saying "well I guess if that's what you want me to do let me go get you a dress bag". It was as if my wife had asked her to change the laws of physics. Look.... I get it not every customer is the nicest person in the world and I know it's homecoming season so mother's and daughters are flocking to the stores to spend money on dresses they will wear once then it ends up in a closet never to be seen again. But if your lucky enough to have a job at a retail store it might be a good idea to try to keep that job by trying to make it seem like you like your job. When your off work please feel free to post mean tweets or go home and kick your cat whatever you want to do. But don't ruin a special time for mother's and daughters to have together just because you hate life. OK, so I have a dilemma... when I was in the process of buying my dress on Black Friday, I was assisted really well by Jonathan (one of their retail associates) and I ended up buying a nice dress to wear to my company's formal. Now, we paid cash and when the cashier rang it up, she put a 'garment protector' over the dress so I didn't realize until I checked it the other day that the security tag was still there! :( I want to bring it to the store to get it removed by I don't want to deal with interrogations so I wanted to contact them first before coming in to make sure I don't have any issues, but nobody's answering the phone. I started looking around but wasn't sure what I wanted yet but then one of the employees started helping me and she actually picked out some really cute things. I went to try it on and was helped by another girl in the fitting room who was also very polite she took my items and gave me a room and it was nice and clean. I wanna give a big thank you to Juliann! I'm attending my Aunts Birthday that's Hollywood theme red carpet. Walked into the store and was greeted by all the girls. One girl did come up to me and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for a certain dress. I had only a picture and not the style number. I searched online until I got the style number and went to the registers to where I was greeted by Juliann. Juliann was very helpful and provided nothing, but excellent service. She searched different nearby stores to see if they carried the dress. Unfortunately the stores were to far for me. She did let me know they had the dress in a different color. She showed me the dress, tried it on, I was in love. I asked her opinion about the jewelry, if I should do a body jewelry or necklace. She showed me a beautiful choker necklace that looked like it belonged on the red carpet. Overall experience was excellent. I wouldn't give any stars but it's not an option. Yesterday after a long day at work I took my daughter shopping for a prom dress. This is the only dance she was interested in going to and it's her Senior Prom. She had been online shopping for the perfect dress before hand so we wouldn't be running around. With photo in hand we went into our local store (Westminster) which didn't have it but they checked to see if another one did, only the Ontario store. She said she didn't have the number and couldn't look it up because it was out of her district. I pulled up the number on my phone and called, I got a voicemail saying they were busy and to leave a message. I left 3 messages last night asking for a callback. It is now after 12 and still no call. The store is an hour away from me in GOOD traffic. This is the worst customer service. There should not be voicemail for a retail store. read more
