Far and away, I knew immediately that Socorro was the most honest, knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I talked to. His estimate was in the middle--not the cheapest not the most expensive so it seemed fair and complete. He and the crew came every day from about 7:30-4:00 as long as it wasn't raining. They did a fantastic job. My yard looks better than I could have ever imagined. They were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, always checking to see if I had questions, etc. He's followed up to see how everything is going, if I have any questions, and offered to come back out and check on everything and do a bit of weeding. I just got off the phone with an employee at their home office about damage one of their employees did to our property, her name is Connie, and she refused to let me speak with anyone in charge and hung up on me. Any mention of the poor work they have done, or the work they have NOT done, or them damaging your property they accuse YOU of being abusive. This is another corrupt company milking hundreds of thousands of dollars from home owners associations for substandard work, likely through bribery and back room deals. Just like the head of our homeowners association has her husband's company get every contract for construction work and pays them 300% higher rates than anyone else would charge. These people are all THIEVES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company's standard practice is to hack all the landscaping down the the dirt, so they have more time for it to grow back into a jungle. They strategically plant shrubs and bushes that look awful, and do not require much, if any maintenance. Despite the recent $298,000,000 verdict, awarded to a groundskeeper, who was diagnosed with TERMINAL CANCER (non-Hodgkin's lymphoma), they spray weed killer, as common practice. There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!
