So he politely asked me to move to a certain spot and then directed me to go into the office to see if one of the girls could fit me in that day or I would have to schedule in the future. As we were walking in, he held the door open for me and I saw a car on a lot, and I asked him about it and the. the woman Marie started screaming and swearing like a maniac to close the lobby door and the brother-in-law said to her I'm holding the door for a customer who needs to talk to you. When I left, I was kind of shaken up by the overall experience and Eddie ( gas guy ) asked me if everything worked out. I explained to to him that I scheduled for an appointment in a week because I'm not sure if I'm gonna bring it in or not because I was so offended by Marie's attitude. Eddie then went in the booth and got a business card for his brother-in-law and told me call Anthony-- especially about the car. He's the only one that does them and he's so fair to and good about it that the guys that worked for me at budweiser that I sent him to buy cars, I would always tell them ask her Anthony and not my other brother-in-law John! I brought my truck in on Monday morning at 8 am as agreed. No parts as of Wednesday. He had torn the motor apart and told me his supplier refused his credit card and did not send him the parts. He then made excuses for his lack of follow-up for not having the parts. When I questioned him on Wednesday why the delay, he told me I was "pressuring him". I told him to put the motor back together and not to do any more work on it after seeing how he did business. He got angry and claimed he would never work on another 2020. He told me they "had made changes" on the 6.2 motor. I would assume a guy who owns an auto repair business would be aware of any changes on vehicles three years old, but not Kenny. At no time was he apologetic about the delay and his lack of follow up to get the parts. He had assured me on Friday the parts would be there on Monday and that the job would be finished within three days. I picked up my Sierra Denali on Thursday afternoon just before he closed his shop. I was charged for tearing my engine apart and putting it back together again with no new parts for improvement like we had originally agreed upon. I would have been much better off taking my truck to the dealership in Oxford. Live and learn.

I have to say, I never met anyone else besides these two guys that could compare to my now late uncle as far as their workmanship. They tell you what your vehicle's diagnosis is, and what you need done. Period. No pushy add-ons that you don't need, no inflated repair bills because of this or that. After the work is all done they call you up and tell you over the phone exactly how much it's going to cost right down to the penny. If there's another issue concerning your vehicle they might find, they'll let you know and what your options are, there's no pressuring you like some other chain repair establishments I won't get into. I couldn't believe how fast they got around to fixing my vehicle, and how decent a price for parts and labor they charged me. These guys will treat you right, they don't talk down to you, and they won't give you the runaround. When you find a great mechanic as they say, stick with them.
