Not bad! Lots of stuff. Despite supposed to open in a few days. This was kind of a "soft Grand Opening " but they were ready. Staff was really friendly and I noticed several who were going through the store and looking at items so they would be able to answer questions and help customers. Impressed.

Tons of things waiting to get rung up

I had been waiting in line for close to 30 minutes already. I was next in a line to check when a manger by the name of Alejandro, man with long hair shuts down the Register I was going to pay at. I told him that id been in line for a long time and just wanted to check out my 4 items and leave. He rudely said to wait for the other attendant because he had to close the store. It want even 10.30 pm yet. The other people I had to wait behind once again had tons of things to check out. 3 carts full to be exact. It's very rude and inconsiderate to make a customer wait longer than necessary because he supposedly wanted to close early. My time is valuable to me and having me wait additional time for a different register is absurd. Needles to say I won't be shopping here anymore. Incompetent managers who only care about getting off work early and no customer service

Bathroom STINKS has SEWER GAS! AWFUL!! Needs to have service. The shopping is ok, unorganized TJMAXX type. Not great, weird vibes there.

DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE!!! Love the staff along with the high quality clothing and name brands…read moresuch as Ralph Lauren, Neiman Marcus, Peter Millar, Patagonia, and Lululemon...and muchhhhh moreee. I just bought three pieces of clothing that retail for 200.00+ for LESS THAN 40 DOLLARS. Definitely worth the hour drive from where I live. Thank you guys!!

Second Looks is clearly his baby: he's not just an attentive consultant, responding to your preferences on house, material, and tailoring (thankfully, he is not hesitant to offer his excellent suggestions on fit and styling), he's also a gentleman and a scholar, eager to share his considerable knowledge about the history of menswear, soul music, and rodeo, having been a cowboy himself before working in radio and taking over Second Looks. Michael's selection is fantastic. he showed me suits and separates from Brooks Brothers Golden Fleece, Drake's, Canali, and local Austin bespoke tailors Capra and Cavelli. He's got Allen Edmonds shoes and a great collection of belts, which seem to go very quickly. I didn't peruse his selection of casualwear, but it seemed just as well-curated and complete as his formal sections. I walked out with a Golden Fleece jacket and alligator belt having spent about $115--he gave me the educator discount. I couldn't have asked for better value. Having lived in Boston, Cleveland, Charleston, SC, Eugene, OR, Granada, Spain, and Norwich, England, I've never been so impressed by a menswear shop, let alone a secondhand store, or by its owner. TL;DR: Go see Michael. He's got the goods.

I thought I'd try Gomez Western Wear to give a new business a try. The selection inside Gomez was nice and service was friendly. I also saw a group of kids buying shirts for a quincenera. Then, I found a common black button up shirt my dad had liked via our FaceTime conversation (he lives in a different state). I thought I'd get him a new black shirt for Father's Day and because he only dresses up on special occasions (therefore has a limited selection). I ended up sending him the shirt via USPS in a big package around July because I sent it along with some other goodies for 4th of July. Fast forward to August 3rd he wore it to a dress up wedding. At the wedding the buttons started to pop off. That is so embarrassing for not only my dad but also me. I cannot believe something like that happened. My dad is a timid person typically this made it worse. He left the event due to the shirt falling apart and being utterly embarrassed. I've looked the website and understand the unfortunate return policy. Now I know where not to shop. I just hope you all start selling better quality products or offer better return policies in the future because of that I will now be taking my business elsewhere.
