Where do I begin , normally I'm a patient person and understanding when it comes to long wait times but todays visit was nothing to just sweep under the rug . I bought a couple shirts here because they were nice and cheap, the first time shopping there was a good experience, quick and easy! Every time I have gone back has just been annoying. Lines are 20+ people long with only 2 cashiers while there are other staff members just doing their own thing, why not train them to do the cash register so they can provide good customer service because right now, their customer service sucks! The selection at this store is junk ! I decided to give it another try after 3 unhappy visits. This was my 4th attempt and again poor selection of merchandise. The racks of clothing are always well stocked with horrible clothing . The purse,jewelry, and home department are more than half empty the 4 times I've been in. Never shopping here again. The fitting room attendant had to ask her manager if I could try on some bras? I have never been to a store that doesnt let you try on bras. The line to pay was a 45 minute wait with one cashier, poor guy. I asked the manager if they were going to open up another line and he said no. The entire store was messy and disorganized. Too bad I cannot give this place 0 stars. I stood in line for about a half hour. The line was ridiculously long. The manager (older woman with glasses) could not care less and she was standing, sorting through the bin of go back items, then went to counting money while another worker was hanging up clothes on the hangers. I got up to the register and the cashier , Jocelyn (she had black hair with short bangs), asked if I found everything ok in a tone of voice like she did not even want to be there. I said, "no, I was in line for a long time." She responded with an attitude "well you know Ross is a few stores down if you don't like it here." Yeah, Jocelyn, I know where Ross is, thanks! She even threw the receipt. She refused to give her name, but that's okay, it was on the receipt. Instead of saying, "yes, I apologize for the wait. Thank you for your patience. We are short staffed at the moment, " she went and gave me a big attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Maybe if she doesn't like working here, she should go and work for Ross. It's only a few stores down. Oh, and I did go to Ross afterwards. Yes, the lines were long, too, but the cashier was pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and thanked me for my patience. read more

I've been here several times since the grand opening and have not really found anything yet. This location is new but doesn't seem to be stocked as well as other locations. There are several areas where the shelves are pretty bare and not a good selection in the housewares section. Sure, they greet you and say hello as soon as you walk in, but that's the farthest that their kindness extends to, if you're expecting anything more than that don't bother coming here. The staff (The Loss Prevention women... yes plural) said in a round about way said that the restrooms are closed because "There's nobody available to open them" when asked "Then what you're saying is that they're closed?" The answer was "Yes." My grandma who is disabled was the one who needed to use the restroom and even asked them herself and was still denied. We took our business elsewhere and spent our money at Burlington instead. read more

New location, has moderate selection of items. Have been unimpressed so far with what is offered. Primary reason for low rating is that every time I've been into this location there is a very long,slow moving line. I have yet to see more than two registers open at a time. I just left the location after waiting 25+ minutes in line to do a return. There were 6 customers ahead of me and two registers operating. By the time it was my turn a line had grown behind that stretched past the checkout line area well into clothing racks. Service was fine once I was being helped. read more

My wife and daughter came home embarrassed this evening, after trying to return an item they literally purchased 30 minutes before. In short, my daughter purchased a bathing suit but was unable to try it on there. They purchased the item, went to another store where she tried it on, and realized didn't fit. My wife was charged $32 for the bathing suit and they (your store) only wanted to refund $5.00, due to the bathing suit being mixed and matched. That's the way she was rung up and charged ($32). To make a long story short, the manager was called- they went to the back (probably to review the cameras) came back and refunded her. Yet, the accusatory actions were not customer service friendly and made them feel criminal. I personally don't shop there, and neither will they, as of today. I know nothing will come of this, but at least you as a corporation can do something to hold that store accountable. Last Saturday I went to the store to see if they have some shoes for my kid. There were some good selection the. I went to the men section to see if they have some pants they were a few selections then I head off to the check out line. The line was In the home department were the art wall it was moving so that was a plus but when i arrive to the line were there are food and stuff I seen only 3 cashiers and Peter the manger on duty was doing the register one by one the cashier were doing there go back and hangers and not jumping in to a different register to help the line go down. Plus they were talking and just looking at the line and not doing anything to help out. They never turn on the light of the register it seem they did not what to work there was no css in the front helping Two New cashier they had to ask there Fellow coworkers for help I did not might that they are asking for help but I do mine that there should be a css on the weekends or a manager on the floor at all time making sure all departments are nice and clean and recovered. I was walking and shopping in housewares when an employee literally stood in front of me and stopped me in my tracks so I went around her. As I walked further into the aisle she did it again, I walked around her and when she left the Isle I started to let my daughter know my frustrations. And then out of nowhere Keisha the employee came back into the aisle and started aggressively asking me if I was talking about her at this point I asked her if she worked here and she repeatedly told me five times " why you got something to say to me" all I kept asking her as if she worked here. I realized after a repetitive comments I needed a manager and I demanded her manager. At this point I'm explaining to the manager what it happened and the manager ask Keisha the employee to walk away and leave but Keisha decided to get in my face about 8 in and aggressively let me know that she was not about to walk away because this was her area that she is supposed to work. At this point she is yelling at me, it looks like she's about to hit me and my daughter and I both asked her to walk away and get out of my face. She did not! This is not appropriate behavior for somebody that works and customer service. I did let her know that she was being ghetto and she apparently took it as I was racist. That was definitely not the case, she was being combative aggressive and completely out of line and most likely I'll never shop here again because nobody wants to get verbally abused by employees when you're trying to spend your hard-earned money, places like this don't deserve your money. read more
