Everything is basically Boston-based so if you are a local or if you're visiting from just 100 miles outside of Boston none of these gifts would really be attractive to purchase as they are every day items for us. This store is fantastic if you are from out of state or international. At present time the parking in the garage is still free if you'd like to visit the gift shop. They get a few of these and a few of those and a couple of this and a couple of that. Everything in the store is higher end products as you would expect from a fancy resort. The shoes and clothing that they have here are something that you would see on Rodeo Drive or a fancy store in Vegas. Everything is high end. And yes, the prices are very high also. But I believe it's a decent price for what you're getting. The best thing is you can use your comp points from the casino in this store. So basically it's free if you're gambling and you play a bit. I've gotten a lot of items, a few gifts for family members and a couple pieces of clothing. And believe it or not I scored a few nice pairs of sneakers here. Usually they stock sizes 6,7,8. I'm a 12 so I don't find many that often. But I have been lucky on a few occasions. The staff is always extremely professional and very, very nice. They will help you find different sizes help you purchase a gift they do have to help you for the jewelry and the sunglasses as they are locked up. Encore and your gambling and you actually earn a bunch of points. Definitely check this place out. You'll go home with a nice gift.

He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online.

I was surprised to see but they sell cigars and cigarettes as well as cold drinks. You may use your comp points and comp dollars in the store. If you're here only once or twice a year make sure you stop in and use all your comp points prior to leaving the resort your points are only good for six months so use them up before you leave. Your Boston points are not good in Vegas. I want my cousin he left $50 on the table he could've went in and bought a sweatshirt or a bunch of candy and a bunch of cold drinks so make sure you utilize it before you leave the resort. As of right now parking is still free but I have noticed they put in a few gates so I believe they're ramping up to start charging again.

I recently went to target to just look around, and I was extremely shocked on how dirty and…read moredisgusting the store was. I was trying to get some thing that was in one of the locked displays and could not find an employee at all whatsoever so I just did not get that item. I then found a tea kettle in the magnolia section where the price tag on the display was $14. I went to one of their scan price checkers and it was out of order along with two others that were not working so I decided to just get the tea kettle upon ringing it up. It was not $14 but $26. I had mentioned it to the cashier, but there was a line so I just proceeded to buy it and then I found a manager. She was extremely bothered at the fact that I brought this to her attention. She then went over to where the tea kettles were which there were at least six of them at the spot that said $14 and told me that it was incorrect, gave me a dirty look and proceeded to walk away. They should have honored the price, considering the employees did not label the pricing right or did not put them in the right spot but instead of doing that she had a nasty attitude. So not only could I not find employees on the floor scan the item to check the price then have to pay the full price even though the target employees miss labeled it and by a company policy they're supposed to honor it if they have multiple items in that labeled area and then to deal with a rude and condescending, so-called manager is very offputting. Target needs to do better with training their management team and their staff or lack their of staff. I did not get the manager's name, even though I tried asking her which again she just gave me a dirty look and walked away. (she was of Asian descent.) I most likely will not be going back to this target unless I'm going to Starbucks because they are the only people in there that are kind, do their job correctly, and are extremely considerate. They also keep the area, extremely clean and sanitary.
