Stopped into Walmart to grab some Melatonin for my little one to catch some zzzzzz.... This is a huge Walmart with a huge parking lot. However, there's never any close parking on the right side of the store. You have better luck entering on the left/grocery side of the store. If you're running in to grab something quickly this may not be the right store. Everything in this store is locked up. It feels like half the store is locked up! It's really sad because it's such an inconvenience to customers but I also don't blame them because of the theft. The service here is 50/50. Sometimes you encounter a really nice employee and other times they couldn't care less if you existed. They encounter you and don't even say hi. Don't get me wrong, I am a Walmart customer but I try to avoid the store when I can. I prefer delivery and it's free with a $35 purchase and Walmart+. Just be mindful when ordering produce because I often ask if they'd pick the items looking like that if it was for them. I doubt it! read more

Went to walmart on Riverside ave, Rialto on 7-27-26 monday afternoon to get my few groceries i usually get. I always calculate in my head about what im spending i always round up well time to pay i asked whats the damage the cashier said $404 I was like um I dont think so you need to try again she laughed im like no im serious theres no way what I got is $ 404 she said well you had a couple of high priced items I was like um I dont think so if you have to rescan everything then so be it. So she said I purchased several items that were over 100 I said I did not purchase any of those. So she took a knife that I didnt purchased no where in cart then dropped to 269 i said um you need to keep going still items so after she removed items that i did not purchased not in my cart so explain to me how can it be changed for something not in my cart. So my bill went from $404 to $169 so people please pay attention. Walmart do better. Dont know what kind of scam your company trying to pull. read more

I think shopping at Walmart is a give, and take. The give is service, the take is the low prices. Walmart+'is an excellent deal. Spend just $35 and they will deliver same day. Walmart+ offers many good deals. What I like about Walmart is low prices, selection, and clean stores. As far as dislike, they should do a better job of keeping restrooms cleaner. Today, I received excellent customer service from Reggie and store lead Sherree. I was in need of chlorine for My pool and came in to purchase the double pack of chlorine. I saw that the bottles had been removed from the boxed packaging and sold individually. the last few bottles were not reachable but these employees went above and beyond in making sure I left with my bottles. I am pleased with there efforts but disappointed in the store for the excessive price. read more

This review is specifically for the bakery department. I am so glad that I ordered my son's birthday cake here!!! It was perfect and just what he wanted. It was also very tasty and not dry at all. Shout out to this Walmart... it's a super Walmart like many others but I still feel like this is the biggest I've ever been too. and the best part is they actually have a lot of registers opened so checking out isn't that bad. Most Walmarts have 3-4 of the 20 something registers opened and these long ass lines of people waiting but this Walmart had enough cashiers that a couple of my visits I didn't even have to wait in line and it was mid day during busy hours. Plus so far all the employees are pretty nice there. **sidenote: they do have a lot of their items locked up especially the make up section but it's not the employees fault so stop bitching at them for it. Yall have been to enough Walmarts enough times to know that's just how it is now sometimes so get over it. read more

There are so many staff members walking around the store aimlessly but they all happen to be "busy" when we need assistance. Seriously, ya'll need to do the simple job you've been given and in a timely manner. It should not take talking to more than one person to get assistance let alone talking to more than 4 people. I'm lost for words . When this location opened in 2017 I was excited because it was a supercenter. But our first visit then was an awful experience. There were leaks on the roof and buckets were everywhere around the store to catch the water. There are nights that pallets of merchandise are blocking shopping aisles. We still come to shop and support our local store. Tonight my hubby was going to buy Orajel for toothache. That was a breeze. I had to use the restroom quick that in my dismay it was so filthy. Their last cleanup was at 4:30 pm and it was about 9:30 pm which is almost closing time. Each stall had seat covers and toilet papers everywhere on the floor. read more

Oh Walmart... the only store that screws us over and over again and we continue to shop here. I had a good run with curbside pickup. Loved it for a while, minimal employee contact, didn't have to wait for anyone to unlock anything, did I mention minimal employee contact. But it has gone from bad to worse. I had an employee steal my makeup order, spill bleach in my trunk, bag bloody meat with fruit, smashed my eggs or damaged other items, received wrong items, given expired items, have a 2+ hour delay etc etc etc... It used to be easy to request a return/refund from the app. as it should be since the issue is 99% of the time caused by their employees. Now they make you jump through hoops to return something that was damaged by their careless staff. I really need to find a new grocery store. read more

It was a raining day and I had an appointment for my oil change. Stood in line for about 15 min with 3 cars in front of me. The lady came over and asked what I needed. I told her I have an appointment for an oil change (which I arrived 20 min early because maybe they could check me in earlier) and she was like I was in the wrong line. She asked if I saw a sign and I'm like you got no signs other than the cars in front of me. Apparently their sign for appointments was facing the wrong side and it was all the way in the front like as if I could by pass the other cars to see it‍ anyways she made me move over and I had to get out of my car while it's raining to move the cones myself for there were cars behind me- she didn't even help move. And than which got me mad more is that she made me roll my window down again and ask for my name and than she's like, well your appointment is not till 1:30 so I'll be back to check you in. Lady, it's freaken raining and cold, it's 10 min before 1:30 why not just check me in and let me wait inside. What's wrong with that‍ your not even doing anything with the 3 cars that is in front of me which I'm assuming no appointments and I have to wait another 10 min to get checked in WTH!!! Ridiculous!! Last time here, if I really didn't need to have my oil change now I would've just drive off. Okay this review goes to the Walmart Auto Center team! Today I went in for my appointment to change all four tires. I got there @350pm. They didn't take my car in till maybe 4:40pm for my 4 o clock appt. I added on an oil change. It was hot outside 100 possibly. The guys were super attentive. Yes there was a long wait but that was expected. They made sure to keep me updated. All the guys were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back. read more

I'm disappointed in the daily judgments of what are service dogs. Service dogs that I've observed don't ride in grocery carts, aren't carried in the owner's arms, and aren't permitted to do as they please. We use the carts to put our food in it! JUST GROSS! Customer service at is worst. I hate calling to complain but I did. The cashier # 7971 was miserable and made no attempt to be humble or nice in any way. Seems she got upset that I didn't want to purchase bags for my items. Perhaps she didn't hear when I said no thank you, but thank you for offering. When she raised her voice at me to ask again, with a stern look in her face, that's when I knew she was having a bad day of just hated her job. I answered her again, thanking her for asking but I didn't need bags. She didn't even bother to advise of my total. I just swiped my card, she handed me my receipt, no thank you, no nothing. I should have gone to self check out but I had over 15 items. They definitely need customer service classes.
