We picked up the Texas Trinity w/Ribs, sausage & pork belly burnt ends with 2 sides. Every thing was delicious but the ribs were the star of the plate. I thought about it and said their BBQ is pretty good and their baked potato is fantastic, so why not try the double barrel, loaded baked potato with brisket and a side of Texas toast? We asked to speak to a manager, and unsurprisingly, the manager never came over. With how poorly the kitchen and wait staff appear to be to run, absolutely not surprised that the manager never came over. On top of the service, the place is incredibly hot, flies are rampant and the food is not worth the wait. Way too many places to pick from to put up with such horrible service and lack of care from the staff/management.
