There are few things in this world I love as much as pizza. I've traveled the world seeking out the best--from pizza tours in NYC and New Haven to Chicago Tavern style and the birthplace of pizza in Italy. I love every style and variant. That said, true New York style is notoriously hard to replicate outside of NYC. I've been to so many out-of-state spots where the owners swear they're from NY, but the pie just doesn't hit right. Few places outside of the five boroughs are on par with NY... but Burnt Pizza is the real deal. We ordered a Margherita round pie and a Grandma pie (half cheese and basil, half pepperoni). The entire meal, I just kept repeating out loud, "Dude, this is crazy good." The crust had zero flop with a perfectly crispy undercarriage, and the edge slices on the Grandma pie were incredibly crunchy. There was a perfect amount of cheese, and you can literally taste the quality of the ingredients--the flavor profile actually has layers to it. Listen to me: I've been to the absolute best of the best. Lucali, L'Industrie, John's of Bleecker, Di Fara... I've tried them all. This little shop in Naples, FL absolutely holds its own. read more

Probably my 5th time here. Garlic knots 4 out of 5- delish delight EVERY pizza I've ordered has been phenomenal. While waiting for my to-go, I usually grab a slice of their white pie. This time I'm leaving with an 18" (XL) White Pie which comes with mozzarella, ricotta, and garlic. It's just that good!!! Casual pizza joint with not only delicious pizza but had surprisingly great salads. We ordered 2 types of salad - Caprese and House (both with and without chicken). We also ordered 4 types of pizza with varying crust types. The favorite was the Sweet and Spicy (pepperoni and hot honey), regular crust. We also ordered sausage pizza grandma square crust, BBQ chicken regular crust, and margarita pizza grandma crust. I wasn't a fan of the grandma crust (thicker square cut) but our friends love them. We didn't try any of the pastas, but we will next time. It's a fairly small family owned establishment that has seating inside and outside. The staff was very welcoming and tolerant of how loud our group of 13 people. Great place for a family outing with great food and comfortable atmosphere. read more

Ordered delivery (delivered through third party) and the ordering and delivery were seamless. This was my first time trying this restaurant and I was extremely impressed by the quality and price of the food. We ordered two XL pizzas, 3 Cesar salads, and some wings. There were 7 of us and everyone loves all the food. The pizza is definitely one of the best we have had in the area if you like a thinner, NY style pie. The wings were also very good, although the hot honey wings could have had a little more sauce on them. The online order tracking was very informative and kept me up to date with the status and arrival time. In Naples on vacation from the northeast and was craving some good italian food. So glad I found Burnt Pizzeria because it was EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. I saw a review that they reminded someone of the pizza they get in New York and I 100% agree. The chicken marsala was so delicious too, tender, great flavor, tasted like something your family would make and not from a restaurant. Wish I could stop in again before heading home. We got our dinner to go because we arrived a little before closing but were greeted immediately and our food was ready quick. All of the employees were very friendly. There is a small dining area inside but great atmosphere! Most seats were still filled even right before closing. Highly recommend trying this spot. read more

What a great pizza place! I have very high standards for pizza and Burnt Pizza e'Passione nailed it. Clearly high quality ingredients, great dough flavor, crunch and chew. Not quite NY style, not quite Neapolitan but some delicious spot in between. I had a large Sweet and Spicy (pepperoni with hot honey). Really great. Next time (soon!) Especially like the julienne of fresh basil and definitely love the garlic/oil on top. The to-go toppings are very generous portions. The crust was crispy and oiled - perfect for grandma style. The crust is NOT THIN on this pizza - but not thick and chewy like a Sicilian and not like Chicago or Detroit deep- dish. It is a crispy, fairly thick crust. Friendly service. There are multiple slices and knots and ? Is that Pepperoni bread with sesame seeds on top ? in the display case ready to go - and a few good looking desserts . Wish they were open on Sundays! Football and Pizza - "Forget about it!!! " would be perfect! There are tables and chairs to sit inside/ VERY casual. My wife and I came here for a traditional New York pizza. It did not disappoint. Price was very reasonable as was a bottle of wine for $30.

If you're looking for NY style pizza and Italian food then this place is a must try. Their selection of pizza and calzones are amazing. The menu includes the usual Italian fares and are delicious and very reasonably priced. The family has been in the restaurant business for years and they know how to make great food. Really great pizza. We wanted to try the place since all the reviews so far have been great. We actually dined in. "Gio" the waiter was super nice and helpful. The atmosphere is simple-- the focus is definitely on the food. Good selection of drinks including wine by the glass. They also have pizza by the slice which I haven't seen many places here. We ordered the large Margarita and asked for some additional ingredients. Everything came out perfectly delicious, hot, and NOT Burnt. ;). Plenty of other pasta and calzone, etc. options. Best pizza in Naples and we have tried numerous restaurants here. Crust perfectly baked and not too thick or thin. Great amount of pepperoni and thinly sliced mushrooms , great taste. Restaurant is small but service was excellent. Serve wine and beer. Our choice to order from menu but there is a mouthwatering display filled with pizza by the slice, making it easy to try different toppings. Great appetizer selections and salads. Tried this new pizza place on 41 in East Naples. Had the grandma slice and an upside down slice. The grandma slice was excellent. I have been trying all pizza / Italian food places in Naples since moving here 4 years ago and Burnt Pizzeria is by far the best - so happy to have tried it! Having grown up near NYC and always preferred NY style pizza, Burnt is LEGIT NY style pizza and you can taste the quality of ingredients! We did take out and got two pies - a veggie pie and decided to try the unique The Goose pie. Wow what a wonderful flavor profile combination of vodka sauce and pesto! And I have especially been on the hunt for a good meatball sub and finally found a clear and absolutely authentic winner! The meatballs are so tender, flavorful, with perfect combo of sauce and cheese on wonderful bread! And it is a very generous portion given (we got a whole for 2 to split but it easily feeds 4). My entire family is so happy we found such a great, quality, authentic NY pizzeria. We cannot wait to explore the full menu of items! read more
