Katrina got us in at our 10am appointment and we were invited to have a seat and watch tv/make a coffee Upstairs waiting room. My God, what a nice waiting area.....super clean , stylish and just an enjoyable place to hang out for 30 minutes or longer. The bathroom was immaculate, you could eat lunch off the toilet lid if you so desired. Katrina, her nice doggy and her polite-friendly & professional crew are a nice bunch. The inside shop floor and work area is nice, bright, clean and organized. I've got maybe 30-40++ places in East Van where i live to go change/fix my tires (including mechanic shops). I chose to drive here to south burnaby 4 times now . A 19 minute drive. Nothingggggggg nearby within walking distance, boring semi industrial zone with nothing to do or see except a nearby park about 3 minutes in good weather. But i keep going back to Rudys because great service, friendly staff , good prices, friendly pooch. And of course, THe Rudy Tire Lounge & Coffee Bar upstairs that kinda makes you happy to wait and get your car serviced. ;)
