The store isn't that well organized and it's very messy! Came in to buy a jacket but it took so long to find one because of how disorganized this store is. They are well stocked and had great selections! The customer service was excellent 10/10! I was able to find 2 jackets that were priced very reasonably! Burlington can be a hit or miss, but it's worth it if you have the patience. The store has great deals and unique items, but long lines and noisy children can make shopping a nightmare. The checkout stands by the mall entrance/exit are always busy, so it's better to use the ones closer to the outside entrance/exit. My mom shops here and she's bought me really nice, brand name workout clothes that you don't see everyday. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for some bargain hunting, but be prepared to deal with some chaos. read more

Worst return/exchange policy! They allow you to return up to 30 days for your money back with the receipt. Then you get 45 days if your part of their loyalty program. However I paid $14.99 at Christmas and returned today for a measly $8.49 because that was the lowest price of the item feom Christmas to now. I had my recipt and it didn't matter. That is their policy, the girl pointed out its on your receipt. I am completely disappointed and don't plan to come back. There are plenty of other options to shop at. This is a ripoff! I visited the store to purchase some gifts for my girlfriend, as well as pants and shirts for myself. After spending about an hour in line, I finally reached the cashier and politely requested her assistance in unlocking a purse I intended to buy for my girlfriend. However, the cashier informed me, rather curtly, that she could not help me at the time and suggested I return around 5 PM when more staff would be available. I found her demeanor to be extremely rude, which was quite disheartening, especially since I was excited about buying the purse for my girlfriend. Disappointed but determined, I returned later that day with my girlfriend, only to find that the purse was no longer available. Before leaving the store during my initial visit, I encountered another issue with the cashier. When she scanned my items, she claimed that a pair of green pants I selected could not be sold because they lacked a price tag. I quickly fetched five more pairs of the same pants in different sizes, but she insisted they were not the same item. Eventually, after I expressed my frustration over her behavior, she reluctantly agreed to ring up the pants. After completing the transaction, she had the audacity to ask me to return the extra pairs of pants to the shelves. I firmly responded that it was not my responsibility, paid for my items, and left the store. she is the only cashier with short dreads and glasses/ older lady. read more

This wasn't here before. The store looked in a disarray from the holiday shoppers so the inventory was the best to chose from. I visited Burlington at Ontario Mills in Ontario on Sunday, 1/28/24, in the afternoon. The entire store was huge, spacious, and offered a variety of items. I was walking around mainly to find cute clothing. The selection offered did not impress me as I hoped it would be. I purchased only one nice top for $10 as well as a perfume bottle for $25. The price point of those items was great. The customer service was friendly and quick. This location gets a solid three stars. read more

The service here was terrible they had 3 checkers at the front for a line so long that it took an hour to be helped and pay for my 3 items. Also one of the male checkers prioritized sorting hangers over helping the customers in line.. no other help was called the whole time and I saw many employees walk by. The manager at this store needs to keep better watch on what the employees need to pay attention to first which are the customers. read more

This place is great for finding nice button up shirts that my son wanted for school. Awesome prices! We picked up a few shirts for about 12.99 each. The workers are pretty amazing! They always greet you and ask you if you need assistance with anything. The cashiers are always working their butts off. If they would just have more cashiers available that would be even better because the line does tend to get long. Tip: Store is located on the outskirts of the mall near movie theater so it's easier to go in and out. read more

I was also informed that I was being charged 2.90 every month for them to mail it to me . How cheap can you get. This store is always a mess and everything is on the floor. I even heard one tell the other why she wasn't picking up a certain section and they said because the customers are just going to drop it again anyway. Also their return policy is the worst I have ever experienced. They follow their return policy when they want to give you some low price even if you have your receipt but they don't follow the other parts of their policy stating they will do some returns without a receipt with an ID. The manager accused me of using the items just because I didn't have my receipt and they couldn't find it in their system. read more

It's gotten so bad here. I used to love it, and come all the time. Selection of items has gone downhill. I usually come after work in the morning as I'm a RN who works night shift. I Love Hello Kitty and Sanrio. I used to find the cutest things here. Not anymore. I've seen the Same employee Twice only bring out a select few items such as mugs, tumblers, etc (No hello kitty or Sanrio though). Yet I saw her purchasing a big hello Kitty tumbler about 20 minutes after stocking. That tumbler never hit the floor though. Happened again with a blanket I'd been looking for, for So long. That's Not right. I used to work retail at Macy's, FinishLine, & Journeys. We were never allowed to do this. The store is large, very spacious but the clothing selections are mediocre. There are no brands like 'Patrick' silks, 'ABS' or nice collection of coordinates for the business woman . Shoes are same as ROSS or Marshall and they are lacking in leather coat selections. They need a new buyer who is in tuned with a woman wants to be polished and professional looking. It reminds me of a rummage store. Now they have a new check out policy, the back cashiers are only open on the weekend so there is a very long line to check out during the week. I was told this new configuration is to ward off mobs of thieves. I guess that's why they have no leather name brand purses, accessories. I got anxiety from the long twisting line, lack of selection, no continuity. I would only come back to buy a gift for a baby or small child as they seem to have coordinates.They use to have a tailor on site, no more, sadly. Home goods has poor selection too. read more

Not a huge fan of the women's clothing, though I have found a few things. The homegoods section is great, you really cannot beat the prices here. Lines aren't too bad either, worth stopping in, the selection is endless and the store huge and well stocked in all departments. read more

Burlington, is it your practice to tell a customer at 11:45pm he/she needs to leave the store when the store closes at 12:00am? If not, that's certainly what happened to my husband. He ran in the store about 11:40pm to try and find a quick shirt for tomorrow morning. He was met at 11:45pm by an employee who said he needed to leave as the store was closing. When my husband challenged the employee saying the store closes at 12:00am, he was told the employees have to clear the floor the store was closing. I understand employees are ready to get home after perhaps a long day, however, there has to be a better way. read more

People bring hoards of misbehaved children here for the sole purpose of letting them use the place as an indoor playground. Lots of screaming. Lots of yelling. Lots of running into things. Parent encouraging this behavior by actually chasing their kids around the store and screaming and yelling like they are kids too. The line was super long and not moving. I got tired of the trashy behavior of the customers and the screaming of their children while I was waiting. I put my purchase on a nearby shelf and walked out without buying what I had picked out.
