Burntwood Tavern is located in the Mercato Mall which offers tons of shopping and dining options! This location has quite a large patio with heaters, bar area, and inside dining to seat 2-8+ person parties. The mall has free street parking and a garage for visitors. Just note that the area does have residential condos, so don't park in any reserved spots. The restaurant itself offers a happy hour till 6pm: discounts on starters, signature cocktails, house wines, and draught beer. Wednesdays are also known for a $10 special on their BWT Smashburger. One can make a reservation on open table to ensure you get in without a wait. We started with $8 happy hour cocktails: Strawberry Lemonade and Pear of Cucs. The strawberry lemonade was sweet and refreshing while the pear of cucs was more tart and bright. Both drinks were not very liquor forward. For our mains, I got the Angus Beef Sliders with a side of fries and my aunt got the BWT Smash. I've never had sliders that tasted so juicy and well cooked. The mini brioche buns were soft and added a nice touch to make my starter feel like a main. While I would definitely come back for their burger, I struggled with finding much else on the menu that I'd be interested in. I wish their "starters" offered more appetizer style foods than smaller variations of their main menu items. Would love to see some variety added but would highly recommend the burgers to anyone with a craving! read more

Burntwood Tavern is located inside an outdoor shopping mall, pretty nice. I am glad because you can't make reservations for outdoor dinning, just for inside. They have a strange system, you can make it, but you have to show up and get on a wait list. Wait, what? So with all this non-sense we had to wait forever to get a table on the pation, so we hanged out in the seating area of the mall. A nice outdoor area, great to wait, hang out and people watch. We got a pretty bad table, crammed between people from the bar and indoor area, so we were kinda of outside with staff and customers coming and going. Food- very unimpressed with their hand cut fries, we got small bits and pieces, letf overs or bottom of the barrel. My husband went for the Burntwood burger, a smashed burger, undercooked for his taste, nothing special. I got their Mahi-Mahi sandwich, didn't see enough pickled onions, not very pickled, the fish was tender and tasty, could have used more lemon aioli to give it a kick! My husband asked for aioli for the fries, the waitress said they didn't have any. Really? 'Cause they made some for my sandwich. Not the best service, just functional to get you in and out. Drinks? We got Paloma-s, but they ended up being the worst we had while in the area. Small, strong, didn't taste enough grapefruit or lime. Poorly mixed. Ok prices, but not a repeat. The worst meal while in Naples, not horrible experience, but could be better.Food is generic and so is the atmoshpere. There are better options. It's a chain and it shows it! Top notch, reasonably priced indoor/outdoor, well managed tavern. Bartenders and wait staff are extremely attentive and friendly to their patrons. Best fish taco's in Naples that I have tasted so far. Crispy batter on the outside and perfectly moist on the inside.The food and fries were not greasy at all. If you're a vodka drinker, Burntwood has an array of their homemade fresh fruit infused vodka. Ask for Bartender Extraordinaire, McKenzie. She'll make you a nice drink! The decor shows that management also put great thought in the decor of the restaurant. From beautiful artisan custom made lighting, copper topped bar and an intimate swag draped table for 2. Second time here and everything was absolutely perfect, yet again. This time we had Anthony as our waiter and as picky as I am, everything came out the way I asked for it to. I got the Asiago chicken again and it came out perfectly cooked. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and knew exactly what to pick from the happy hour menu. The tator tots were to die for!!! Of course, we had to stop at the bar for a drink to visit Brandon and of course, drinks were phenomenal. Always treats us so well. Wow! So impressed with this fantastic restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed an order( large enough for sharing) of the Taberna Poutine Hand Cut Fries, made with Cheese Curds, Braised Short Rib, House Made Gravy. I was tempted to order another serving! We also enjoyed their Smash burger, cooked to perfection! The entire staff including managers, Ally and Jamie were so hospitable! ! Our bartenders, Katie and Jackie were delightful ! Besides their hostess being way less than welcoming (you could tell she hated her job and wanted to be anywhere but there) the food and experience was great! I went there for happy hour and we had the nicest waitress (autumn I think) who was just beyond lovely and helpful and even helped us find some new places to try and the food was also way better than we were expecting. We were hesitant to go because we thought it would be boring American cuisine but it was actually very amazing and the portions for the appetizers bigger that we have seen around here and the drinks were just as good! read more

Possibly one of THE worst dining experiences. We ate there tonight. Two female bartenders looked as if it was painful for them to be there. We had to ask to take our order. After ordering, we were informed they did not have mushrooms any longer. Asked them to bring lettuce; I had to ask a second time.When they delivered the food, they slammed our plates on bar, and kind of threw them at us. My son paid the bill; he left them 20%. I would have left nothing. I f you hate your job so much, I suggest you quit. There did not appear to be a manager on duty. No napkins, coasters were passed out. They were piled at the end of the bar. A miserable experience. read more

Husband and I wanted to grab a lite early dinner. Since we have never been to Burntwood Tavern at Mercato, decided to give it a try. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We were greeted & seated by a friendly gentleman (appeared to be one of the servers). Our actual server, David was very nice and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer a "daily Happy Hour" (3-6pm). All "Starters" and "specialty cocktails" are $8. I believe beer and house wines were $1 off. We each ordered a flatbread (yes, from the starters menu;) cauliflower (cooked and seasoned perfectly) and calamari. Everything was DELICIOUS. First time here! Sunday noon and fantastic live music on the patio!! Our waitress couldn't have been sweeter! Very attentive and knew the menu well- answered our questions and offered suggestions and welcomed a few modifications we asked for. The omelet wasn't anything special. Pretty bland. The mahi-mahi sandwich was amazing! The bun was fresh, the aioli was perfect and arugula fresh- the fish was cooked perfectly. My sweet potato fries fresh and a generous portion. We went in on an off hour/day. Bartender had very few customers, but still took her a good 10 minutes to figure out wehad not been waited on yet. We order a coupme of drinks looking over the menu, but she never came back to see if we wanted to order anything. No wonder the bar was empty. Bravo next door was packed. We have been there a few times over the years but this location has steadily dropped in service. Hopefully they will release the prime location to a more interesting provider. Plenty of better spot to got at Mercado. This place will fall to no choice for us in the future. read more

Amazing restaurant at the Mercado in Naples. They serve brunch daily until three. Say "Yes" to the delicious popcorn instead of bread before your meal arrives. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. **Perfectly** cooked poached eggs and no boring side potatoes here. They serve their signature seasoned potatos and sweet potatoes on the side. This was the first time we visited Mercato, our goal was to shop and grab a quick bite before a visit to the Baker Museum. We were not very hungry so we decided to order a few appetizers. Well the three items we selected were enough for the two of us to share and take home leftovers. We ordered burger sliders, three to an order with delicious buns, caramelized onions and a tasty burger. The chicken sliders were even better with delicious white meat chicken, yummy coating with bbq sauce. But the winner for the evening was their very unique tater tots. I can't even describe what these were. A delicious combination of potato latkes and mashed potatoes all in one little, not so little, yummy tot. Service was prompt and friendly. Outdoor seating for people watching was plentiful with lots of indoor tables and booths. We will be back! read more

Amazing burger and fries. My first time and it was delivery and quick. It was so tasty I ordered delivery today , quick as before, the quality just wasn't there. 2 of the 4 beef patties were undercooked pink. I won't load a photo. Also, I requested no pickles, nope I got 'em however it's an easy fix. I'll wait about a week, when I craving that tasty burger, I give the establishment a 3rd try. I'll eat inside for a change. Unfortunately, the service was so bad. We sat for 20 min on the patio before anyone greeted us then it took 10 more to get our ice tea and club soda. Then watched 4 tables, that were sat after us get food, we were very disappointed to be served a steak salad with a hair buried inside! The best part of the lunch was the live music. read more
