Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

I guess management is tell me and others " You can hope." Well the managment and staff members we saw at the checkout line were great. They gave off a good positive attitude and vibes. The was nicely stocked, but noticed the flooring was breaking apart an various places. Particularly by the bathrooms. The men's bathroom was just as disturbing as the last time I saw it. Employees who have to use the bathroom when nature calls are in for a rude awaking. Standing in a puddle or dried piss on the floor doesn't make me feel any better. Especially knowing your shoes can track this stuff all over your house...if you live in a household that wears shoes in the house/apartment. Last time I don't believe I took photos of the men's bathroom. This time I did. Please get this fixed, because someone could end up slipping on the broken tiles or get some kind of sickness using those bathrooms. The only reason I haven't given this review a 1 star is because the manager and staff members we met had great personalities.

I returned a pair of shoes that I had not used, yet the assistant manager, Oprah, treated me with complete disrespect and accused me of wearing them. I politely asked her to walk with me to the shoe department to compare the condition of the returned shoes to others on the shelf -- many of which were slightly dirty underneath just like the pair I returned. She flat-out refused. Not because she was too busy, but because she knew I was right and still wanted to be rude about it. She yelled at me in front of other customers, saying the only option I had was store credit -- even though I had the receipt and paid with my debit card. I have never used those shoes, and I was being honest. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, she was confrontational and disrespectful. I've shopped at Ross for years, but this was enough to make me never return to this location again. If this is how they treat honest customers, I can't imagine how they treat actual issues. Completely unacceptable.

I visited this location on May 13, 2026, for an oil change service on my 2013 Toyota Highlander. Shortly after the service, the vehicle developed a severe oil leak and low oil pressure warning and was later deemed unsafe to drive by an independent mechanic. The mechanic documented heavy oil leakage around the oil filter housing shortly after the Walmart service and warned of possible engine damage due to oil loss. The entire experience from the beginning reflected negligence and reckless behavior. The front customer service employee appeared more focused on texting on his phone than properly assisting customers or carefully reviewing service orders. Staff behavior throughout the process was rude, careless, and unprofessional at multiple levels. After the issue occurred, repeated calls to the Auto Care Center went unanswered, management was difficult to reach, and customer service provided little clear guidance. I ultimately had to travel a long distance in person just to force the issue to be documented and formally entered into the claims system. The vehicle is now sitting unusable at a mechanic facility while I wait for Walmart's claims team to respond, with no clear timeline or guidance provided. The entire process has caused major stress, transportation hardship, financial uncertainty, and loss of time. Completely unacceptable experience from a company of this size.

But when I pulled in here, I wasn't mad. Visiting a mall early in the morning is weird. It is mostly deserted. No stores open. Almost completely void of people except those in here doing their jobs. Kind of gives you the 'Dawn of the Dead' vibe, like you are one of the only survivors left in the world. Odd to say, but almost peaceful. This mall seems to be doing fairly well. I did not see many vacancies. Which is great, and almost always the case in this area. This mall feels vast. The layout feels like you need to know exactly what you are getting in here, or set aside time to allow you to freely wander in here. My stop, to use the facilities, took a bit longer than I expected. I have never been here before, and this was not a good thing. I ended up parking in what I thought was the middle of the mall, however, not knowing where the restrooms were, I ended up walking for a while. What was interesting was when I did finally find the restrooms, if I would have used one of the other entrances nearby, it would have been a much quicker stop. But I wouldn't have had the zombie vibe.

No tourniquet will save this. Their sections on everything from colognes, clothes, to shoes was laughable. There's no malice, but I just can't recommend this store, or any of their other locations. Sad to watch an old American department store disintegrate in real time.
